  • 방송유통이 중요하고 방송시장의 과제이다. 드라마외에도 다큐멘터리가 꾸준히 수출이 증가되는 추세이다. 콘텐츠 부가가치 창출과 고용확산을 위해 방송사와 제작사는 국내외 유통에 눈을 돌려야 하는 게 맞다. 여기서 흔한 질문 하나. "독립제작사가 어렵다고 하는 데, 수출 유통을 하면 쉽게 부가수익을 창출하지 않을까? 왜 안하지?" 그건 배고픈데 빵이 없으면 쿠키를 대신 먹으면 되지 않을 까하는 질문과 같다. 저작권을 방송사와 소유하는 것도 중요하고, 그 보다 사전기획과 제작을 해서, 수입이 생길때까지 회사가 '버텨내야 한다'. 유통한다고 수익이 바로 입금되는 것은 아니다. 한국의 방송콘텐츠 기획은 훌륭하다. 인구 5천만명의 나라에서, 한국어를 쓰는 나라가 많지 않음에도 우리 모국어로 많은 나라에서 보고있다는 것은 대단한 것이다. 또한 세계 거리에 싸이와 소녀시대가 울려퍼지는 것은 대단하다. 그것은 미디어를 염두 해둔 한글창제자부터, 대중산업을 이끄는 모든 한국 제작자들은 훌륭하다. 지금은 방송사와 제작사가 해외진출에 눈을 돌리고 있으며, 많은 성과를 내고 있다. 향 후 방송콘텐츠산업의 부가가치 향상과 발전을 위해서 좀더 많은 작품이 해외에 나가야 한다. 그렇게 하기위해서 해외에 더욱 적극적으로 진출을 모색하기 앞서, 글로벌 기획을 할 때 염두하여야 할 점을 정리해보겠다.

  • In this paper, a new wireless internet service for TV is proposed using the detection of a mobile agent of each mobile company Especially. new broadcasting programs like as music charts. quiz games can be serried by a mobile internet phone. In this proposed system, all mobile protocols( WAP, ME. W3C) are supported by one server based on the mobile agent detection of URL over the existed wire and wireless internees.

Extension of Platforms and Return of High-Teen Romance Drama (플랫폼의 확장과 하이틴 로맨스 드라마의 귀환)

  • Through the expansion of platforms in the media era, this paper notes the phenomenon in which 'high-teen romance drama,' a genre which had been marginalized in the past, began to re-emerge. It analyzes the 'high-teen romance drama,' which is moving from TV to the Web and being produced in various ways, while successfully returning to the TV drama format. This study sums up the latest trends in TV and web-based high-teen romance dramas, and as a case study, this paper examines the characteristics of the 'high-teen romance drama' in relation to the platform's environment through the web drama A-Teen, TV drama 18 Moment. Due to the restriction of ratings, high-teen romance dramas have been one of the largely marginalized genres on television. But in the web space, high-teen romance dramas are no longer non-mainstream. The high-teen romance drama has been solidifying its position through the Web, with absolute support from young viewers. Web dramas are gradually expanding their influence on the genre and subject of TV dramas. The high-teen romance drama is one of the most prominent examples of this trend. The popular interest and success of the high-teen romance web drama has brought the forgotten high-teen romance drama back to TV. The web drama A-Teen is a high-teen romance drama about everyday life and love of high school students, and became one of the most popular and popular web dramas, leading to a Season 2. A-Teen actively utilizes teenage culture and expression, and a strategy that leads to empathy among teenage viewers. In A-Teen, love is recreated in a way that relieves the depth of overconsumption emotions. Instead of dealing in depth with the inner conflict over love, it takes an approach ofpresenting the emotional change of love in real time and forming a consensus with the acceptor. The TV drama 18 Moment is one of the programs that has helped refocus attention to TV-hitting romance dramas. 18 Moment underlines the growth of the characters, with the main characters reaching maturity through love as fresh and innocent teenagers. The TV drama 18 Moment is a high-teen romance drama that has been transformed into a way to apply the web-fadding high-times grammar while retaining the typicality of existing TV hagwons to suit the TV broadcasting environment. As the Internet becomes more ubiquitous, video content is changing based on the newly emerging platforms. Dramas no longer mean just traditional television media. While considering the limitations of TV, this paper analyzed the background of the rebirth of the high-teen romance drama, which had been marginalized, through the web platform. This is meaningful in that it identifies and considers the increasing popularity of this genre of drama.

  • If teachers should showed geomorphological landscape images familiar to students during geomorphology unit teaching in secondary geography education, it will have more effects on teaching. In this paper, we analyze whether teaching of geomorphology unit using media(movie, drama, entertainment program) background images familiar to students have an effect on understanding of teaching facts and interesting or not. Firstly, teaching using media data is effective in understanding of teaching facts and the results of examination taken after teaching improved. Secondly, teaching using media data is effective in interesting and understanding on geomorphological landscapes. Most students recognized this teaching method to be new and became to be interested in learning geomorphology unit, and answered that it was helpful to understand geomorphology unit.

  • 본 논문에서는 동영상, 팟캐스트 오로부터 자막을 생성하여 청각장애인의 미디어 접근권을 향상시키는 음성인식기술을 적용한 자막생성에 대하여 제안한다. 또한 레퍼런스 음성 DB 와 드라마, 팟캐스트 오디오로부터 생성된 자막의 정확도에 대해 평가하였다. 오디오를 이용하여 생성된 자막은 사극의 경우에는 다소 정확도가 낮게 평가되었으나, 전체적으로는 약 80%이상의 정확도를 갖는 것으로 파악되었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 애니메이션, 드라마, 영화 등 영상으로 제작된 콘텐츠를 OpenGL를 사용하여 3D영상으로 재구성한다. 먼저 현재영상과 이전영상의 움직임의 차이로부터 운동 축적 데이터를 사용하여 모션 깊이맵을 생성한다. 그 깊이맵을 사용하여 OpenGL에서 사용하는 텍스쳐 맵핑으로 영상을 출력하고 3D 영상을 구현하기 위해 좌영상과 우영상을 생성하여 3D 입체영상을 만든다.

  • KBS를 비롯한 지상파방송 3사는 실시간 UHD방송과 VOD 온라인 동영상 서비스가 결합된 세계 최초의 지상파 양방향 UHD 플랫폼인 Tiviva(이하 티비바) 서비스를 2017년 11월 오픈하였다. 티비바는 별도의 셋톱박스 없이 UHD TV에 직접수신 안테나와 인터넷을 연결하여 지상파 방송사의 실시간 방송 채널 외에 다양한 UHD VOD와 클립을 이용할 수 있고, 스포츠와 드라마, 종편(JTBC, MBN), 영화 등 50여 개의 IP채널을 추가로 볼 수 있는 서비스이다. 이후 2018년 1월에는 이용자 편리성과 자동추천 기능 등 UI/UX를 크게 개선한 티비바 2.0을 업데이트 하였고, 평창올림픽 기간에는 전 경기 실시간 스트리밍 및 올림픽특별관을 운영하였다. 2018년 6월 러시아 월드컵 기간에는 축구 경기 UHD HDR 방송 중계와 함께 티비바를 통한 HDR VOD를 최초로 서비스하여 스포츠 경기를 즐기는 또다른 즐거움을 선사하였다. 본 논문에서는 러시아 월드컵 HDR VOD 서비스를 준비하고 시행하기 위한 시스템 설계 및 진행과정, 기술 이슈 등에 대해서 기술하려고 한다.

A Historical Drama about Mathematics and Mathematicians of the Joseon Dynasty (조선 시대 수학과 수학자에 대한 역사 드라마)

  • Recently, various types of dramas have been broadcasted in Korea. Especially, historical dramas having backgrounds about historical events or characters have been recorded high ratings of the viewing audience, as well as a lot of influence on many parts of Korean society. Besides, the historical drama like raised a craze for popular Korean cultures in many Asian countries. The subjects and characters of historical drama are diversifying in recent years. For example, is a royal cook, is a story about running away slaves and their chaser, is a story about a very well-known painter of the Joseon Dynasty era, and is a veterinarian. At this point, in celebration of the officially appointed "year of mathematics", it is very meaningful to demonstrate the importance of mathematics with a historical drama about mathematics and mathematicians of the Joseon Dynasty. In this article, the reasons for production of historical dramas about mathematics and mathematicians in the Joseon Dynasty was presented in two ways. First, modern mathematics has high level of abstractness as its nature, and therefore many students and the public can not understand what except for some areas. Second, it is possible the easier and various approaches can be used to deal with contents about real-life in the view of popularization of mathematics. Also, this article would aim to explore the main character and episodes about mathematics and mathematicians in Joseon Dynasty. For example, the anecdote of Hong Jung Ha, the works of mathematics in the King Sejong's periods, the study of Hong Gil Ju, the joint researches between Nam Byung Gil and Lee Sang Hyuk, the story of Lee Seung Hun, and the mathematics study of middle class people.

The discourse of women's body represented in TV dramas (TV드라마를 통해 재현된 여성의 몸 담론)

  • This study is designed to figure out what kind of female images TV dramas have represented from 2000 to 2007 and what kind of relationship these images and the actual roles the female characters perform have in the drama. The total number of dramas analyzed is 27, and 152 female characters are analyzed. The result finds that 45% among 152 characters is in her 20's, and most of them play the main roles. Only 4 dramas use 3,40's female characters as main figures. Most 4,50 female characters play mother or grand mother roles of main characters, and they usually interrupt main character's love relationships or don't play any meaningful roles for the narrative. The old female characters over her 60's tend to play foolish and ridiculous roles and don't show any physical charms. The female main characters are beautiful and young, and the more they play good roles, they have better natural beauty comparing the bad characters. The youth and beauty of main characters helps the owner to earn the love of main male characters. It's obvious that the dramas show that female's body as physical capital to achieve higher class and power.

Effects of Using Shot Clip on the Broadcasting Viewing Intention (방송클립동영상 이용이 방송 시청의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to search shot clip' using variables influencing on the VOD purchase intention and watching intention of real-time broadcasting. This research focused on usage motivation, usage experience such as use time, time of utilization, genre, utilization pattern. Controlling demographic factors, results show that personal relation, benefit against whole broadcast, education genre, watching video, video sharing and recommendation were statistically influential to VOD purchase intention. And, results show that flexibility of use, drama/movie genre, read and write comments were statistically influential to watching intention of real-time broadcasting.
