Education Need of the Visit ing Health Service Workers in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do Public Health Facilities (일부 공공보건기관 방문보건요원의 교육요구도 조사)

  • This study was aimed to provide the basic data for the development of effective educational program by reflecting the opinions of the visiting health service workers. The subjects were 144 visiting health service workers in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do area who responded the mail questionnaire. The data were collected from June to July, 2001 using questionnaire composed of the education need, knowledge by subjective appraisal, and experience of education. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1. The number of respondents who received at least one education within recent three years were 43(29.9%) at the central level, 57(39.6%) at the provincial level and 53(36.8%) at the district level. The satisfaction with education was higher at the central level than at the provincial and district level. 2. Knowledges by subjective appraisal on the 'chronic degenerative diseases management' and 'health promotion' was relatively high. while that of 'rehabilitation' was low. 3. The knowledge by subjective appraisal of visiting health service was related with experience of education and license status. The knowledge was higher in registered nurses than in nurse aids. The curricula related to increased level of knowledge of visting health service workers were 'elderly health care', 'rehabilitation' and 'psychiatric-mental health nursing' educations at the central level 'continuing education for the community health practioners' and 'psychiatric-mental health education' at the provincial level and 'elderly health care', 'rehabilitation' 'psychiatric-mental health' and 'acute diseases control' educations at the district level. 4. The respondents preferred elderly health management as the contents of education, officer group education as the method of education, province(30.4%) as the main body of education, exercise and practice as the form of education, 2-3 times per year as the frequency of education, and 3-5days as the period of education. The findings of this study could suggest that future education program should be planned to increae the knowledge level of visiting health service workers by reflecting their educational need.

  • 오늘날 음악축제는 시장규모가 점점 커져가는 추세를 보이고 있으며, 다양한 장르의 축제가 계속적으로 생겨나고 있다. 이를 위해 시장형성이나 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안의 일환으로 방문자개발을 위한 연구가 요구된다. 첫째 선행연구에서 제시한 품질평가 모형을 중심으로 음악축제의 핵심속성으로 관람객의 관람가치, 축제 매력성의 2가지 요인을 추가적으로 도출하여 반영하였다. 둘?, 몰입 후 행동에 대한 태도변화를 검증하기 위하여 몰입도 뿐만 아니라 몰입과정의 태도에 대한 관련상품 구매의도를 변수로 정의하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 음악축제 경험자 205명을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 결과를 통해 공연기획사가 성공적으로 공연을 기획하기 위한 전략을 제시할 수 있다.

Dental Health Promotion behavior and Dental Health Belief of Dental Hygiene Students in Gwangju Chunnam (광주·전남지역 치위생과 학생들의 구강건강신념 및 구강건강 증진행위)

  • This study was conducted to evaluated dental health promotion behavior and dental health belief of dental hygiene students in Gwangju and Chunnam. The results of this study were as follow: (1) Higher perceived susceptibility was more decreased grade(p<0.001) and more decreased economic level(p<0.05), more perceived dental healthy(p<0.001). Higher perceived benefit was more increased grade(p<0.001), at perceived health was very unhealth(p<0.05), at perceived dental health was very unhealth(p<0.05), in case of dental office visit before 1 year was highier(p<0.01). Higher perceived seriousiness was at middle economic level(0.01), more increased perceived unhealth status(p<0.05) and perceived unhealthy dental status(p<0.01). Higher perceived salience was more increased grade(p<0.001), in case of dental office visit before 1 year was highier(p<0.001). Higher perceived barrier was more increased grade(p<0.001), more increased economic level(p<0.05), at perceived health was very unhealth(p<0.01). (2) Higher dental health promotion behavior was more increase grade in preventive dental utilization and user dental health recomended device and selection eating case of healthful food to dental health and selection uneating case of harmful food to dental health(p<0.05). (3) performance in dental health promotion behavior was significantly correlated with perceived susceptibility(r=-0.081), perceived benefit (r=0.133), perceived seriousiness(r=0.210), perceived salience(r=0.187).

Study on the Impact of Various Economic Experience in Adolescence on Formation of Economic View in an age of convergence (융복합시대 청소년기의 다양한 경제 경험이 경제관 형성에 미치는 영향)

  • This study verified the effectiveness of various economic experience in adolescence on forming economic view. Survey was carried out for Asan-si residents and online homepage visitors in Sep. 2015, 116 cases were finally used for analysis. This study confirmed the moderating effect of interest in economy on the relationship between various economic experience in adolescence and formation of economic view, and analyzed differences depend on economic knowledge learning path. Various economic experience in adolescence positively affected economic comprehension, rational consumption attitude, start-up intention and the moderating effect of interest in the economy was verified. Demographic Characteristics and economic knowledge learning path also affected differences of economic view by the group. These study results suggest that experiential youth economic education program will be effective on forming economic view.

  • 웹이 대중화 되면서 웹 사이트 개발의 초점이 개발자가 아닌 이를 사용하고 평가하게 될 사용자에게 맞춰지게 되고, 그에 따라 사용자가 쉽게 배우고 빨리 인식 할 수 있도록 개발하는 유저빌리티의 원리가 웹의 사용성을 향상시키는 데 있어서 중요한 역할을 하게 되었다. 본 연구는 웹 유저빌리티 요인인 컨텐츠, 디자인, 네비게이션, 상호작용성이 TAM의 지각된 유용성과 지각된 이용용이성을 매개로 고객 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향력을 검증함으로써 TAM을 확장하였다. 이 모형은 인터넷 서점을 방문한 경험이 있는 180명의 설문으로 LISREL분석이 사용되었다. 결과는 디자인을 제외한 컨텐츠, 네비게이션, 상호작용은 웹유저빌리티의 중요한 변수로써 지각된 이용용이성과 기각된 유용성을 매개로 재방문 의도에 영향을 맞는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

Effective Management Interval Focused on Professional Mechanical Tooth Cleaning (전문가 치면세균막관리 중심의 예방관리프로그램의 효과적인 관리주기)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the optimal management interval in 33 healthy adults by observing changes in oral health on the basis of the plaque control index and gingival index. When plaque control score was compared according to the period, it was found that oral hygiene management was the best in the fourth visit (p<0.05). Improved oral hygiene status was observed during the 3- and 6-month follow-up (p<0.05). Regarding gingival index, the fourth visit showed the healthiest gingival status (p<0.05). At the 3-month follow-up, the gingival index worsened, but a healthy gingival status was attained by 6-month follow-up (p<0.05). The plaque control score according to interest in dental health showed that the 'interested' group had good oral hygiene management (p<0.05). As a motivation for oral hygiene status and gingival health, examination with a 'phase contrast microscope' in the first visit and calculation of the 'evaluation index' in the follow-up visit tended to improve the patients' ability for oral hygiene management (p>0.05). The questionnaire survey showed, that the optimal management interval was 1, 3, and 6 months. As a result, with the effective management interval for the preventive management program focused on professional mechanical tooth cleaning, which was administered weekly, the maximum ability for oral hygiene management was attained at the fourth visit. The effective management period was 1 month. The use of a phase contrast microscope and the calculation of the evaluation index for oral hygiene management could influence the motivation to improve oral hygiene management.

A Study on the Analysis of the Congestion Level of Tourist Sites and Visitors Characteristics Using SNS Data (SNS 데이터를 활용한 관광지 혼잡도 및 방문자 특성 분석에 관한 연구)

  • SNS has become a very close service to our daily life. As marketing is done through SNS, places often called hot places are created, and users are flocking to these places. However, it is often crowded with a large number of people in a short period of time, resulting in a negative experience for both visitors and service providers. In order to improve this problem, it is necessary to recognize the congestion level, but the method to determine the congestion level in a specific area at an individual level is very limited. Therefore, in this study, we tried to propose a system that can identify the congestion level information and the characteristics of visitors to a specific tourist destination by using the data on the SNS. For this purpose, posting data uploaded by users and image analysis were used, and the performance of the proposed system was verified using the Naver DataLab system. As a result of comparative verification by selecting three places by type of tourist destination, the results calculated in this study and the congestion level provided by DataLab were found to be similar. In particular, this study is meaningful in that it provides a degree of congestion based on real data of users that is not dependent on a specific company or service.

Restorative Quality of Traditional Landscape and Visiting Experience - Based on the Assessment of Visitors of An-Ap-Ji in Kyong Ju - (전통경관의 치유특질과 방문경험 - 경주 안압지 방문자의 평가를 중심으로 -)

  • Effortful directed attention becomes fatigued if it is demanded by environment. Kaplan and Kaplan's Attention Restoration Theory (ART) proposes that the fatigued directed attention can be restored by a restorative landscape. The four restorative components are being away, fascination, extent, and compatibility. The restorative effect of landscape has been mainly investigated in terms of nature vs. urban dichotomy, although ART acknowledges that various types of landscapes can induce restorative effect. The purpose of this study is to examine whether sense of place of landscape has an influence on the restorative effect, and how the effect relates to the visiting experience. This study was performed in An-Ap-Ji with 200 Korean visitors who participated in the questionnaire survey. Hartig et al.'s PRS (Perceived Restorativeness Scale) was used as the research instrument to measure the restorative quality. The Analysis results are summarized as: 1) PRS was a very reliable measurement for Koreans' assessment of traditional landscape. Especially, the factor analysis produced four restorative components which fully supported ART. 2) The sense of place of landscape was found to have a positive influence on the restorative effect. 3) Landscape beauty was also discovered to be influential in the restoration even though the effect of beauty was lower than that of the sense of place. 4) Among the four restorative components, three components (fascination, escape, compatibility) influenced both visiting satisfaction and revisit intention, where the order of the relevant importance was fascination, escape, and compatibility. Based on the results, it was suggested that PRS should be used in landscape restoration research in Korea in order to re-examine its' reliability. It was also proposed that more research should be directed to investigate the relationship between the sense of place and the restorative effect of landscape.

Study on the Experience of Unbelief in the Process of Providing Home Visiting Care Service: Focusing on the perspective of the Facility Director (재가방문요양 서비스 제공과정에서 겪는 불신경험에 관한 연구: 시설운영자 관점을 중심으로)

  • Through inductive content analysis, this study sought to examine the crisis experienced by the institution, the quality of service, and the distrust of the system and institution based on the experience of distrust in the home-visiting care service of bbeneficiary and guardians. FGI was conducted on five managers of institutions that provide home-visiting care services. As a result, the central phenomenon was found: deterioration of service quality, distrust of systems and institutions, and difficulties in opera-ting long-term care institutions. In order to improve the quality of home-visited care services and build trust in care workers and institutions, first, home-based associations or operating corporations should develop new education program plans and manuals to strengthen the capabilities of care workers and social workers. Second, the NHIS's monitoring system and the professional management system of care workers should be established. Third, it is necessary to improve awareness of the role, expertise, and rights of care workers, and fourth, improvement measures are required to reduce the turnover rate of care workers, which is the cause of the deterioration of the quality of long-term care services.

Effect of the Tourism Value Made to a Tourism Motivation on Water Leisure Sposts Tourism (수상레저스포츠관광의 관광동기가 관광가치에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is were to demonstratehow tourism motivation related to Water leisure influence the effectiveness of tourism value, based on the empirical information provided by Chung-ju visitors. The result of study revealsthat there are some significant motivational differences depending on the level of the visitors' past water leisure experiences. In addition, the tourism motivation impacts partly on the effectiveness of tourism value. These findings enable entrepreneurs to participate in efforts not only to provide separate stimulus elements depending on level of water leisure experiences but also to propose several innovative strategies that could be adopted and applied to water leisure tourism value.
