We examine the information transmission between the business survey index(BSI) based on the returns data offered by Federation of Korean Industries and KOSPI Index based on the returns data offered by Korea Bank. The data includes monthly return data from January 1998 to September 2015. The results of the analysis are as follows. Firstly, results of Granger Causality test suggests the existence of mutual causality KOSPI Index precede and have explanatory power BSI. Secondly, the results of impulse response function suggest that BSI Index show immediate response to KOSPI Index and are influenced by till time 4 From time 2 the impact gradually disappears. Also KOSPI Index show immediate response to BSI and are influenced by till time 4 From time 2 the impact gradually disappears. Lastly, the variance decomposition analysis showed a high influence of the KOSPI Index on the BSI and significant influence of the BSI on the KOSPI Index. This implies that returns on the KOSPI Index have a significant influence over returns on the BSI. The study is a further extension of existing studies on information transmission mechanism between the BSI and KOSPI. Finally, our results can be used as a guide by the Korea Bank and Republic of Korea and as well as Federation of Korean Industries.

Science and technology-related societies in the interior of a country sum up to approximately 660, and are increasing yearly, due to the development of new research fields and segmentation of past studies. Such societies are contributed with latest academic research information, and the submitted studies go through an review process before publication. A majority of the societies employ the traditional off-line review method; various problems and issues occur in delay of submission, review, revision, and management of the numerous paper submitted and published. Therefore, this study suggests the design of, and implemented an on-line paper review system which processes on-line submission and review of paper, facilitates swift and review progress, and enables efficient control and management on general tasks and academic information through integrated administration of members and published works.

반도체 기술의 비약적 발전에 힘입어 현재의 개인용 컴퓨터는 고성능 CPU를 탑재하고 1990대의 텍스트 기반의 운영체제에서 벗어나 그래픽 기반의 운영체제에서 다양한 멀티미디어 기능을 제공 한다. 이를 위한 입력장치로 텍스트 기반 운영체제에서 주로 사용된 키보드뿐 아니라 마우스, 카메라, 터치스크린 등의 다양한 장치들이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 빔 프로젝터를 이용한 프레젠테이션의 경우 아직도 레이저포인터를 이용한 발표가 일반적이며 발표자와 빔 프로젝트용 PC와의 인터랙션이 없기 때문에 다양한 멀티미디어 기능 구현이 제한적이다. 본 논문에서는 USB 웹 카메라를 이용하여 프로젝터 화면을 촬영한 후 영상처리 라이브러리인 OpenCV를 기반으로 레이저 포인터의 위치와 동작을 검출하여 원거리에서도 사용자가 레이저 포인터를 이용하여 마우스 동작을 재현할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 이를 활용하면 레이저 포인터를 사용하여 발표자가 별도의 입력장치 없이 PC와의 인터랙션이 가능해져서 다양한 멀티미디어 기반의 프레젠테이션이 가능해진다.

한국도서관협회(회장 이두영)는 9월 24일부터 3일간 경주교육문화회관에서 '전국도서관대회'를 개최했다. 신일희 총장(계명대)은 기조연설을 통해 시대적 사명에 복무했던 도서관의 영광을 재현할 것을 촉구했다. 그는 "도서관이 지식과 정보를 보급하는 것은 인류발전을 위해 수임받은 숭고한 사명"이라며 도서관 대중화를 위한 관계자들의 적극적인 노력을 요망했다. 특별강연과 주제발표, 세미나 등 모두 26편의 강연이 이뤄진 가운데 김포옥 교수가 주제발표한 (공공도서관장의 전문의식과 교육방향)은 앙케트를 바탕으로 도서관의 실질적인 운영자인 도서관장의 '전문가 의식'을 분석해 눈길을 끌었다. 김포옥 교수는 전국 도서관장 329명 중에 설문에 응한 188명의 응답을 바탕으로 근무경위.근무연수.사서교육이수 여부 등을 분석했다. 주목되는 대목은 도서관장의 34%가 사서자격증조차 없는 비전문가라는 점, 도서관장을 전문직으로 평가한 사람이 115명(61.2%)에 불과한 점 등이다. '도서관 일을 특별히 지망하지 않았다.'는 관장이 44%나 되어 애초부터 '전문가 의식'을 기대하는 것이 무리하는 추론도 도출했다. 김교수는 "도서관장의 전문가 의식을 키우기 위해 지속적인 교육과 직업만족도를 높이는 방안을 모색해야 할 것"이라고 주장했다. 제1주제 '도서관 정책' 방향을 모색하는 자리에서 한성택 교수(숭의여대) 등 3인은 21세기에 맞는 우리나라 도서관 정책의 기본 방향을 제고하고 도서관의 유기적 역할을 모색했다. 제2주제 '봉사'에 대해 채윤정 사서(정독도서관) 등 4인은 도서관의 서비스 실태와 향후 방향성을 논했으며, 제3주제 '운영'은 김포옥 교수(전북대) 등 4인이 도서관 운영의 현주소를 각각의 입장에서 조명했다. 마지막 주제는 '학교도서관' 활성화로, 김종성사서(부산대) 등 2인이 도서관과 학교 교육의 연계성, 학교도서관의 발전 전략 방안을 모색했다. 주제발표 논문 가운데 3편을 욕약해 싣는다.

This paper examines the effect of the analysts' earnings forecast revisions on stock price after the dividend announcement of the firms has been released. We show that the analysts' upward revisions on earnings forecasts are followed by the positive cumulative abnormal return. We also investigate the signalling effect and the confirmation effect with respect to the effect of the dividend announcement and the earnings forecast revisions on stock price. The test results show that the confirmation effect is stronger than the signalling effect. That is, the investors react only when the analysts' forecasts coincide with the preceding dividend announcement.

기존의 NTFS, HFS+, Ext4와 같은 전통적인 파일시스템들은 디스크 사용, 공간 관리, 데이터 암호화 등 여러 측면에서 한계점을 가지고 있었다. 특히 디스크 사용 측면에서 기본적으로 단일 디스크 안에서 동작하도록 설계되었기 때문에 여러 개의 디스크에서 동작하도록 하려면 RAID와 같은 별도의 구성이 필요했다. 이에 따라 주요 운영체제들은 위와 같은 기존 파일시스템들의 한계점들을 극복하도록 설계된 Pooled Storage 파일시스템들을 공개하였다. Pooled Storage 파일시스템에 관한 연구는 2017년 여름 미국 오스틴에서 열린 DFRWS 학회에서 독일의 Jan-Niclas Hilgert에 의해 발표된 이후 디지털 포렌식 학계 및 산업계에서 집중적인 연구개발이 진행되고 있다. 2017년 Hilgert는 ZFS 파일시스템에 대한 분석기능을 공개소프트웨어인 SleuthKit에 추가한 기술을 발표하였고, 2018년 DFRWS에서는 BtrFS 파일시스템에 대한 분석기능을 공개하였다. BlackBag Technologies의 Joe Syle은 APFS 파일시스템에 대한 분석기능을 SleuthKit에 추가한 결과를 DFRWS 2018에서 발표하였다. 노르웨이의 Rune Nordvik은 2019년 DFRWS에서 REFS를 역공학을 통하여 분석한 결과를 공개하였다. 국내에서는 고려대학교를 중심으로 ReFS에 대한 연구가 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 주요 운영체제들이 공개한 Pooled Storage 파일시스템 형태의 차세대 파일시스템인 ReFS, APFS, BtrFS를 소개하고 각 파일시스템의 특징과 주요 기능들을 설명한다.

Small area estimation has been studied using various methods such as direct, indirect, synthetic and based on regression or time series model . In this paper we investigate a motel-based small area estimation which takes into account the spare time autoregressive model. The Economic Active Population Surveys in 2001 are used for analysis and the results from space-time autoregressive(STAR) and simultaneous autoregressive(SAR) model are compared with using MSE, MAE and MB.

This paper discusses scientific books and journal articles in the fields of Entomology, Plant Pathology, Weed Science and Sericulture of North Korea. Most research in the fields of plant protection and sericulture are carried out in the respective research institute of their Academy of Agricultural Sciences. But scientific papers are published in a general agricultural journal. "Bulletin of Korean Academy of Agricultural Sciences", in the case of those in the field of plant protection and in a more specific journal. "Sericulture", in the case o the other. The main interests of entomologists, plant pathologists and weed scientists seem to be how to control pests on rice, com and apple. They do not appear to have many kinds of agricultural chemicals and concentrate their control strategy on the basis of non-chemical mans. Research papers in sericulture are evenly divided between on the silkworm and the mulberry tree, including their pest control.

Artificial intelligence, which is one of the representative images of the 4th industrial revolution, has been highly recognized since 2016. This paper analyzed domestic paper trends for 'Artificial Intelligence', 'Machine Learning', and 'Deep Learning' among the domestic papers provided by the Korea Academic Education and Information Service. There are approximately 10,000 searched papers, and word count analysis, topic modeling and semantic network is used to analyze paper's trends. As a result of analyzing the extracted papers, compared to 2015, in 2016, it increased 600% in the field of artificial intelligence, 176% in machine learning, and 316% in the field of deep learning. In machine learning, a support vector machine model has been studied, and in deep learning, convolutional neural networks using TensorFlow are widely used in deep learning. This paper can provide help in setting future research directions in the fields of 'artificial intelligence', 'machine learning', and 'deep learning'.

본고는 1998년 1월 28일부터 1월 31일까지 일본의 Hamanoko Royal 호텔(시즈오가현 야마 나시시 소재 )에서 일본의 전자정보통신학회(IEICE) 산하 정보시큐리티 연구회가 14번째로 주관한 SCIS' 98 (1998 Symposium on Crytography and Information Securety)에 참관하여 일본의 정보보호관련 최신 연구 결과를 요약 보고한다. 특히, 금년에는 암호해석, Digital Watermark, 타원 곡선 암호와 관련된 논문이 많았으며, 발표 논문에 대한 사전 심사가 없음에도 불구하고 논문의 질이 높은 연구 결과도 많았다
