메탄올 자화효모인 Pichis pastoris는 메탄올에 의해 유도되는 강력한 AOX1 프로모터의 존재로 인하여 외래 단백질의 생산을 위한 가장 좋은 숙주중의 하나이다. methanol fed batch phase(MFP)동안에 메탄올의 공급은 그 메탄올이 단백질의 발현을 유도하며 또한 숙주에게 에너지원으로 쓰이기 때문에 매우 중요하다. 과량의 메탄올은 세포의 성장을 저해하며, 반면에 불충분한 메탄올의 공급은 세포를 느리게 자라게 하고 생산성도 떨어뜨린다. 본 연구는 새로운 혈소판 응집 억제제인 saxatilin의 생산성, 혹은 수율을 최대화 하기 위해서 메탄올의 공급속도와 세포의 비성장속도를 조절하였다.

In hybridoma cell culture, $NH_4\;^+$ is the most important toxic byproduct so far identified. It has been postulated that $NH_4\;^+$, which is similar to $K^+$ in size, is taken up non-specifically by the cells through a potassium transport system, and that the addition of $K^+$ to the culture medium may have a detoxifying effect of $NH_4\;^+$. Thus, in this study the effects of varying $Na^+/K^+$ ratios by adding potassium were investigated for hybridoma physiology and CHO cell morphology respectively. The possible use of potassium addition for the adaptation of CHO cells to suspension culture is discussed.

In this paper, we demonstrate a Non-Foster matching method for an electrically small antenna to improve the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of communication link. For the experiment, we used a general FM antenna whose resonance frequency is about 52-57 MHz and a floating type Linvill negative impedance converter(NIC)-based circuit as a Non-Foster matching element. By implementing the Non-Foster circuit to cover FM band, we can achieve a wide bandwidth matching covers 40-200 MHz. Our measurement shows 3-7 dB improvement of SNR for the same bandwidth though there are several spikes which means no improvement of SNR in the band.

This paper presents experimental operation with utility interactive 50kw photovoltaic generation system. And that describe configuration of utility interactive photovoltaic system which power supply for dormitory. The status of photovoltaic generation system components and interconnection and safety equipment will be summarized. This paper discusses property operation state which system endure division of power for dormitory.
