  • This study is to investigate on focus of his political position change to build up his the real form about Park je sang(朴堤上) who had taken an active part within Shila nulgi king(訥祗王) period on base of previous park je sang' study results. that is, this study took attention about excellent capability by diplomat who had shown his diplomatic ability in complicated and international fields of three countries, and about process of entrance on central political fields by private capability in sap lang(?良) district in relation with building up the real form of park je sang. As result, by means of few investigations about park je sang who had taken an active part, we looked into process how local power man in sap lang(?良) district had built up his position to jin-gol(眞骨) status with strategic location of sap lang(?良) district on shila history within Shila nulgi king period. I think that we found valuable means from figures of a district society in process how Shila had grown with a country of centralizing power.

  • Enhancing the electrical conductivity of the ultrathin organic films using Langmuir-Blodget technique is important step for the developement of molecular electronic device. The Octadecylviologen-TCNQ was synthesized with Octadecylviologen-Bromide an Lithium TCNQ Sine Octadecylviologen-TCNQ has two TCNQ snion radicals, the conductivity of LB film is expected to increase. The $\pi$-A isotherm showed that the limiting area was 150${\AA}$$\^$2/ molecule and the silid-like transition surface pressure was 25 mN/m. The electronic transition of the TNCNQ anion radical was observed at 400 nm. Intermolecular charge transfer absorption was observed at 600nm and 850~1050 nm which ay resulted from the TCNQ anion radical dimer formation. The electrical conductivity of the viologen -TCNQ LB film was 10$\^$-6/cm This values was 100 times higher than that of the quinolinium-TCNQ and pyridinium-TCNQ LB films.

  • The optical and the electrical properties of octadecylviologen-(TCNQ$\^$-/)$_2$LB(Langmuir-Blodgett) films have been studied. The films were made at 25mN/m with Y-type formation using kuhn type apparatus. According to a study of UV/visible absorption spectra, DS C, ESR, and I-V characteristics depending on temperatures, there is an internal change in OV-(TCNQ$\^$-/)$_2$ LB films near 350K. We have observed a status of Langmuir films using Brewster angle microscope at room temperature.

  • The chromosome of Anodota woodiana in the Lake Uiam was analysed as using air drying technique of spermatogonial tissue to obtain mitotic and meiotic chromosomes. The chromosome chcle did mot differ, in general, from that found in other bivalves. Chromosome of this species consisted of metacentrics and submetacentrics. The longest chromosome was 2.1 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ and the shortest was about 1.4 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ in length.

Effects of the Movement Strategies on Functional Forward Reach in Standing (운동전략이 기립자세의 기능적 전방 팔뻗기에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to determine whether movement strategies affect functional forward reach distance in a standing position. Forty-seven healthy subjects were selected for this study: 23 men and 24 women, with an average age of 22.3. Functional forward reach distances were measured as hip strategy and squat strategy (included knee and ankle movement strategy) in a standing position, respectively. The mean values of functional forward reach distance in hip strategy, squat strategy were 33.57 cm, 29.48 cm, respectively. There was significantly difference in functional forward reach distance between hip strategy and squat strategy(p<.001). There was no difference of functional forward reach distance between male and female in hip strategy, but there was significant difference in other strategy(p<.05). These results suggest that movement strategies should be considered during functional forward reach test in standing. Further study is required to determine whether movement strategies affect functional reach distance in elderly and disabled groups.

  • Langmuir-Blodgett technique offers a convenient and elegant way to organic conducting systems for ultra thin films. In conducting systems based on LB films, TCNQ derivatives have been extensively studied as electron acceptor molecules in a large number of organic conducting systems.[1] A very interesting UV-visible spectra of octadecylviologen-$(TCNQ^-)_2$ was obtained from a methylenechloride and acetonitrile mixture, and from Langmuir-Blodgett films. The ESR characteristics of octadecylviologen-$(TCNQ^-)_2$ were studied to understand conducting mechanism and structure of LB films. The ESR spectra infer that the N-dococylquinolinium-TCNQ LB films has anisotropic property. But octadecylviologen-$(TCNQ^-)_2$ does not show angular dependence. As the temperature increases from 350K to 450K, the ESR signal of LB films becomes sharp. Scanning calorimetry(DSC) of octadecylviologen-$(TCNQ^-)_2$ provides the endothermic reaction temperature of the films, 340K, which corresponds to the temperature, 365K, of the new ESR signal.

Effects of the Foot Position on Standing Balance in Patients With hemiplegia (편마비 환자에서 발의 위치가 기립균형에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the standing balance could be influenced by the different foot positions. Seventeen patients with hemiplegia were tested for the static and dynamic balance under the different foot positions. In the balance test, subject stood by bearing weight on one foot, and the other foot was positioned in three different positions (symmetric, $45^{\circ}$ anterolateral, and anterior position). This study used the Kinesthetic ability trainer (KAT2000) to measure the standing balance. The results were as follows: 1) There were significant differences in the static standing balance in different foot positions with both weight-bearing on the paretic limb and on the nonparetic limb (p<.05). 2) There were also significant differences in the dynamic standing balance in different foot positions with both weight-bearing on the paretic limb and on the nonparetic limb (p<.05). 3) There was a significant difference when the paretic weight-bearing and the nonparetic weight-bearing were compared (p<.01). 4) when the paretic weight-bearing and the nonparetic weight-bearing were compared, anterior foot position showed a significant difference in the dynamic standing balance (p<.05), but $45^{\circ}$ anterolateral foot position did not show a significant difference (p>.05). In this study, the standing balance showed a significant difference according to different foot positions in hemiparetic patients, and standing balance was better when they stood by bearing weight on the nonparetic limb. These results indicate that it is a necessary to consider both weight-bearing limb and foot position not only in the rehabilitation program but also in achieving the stability in the independent life.

  • 선석배정문제는 항만운영 및 관리의 첫단계이며, 각 항만의 지리적, 자연적 특성에 따라 매우 독특하면서 복잡한 성향을 띠고 있다. 특히, 인천항은 그 지리적 특성상 갑문이라는 특수한 시스템과 많은 종류의 화물을 취급하기 때문에 만성적인 체선·체화 현상을 보이고 있으며 많은 물류비의 상승 등 경쟁력을 상실하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 인천항의 갑문이용과 선석의 배정문제에 있어서 실제 인천항을 운영하는 전문가 집단의 지식을 규칙화하고, 실제자료를 토대로 갑문의 영향을 분석하여 보다 효율적으로 운영할 수 있는 시스템과 예기치 못한 상황에 대한 대처를 원활히 할 수 있는 선석운영 의사결정지원시스템을 구축하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 고려하지 못한 갑문을 중심으로 교차제한사항과 선석운영의 효율을 높일 수 있는 이안을 예상한 입항선박을 고려하였으며, 더 나아가 사용자로 하여금 쉽고 빠르게 선석을 운용할 수 있도록 개선된 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스(Graphic user Interface)를 갖는 대화식 접근법(User interactive approach)체제의 실시간 선석운영 의사결정지원시스템을 개발하였다.

Relational expression of rainfall intensity by the water level fluctuate in the mountain region river of Gang won-do (강원도 산간 지역 하천을 대상으로 한 강우강도에 따른 수위 변동 관계식 작성)

  • As the need for predicting the flood stage of river from torrential downpouring caused by climate change is increasingly emphasized, the study, centered on the area of Gangwon-do Inje-gun and Jeongseon-gun of local river, is to develop peak water level regression equation by rainfall. Through the correlation between rainfall and peak water level, it is confirmed that rainfall according to duration and peak water level have a high correlation coefficient. Based on this, a relational expression of rainfall and peak water level is verified and then the adequacy of the calculated expression is analyzed and the result shows that a very accurate prediction is not easy to achieve but a rough prediction of the change of water level at each point is possible.
