본 논문은 풍력발전기의 일반적인 LVRT범위에서 계통의 stability와 quality를 충분히 보장하지 못하는 경우에 해당하는 worst case를 제시하고 전원의 순간 저전압 발생 시나리오를 구성을 바탕으로 2MW급 풍력시뮬레이터를 통한 LVRT 시험을 진행하여 그 결과를 확인한다.

In adaptive antenna, several models are known according to a prior knowledge about jammer signal. Among those, Frost model with contraint is generally used however it has the problem that convergence speed is slow and that stability is not good. To improve such problems, this paper proposes constrained NLMS algorithm using LS method. In addition, the result obtained by applying this algorithm to Duvall antenna model is compared with that of Frost model.

In this paper, a rule-based method for improving the intelligibility of synthetic speech is proposed. A 12-pole linear prediction coding method is used to model syllable speech signals. A syllable concatenation rule for pause and frame rejection between syllables is developed to improve the naturalness of the synthetic speech. In addition, phonoligical structure transform rule and prosody rule are applied to the synthetic speech by LPC. The illustrative results demonstrate that the synthetic speech obtained by applying these rules has better naturalness than the synthetic speech by LPC.

In this paper, the Automatic Tracking Window(ATW) algorithm is applied to the Generalized Cross-Correlation(GCC) time delay estimation algorithm as a preprocessing. The Linear Prediction(LP) algorithm, which is a pararmetric spectral estimation algorithm, is applied to the time delay estimation. And the ATW, a preprocessing algorithm is applied to this algorithm too. This paper shows that the ATW algorithm attenuates the sidelobes very much and improves the resolution of the timedelay estimation.
