3D 체표면 분할 전개방법에 의한 성인 남성 밀착원형 설계 (Development of tight-fit patterns for adult males according to the 3D body surface segment method)

  • This study is based on a representative body shape drawn from previous studies that classify adult male torso shapes. In this study, a design method is proposed by developing a tight-fit pattern that can be easily developed into various items and designs using the body surface development figure. This is obtained by converting the 3D body shape of the model representing the representative body shape. The specific design method was conducted as follows. Actual measurement values were used for waist back length, waist-to-hip length, shoulder length. The scye depth was determined as C/4-1.7 cm, and the front and back Interscye was set at (1/2 × actual measurements)-0.2 cm. The front-back neck breadth was set to (1/5 × base neck circumference)-1.3 cm and (1/5 × base neck circumference) cm. The front-back neck depth was set to (1/5 × base neck circumference)-1.2 cm and 3.5 cm. Front chest circumference was C/4-1 (front-back difference)cm; (1/4 × back chest circumference) was C/4 + 1 (front-back difference) + 0.3 (dart amount) cm. Front waist circumference was W/4-0.2 (front-back difference) + 2.2 (dart amount) cm; back waist circumference was W/4 + 0.2 (front-back difference) + 2.5 (dartamount) cm; front hip circumference was H/4 + 0.2 (ease) + 0.2 (front-back difference) cm; and back hip circumference was H/4 + 0.2 (ease)-0.2 (front-back difference) cm; Front droop was 1.6 cm. The newly developed tight-fit pattern is expected to be of great use as a basis for garment construction.

  • The aim of this study was to improve the fitness of Korean made apparel products being exported to China by developed the standard bodice block for the standard body of chinese women. For study, 139 adult Chinese women(aged between 19 and 24) in Beijing and Shanghai were sampled to be measured for there body sizes. In order to develope the standard bodice block, 3 women was selected closely the standard body measurement and the fitting was tested. The results of this study were as follows. As compared with the means measurement of chinese women in Beijing and Shanghai, there were difference between the two. Especially, width, thickness, girth and hight items. The standard bodice block drafted and tested. It showed unfit problems. and were adjusted. The application measurements of standard body was selected. As based on item, it has finally developed the standard bodice block of tight-fitting shape.

여유량이 포함된 제도식 검증에 관한 연구-길원형을 중심으로 (A Study on Examining the Calculation Including the Ease Amount for Bodice Pattern)

  • 본 연구는 5개의 팔동작시 상반신의 체표계측을 통해 얻어진 자료를 근거로 여유량이 포함된 제도식을 산출하고 이 산출식을 착의평가를 통해 검증함으로서 인체에 적합한 원형제작에 요구되는 자료를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 제도식 산출을 위하여 각 세로 및 가로기준선의 구간길이 및 4항목의 계측이 행해졌다.자료분석결과를 요약하여 내려진 결론은 다음과 같다. 착의평가결과 길원형에서 팔동작시 여유량이 요구되는 부위는 가로기준선, 진동깊이, 뒤품, 앞품이었다. 체표계측치로부터 구한 제도식은 가로기준선의 경우 B/2+4.1 cm, 진동깊이 B/6+6.8 cm, 뒤품/2은 B/6+3.9 cm, 앞품/2은 B/6+2.0 cm로 보정되었으며, 유두길이는 보정없이 그대로 사용하여 B/4+4.3 cm이다. 이 제도식은 의복제작에 필요한 최소여유량을 포함하며 인체에 밀착된 의복제작의 기초자료로 사용될 수 있다.

  • 한국산 고슴도치의 분문부와 위저부에 있어서 내분비세포를 전자현미경적으로 관찰하였던 바 EC, ECL, $D_1$, G 및 A-1ike 세포 등 5종의 세포가 동정되었다. EC 세포는 높은 전자밀도의 다형태성 과립을 가지며, 과립내에는 더 높은 천자밀도의 dense body가 보였고, 과립의 크기는 170~500nm였다. ECL 세포는 원형 또는 난원형의 과립을 가지며, 과립 내용물은 전자밀도가 높고 편재하거나 공포상으로 출현하였고, 과립의 크기는 220~450nm였다. $D_1$ 세포는 원형의 과립을 가지며, 과립의 전자밀도는 낮거나 중등도였고, 과립의 크기는 140~400nm였다. G 세포는 원형 또는 난원형의 과립을 가지며, 중등도의 전자밀도를 나다내는 과립은 내용물과 한계막 사이에 좁은 halo를 보였고, 과립의 크기는 200~400nm였다. A-like 세포는 원형의 과립을 가지며, 이들 과립은 높은 전자밀도를 나타내었고, 내용물과 한계막은 밀착하였으며, 과립의 크기는 170~260nm였다.

휴대용 심전도 기기와 직물형 전극을 이용한 생체정보 측정용 밀착 의복 개발 (Development of Tight-Fitting Garments with a Portable ECG Monitor to Measure Vital Signs)

  • A Holter monitor is used for ECG monitoring of ambulatory daily life in hospital. However, the use of this apparatus causes skin allergies and discomfort in patients because of the attachment gel and tapes used to attach disposable electrodes to the skin. In this study, the development of tight-fitting clothing connected to a portable Holter monitor was proposed. In addition, the use of conductive fabrics as electrodes was proposed; this will enable the use of garments in u-health care for measuring ECG signals. The male subjects were university students in the ages of 20 to 24. Subjective wear sensations of the experimental garments were rated using seven Likert scales. A Likert type scale was used for the evaluation and a 7 point score indicates that it provided the best fit as a tight-fitting upper clothing. Clothing pressure was measured using an air-pack-type pressure sensor (model AMI 3037-2) at 4 locations (the conductive fabric electrode) As results, a male basic sloper for upper clothing was developed and that pattern was manipulated to the tight fit pattern by considering the reduction rate of the percentage stretch in the fabric. The developed tight-fitting garment was superior in terms of subjective sensation and 6t. The mean pressure of the garment with reduction rates of 40% in width and of 50% in length was 8.45gf/$cm^2$. A conductive fabric electrode was developed by considering the sewing method and the developed electrode was detected well. The ECG data were recorded for 13 hr 19 min 44 sec and the artifacts in the ECG signals were recorded for 9 hr 3 min 46 sec (total time: 22 hr 23 min 23 sec). The artifacts data were obtained during heavy activities.

3D 스캔 데이터를 활용한 밀착 패턴원형 개발 (Development of 2D Tight-fitting Pattern from 3D Scan Data)

  • The human body, which is composed of concave and convex curvatures, makes it difficult to transfer into 2D patterns directly from 3D data. In previous studies. Jeong, et al.(2004) suggested the block method was fester and easier when dealing with the triangular patches of male's upper dress form. Although the block method is useful to make a pattern, the information(area, length, etc.) from a 2D pattern would be different depending on the direction of the block method. As a result horizontal and diagonal block methods were suggested as optimal methods for 2D tight-fitting patterns. These block methods were closer to the original area of the 3D scan data than the vertical block method. The total area of the 2D pattern obtained by the horizontal and diagonal block methods showed little differences. In case of the horizontal and diagonal block methods, the total error of the 2D pattern area ranged from $0.01\%\~0.25\%$. In comparing the length of the 2D pattern with that of the 3D scan data, the obtained 2D pattern was $0.1\~0.2cm$ shorter than the 3D scan data, which was within the acceptable range of errors in making clothes. 3D space distribution images between the body surface and the experimental clothing were also measured and $3\%$ enlargement of the original pattern was verified as the adequate adjustment.

무릎 과간와(Intercondyloid fossa) 촬영용 평면 Cone의 유용성에 대한 고찰 (Contemplation on Usefulness of Plane Cone for Taking Image of Intercondyloid Fossa)

  • 무릎 과간와 X선 촬영법은 Holmblad법, Camp-Coventry법, Beclere법의 다양한 방법들이 임상에서 시행되고 있다. 무릎관절의 과간와 촬영은 단순 골절과 십자인대와 관련한 진단에 기본검사로 많이 시행되고 있으며 환자의 상태와 통증을 고려하여 안전한 방법을 선택하게 되는데, Holmblad법은 카세트에 밀착되는 무릎 부위에서 통증을 유발할 수 있으므로 쉽게 사용하지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 자체 제작한 평면 원형 cone을 카세트에 부착하여 Holmblad법 자세에서 통증 경감에 대한 인식을 파악하기 위해 100명의 자원자의 설문지를 비교 분석하였고, 산란선에 의한 영상화질의 농도는 인체 팬텀을 X선으로 촬영하여 농도계로 측정 하였다. 그 결과 Holmblad법 자세에서 통증에 대한 인식은 평균 99% 경감되었으며, 팬텀을 이용하여 촬영한 X선 필름에 대한 농도는 자체 제작한 평면 원형 cone을 사용하지 않은 카세트에 비교하여 산란선에 의한 농도변화가 통계적으로 유의하게 감소되어 임상에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • The study is to provide basic data on improving costume's fitting by developing physical integrated Basic Bodice Block's development for body types of adult women, which is based on setting up body-type information per truncus as fundamental of adult women's top product manufacture in being ready for Mass Customization era. Also, after review on the objectivity and accuracy of fitting information by real wear and virtual wear experiment on body types, not only 3D virtual clothing system was used as way of information provider of Clothing product, but also provided as basic data in order to use effectively on portion of clothing passion in responding to trend of Mass customization in advance. The consequence of the study is as followings. After analyzing significance differences per items on real and virtual wear evaluation, bowed type of type 1 had significance differences on waist measurement and hip circumference in back and side, which would be knowing as not integrated with costume, affecting form of human body according to virtual wear system bended on back region. Also, in side evaluation, every types except straight body type of type 3 appeared significant differences. In virtual wear evaluation, costume's expression with side body types were not similar to real wear until now except straight body types. It would be improvement things from 3D virtual wear system in advance.

밀착의형 3차원 파라메트릭 모델을 활용한 상반신 원형의 다트 및 절개분리선 설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Setting Darts and Split Lines of Upper Bodice Pattern on 3D Parametric Model dressed with Tight-fit Garment)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a plausible methodology based on experimental data how to set up darts and split lines on 3D parametric body dressed with tight-fit garment. The results were as following: Through the process of making convex hull, the concave parts were straightened to make a convex hull, especially in the center part of bust, under breast part and scapular part. To figure out the optimum positions of darts and split lines, the inflection points of curve ratio were searched along the horizontal polylines of waist and bust. This procedures produced reliable results with low deviation. Using Rapidform, CATIA and Unigraphics, six patches of bodice patterns were drawn and aligned. Paired t-test results showed the outline and area between 3D surface and 2D were not significantly different, meaning this method could be adaptable when flattening 3D surfaces. The amount of waist dart measured on the pattern showed that the highest portion was allocated on 2nd dart(back), followed by 1st dart(back), 1st dart(front), 2nd dart(front)/side dart, and center back dart. A series of findings suggested that curve ration inflection point could be used as a guide to set up darts and split line on 3D parametric model with low deviation.

은 나노 분말과 카본 잉크를 이용한 완전 인쇄형 NFC 태그 설계 (Design of a Full-Printed NFC Tag Using Silver Nano-Paste and Carbon Ink)

  • 본 논문에서는 은 나노 분말과 카본 잉크를 이용하여 13.56 MHz에서 동작하는 완전 인쇄형 NFC 태그를 설계 및 제작하였다. 제안된 NFC 태그는 50 pF의 내부 커패시턴스를 갖는 NFC 태그 IC에 적용하기 위해서, $2.74{\mu}H$의 인덕턴스를 갖는 원형 코일을 PI 필름 위에 설계하였으며, 전통적인 회로 제작 방식인 PCB 제조 공정에 비해 대면적 및 대량 생산, 저비용, 친환경공정 등의 장점을 가진 인쇄 전자 기술인 스크린 프린팅 기법을 이용하여 제작하였다. 제안된 구조는 단일 층으로 구현된 원형 코일, 코일 외곽과 중심부 사이에 칩 실장을 위한 점퍼 패턴, 그리고 코일과 점퍼 패턴과의 절연을 위한 절연 패턴으로 구성되어 있으며, 은 나노 분말과 카본 잉크를 이용하여 전도성 패턴과 절연 패턴을 중첩 인쇄하여 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 제안된 NFC 태그의 성능 검증을 위해 인쇄선폭, 두께, 선저항, 밀착력 그리고 환경 신뢰성 평가 등을 수행하였으며, 완전 인쇄형 제작 방식 기반 NFC 태그의 적합성을 확인하였다.
