This study investigates the effects of privacy psychological characteristics of B2C logistics services users on their willingness to comply with their logistics companies' information protection policy. Using cognitive valence theory as a theoretical framework, this study proposes a research model to examine the relationships between users' logistics security knowledge, privacy trust, privacy risk, privacy concern, and their willingness of information protection policy compliance. To test the proposed model, we conducted a survey from actual users of logistics services and collected valid 151 samples. We analyzed the data using a structural equation modeling software. The empirical results show that logistics security knowledge positively affects privacy trust; privacy concern positively influences privacy risk; privacy trust, privacy risk, and privacy concern positively influence behavioral willingness of compliance. However, logistics security knowledge does not affect behavioral willingness of compliance. The results of the study provide several contributions to the literature of B2C logistics services domain and managerial implications to logistics services companies.

Historically, government has facilitated logistics by building the airports, the seaports, the rail and transit lines, subsidized their operations where necessary, and established the basic laws and regulations pursuant to which the industry serves the public. In the late 1990s and early 2000s, Korean government began to prepare the basic laws of logistics and nowadays it has tried to refine national logistics laws to reflect contemporary industry conditions and evolving ideological attitudes. The policy objectives governing logistics regulation have changed significantly since 2000. This article traces the current status of the Korean logistics laws which regulate one of the nation's most important industries and suggests certain amendment of current laws.

본 연구는 동북아 물류활성화를 위해 지정학적으로 환황해권의 유리한 위치와 우리나라의 경제중심지인 수도권을 배후로 하고 있는 평택항을 중심으로 한 경기지역의 물류네트워크 전략에 대한 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 수출입 컨테이너물동량의 유통채널의 분석과 물류네트워크 방식의 검토 및 사례분석을 통해 경기지역의 특성에 맞는 물류네트워크 방식에 대해 연구하였다. 따라서 하드웨어 개념인 각 거점별 물류시설간의 물류채널인 네트워크 구성방안에 대해 언급하였고 여기서 대권역과 소권역으로 분류하여 2단계 혼합물류네트워크 방식을 소개하였으며, 이러한 각 거점물류시설간의 효율적인 운영을 위해 가장 중요하다고 사료되어지는 물류정보시스템의 구축방안에 대해 언급하였다.

물류센터는 각 공장에서 완성된 제품을 집약하여 수요와 공급의 물류흐름을 관리하기 위한 기능을 갖춘 시설을 말하는 것으로 운송시간, 재고조절, 수요정보획득 등의 기능을 수행한다. 본 연구에서는 AHP 기법을 활용하여 물류센터에서 운영효율성에 영향을 미치는 서비스 요인의 차이를 분석하여 물류센터의 운영효율성을 증대시키는 것에 목적이 있다.

Today, the development of logistics and timing of the development of civilization is like. Recently developed the most rapidly is the field of IT. Especially in the field of IT as a key technology being evaluated, as well as real-life development of smart phones to the development of logistics is expected to bring many changes. Accordingly, a combination of smart phones and logistics development of new business models have been increasingly applied. In this paper, smart phones-based implementation of real-time logistics services is proposed.

본 논문에서는 우정물류 분야의 환경변화에 대응하고 더 나아가 우정물류 분야를 활성화하기 위해 필수적으로 요구되는 4S 연동을 위한 방안을 제시하기 위하여 우정물류시스템 중 세부시스템을 선정하여 시스템 구축 단계별 4S 연동방안을 제안하였다. 본 논문은 다음과 같이 구성되었다. 서론에서 연구 필요성 및 목적을 서술하고 이어서 4S 및 관련연구를 간략하게 살펴보았다 그리고 우정물류 분야에서 4S를 포함한 정보기술 활용현황을 국내ㆍ외로 나누어 분석 기술하였으며, 구체적인 4S 연동방안을 제시하기 위하여 우정물류시스템 중 집배업무 관리시스템을 선정하여 구축 단계별로 4S 연동방안을 제안하였다.

Recently convergence of IT in logistics system as a typical application RFID/NFC technology is being used, such as, according to the distribution of the flow is generated by a lot of big data. The Hadoop distributed system to collect data items produced by the parallel processing capabilities of logistics information and logistics information for the record management can create. Hadoop system to support the design and development of prototypes were approaching the possibility of its utilization.

항공물류 분야의 개선을 위해 공항에서 연구와 투자를 통하여 공항 선진화를 이루고 있고, 우리나라도 지속적으로 증가하는 항공물류 분야의 개선이 필요하다고 인식하고 개선을 위한 방안을 연구하고 있지만, 항공물류 전반에 걸쳐 통합적인 개선이 이루어지지 않고 개별적이거나 부분적인 시스템 개선으로 중복 투자와 비효율성의 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 현행 항공물류 프로세스를 수 출입으로 구분하여 분석하였고, 시스템 통합 사례들을 검토하여 프로세스 상에서 발생하는 문서들을 분석하였다. 이중 인터페이스 대상 문서를 선정하고 문서의 데이터 내용과 형식을 정의하였다. 정의한 데이터의 형식을 대상 문서에 코드로 적용시키고 시뮬레이션을 통하여 데이터 저장량을 비교 분석하였다. 이를 통해 항공물류 이해관계자간의 정보 교환이 용이해지고 동일한 정보를 재생성하거나 재가공하는 비효율성을 감소시킬 것으로 기대된다.

급변하는 글로벌 비즈니즈 환경속에서 물류의 역할은 나날이 증가하고 있다. 아울러 기존의 노동 집약적 물류 산업의 탈피가 가속화 되어 있으며, 고부과가치 물류 시스템 구축으로 융복합 기술을 활용한 새로운 모습으로 변화를 요구하고 있다. 특히, 물류 분야 중 자동차 생산 분류에 선재 관리를 통해 기업과 기업으로 서로 운송되어 분류되어 있으며, 차량 선재 분류는 자동화 통해 수행하고 있으나, 생산된 선재는 색깔별, 두께별로 일괄적으로 생산하여 나중에 선재를 작업자가 분류지를 보면서 작업을 하고 있하고 있다. 그러나, 선재 분류자는 반복적인 업무와 피로 누적으로 휴멘 에러가 발생으로 선재의 누락 혼합 발생되어 선재 물류 납품 시 이 차 기업으로 비용과 시간적 피해가 발생하게 된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 차량 선재 공정 분류와 그룹 모니터링 장치 기반의 선재 물류 분류 장치를 통해 공정을 개선하고자 한다.

1990년 중반 이후 외국계 기업과 국내 대기업의 적극적인 유통산업진출은 중소 소매업을 어렵게 하고 있다. 또한 대기업 편의점의 급속한 확장 역시 골목상권 환경을 열악하게 하여, 중소 소매업 점포수의 폐점을 가속화하고 있다. 2003년 중소 소매업의 경쟁력 강화 및 자생력을 확보하고자 정부는 중소유통공동도매물류센터(이하, 중소유통물류센터)를 건립하였다. 하지만 급변하는 유통환경과 온라인 쇼핑의 급속한 발전 속에서 중소유통물류센터는 갈수록 점점 어려워지는 현상에서 중소유통물류센터의 역량강화를 위한 현상분석 및 문제점 도출을 통하여 경쟁력 강화 및 효율적 운영방안을 위한 전략을 제시하고자 한다.
