Historically, government has facilitated logistics by building the airports, the seaports, the rail and transit lines, subsidized their operations where necessary, and established the basic laws and regulations pursuant to which the industry serves the public. In the late 1990s and early 2000s, Korean government began to prepare the basic laws of logistics and nowadays it has tried to refine national logistics laws to reflect contemporary industry conditions and evolving ideological attitudes. The policy objectives governing logistics regulation have changed significantly since 2000. This article traces the current status of the Korean logistics laws which regulate one of the nation's most important industries and suggests certain amendment of current laws.

21세기 첨단영상매체인 디지털 비디오 디스크(DVD)가 지난 1996년 11월 처음 등장한 이래, 올해로 만 8년째를 맞이한 DVD산업은 본격적인 성장기에 접어들고 있다. 하지만 현재 국내 DVD유통업체는 비효율적인 푸시(Push)유통체제로서 유통물류시스템을 가동하고 있다. 따라서 국내 DVD유통관련 업계의 물류비용 절감과 DVD유통(제조업 포함)업계의 사업 참여를 적극 유도하여 선진 유통정보시스템 구현을 통한 산업 경쟁력 확대차원의 사업추진방안이 필요한 실정이다.

오는 5월 18일부터 20일까지 한국국제 전시장에서 3년만에 물류기업의 축제 '2006 한국국제물류 및 유통산업전'이 개최된다. 한국물류협회와 한국유통물류진흥원이 주최하고 (주)월드전람, (사)한국디스플레이협회, 한국점포장치물협의회가 주관하는 이번 전시회에는 국내외 물류관련 관계자 5만여명이 방문할 것으로 기대하고 있다. 물류기업들의 관심이 큰 이번 전시회의 모습을 5월호, 7월호 2회에 걸쳐 지면을 통해 선보이며, 이번호에는 참가예정인 일부기업들을 소개하고자 한다.

This research is to focus on the method of moving line optimization in Agricultural Industry, especially Garak Wholesale Market Modernization Project, by using simulation tool. As everybody knew, it's very difficult to apply the SCM operation rules in Agricultural Industry, because the standardization system in Agricultural Industry was not completed. The five flow management factors, vehicle moving line management, customer moving line Management, Logistics Device Moving Line Management, Working Person Moving Line Management, Product display moving line management, are needed to be optimized on the basis of standardization rules, and to achieve this will be the good infrastructure to make the Agricultural SCM system. It's very different between the SCM structure of manufacturing industry and logistics industry and the SCM structure of Agricultural Industry, because the SCM in manufacturing is occur in the basis of flow management, on the contrary, the SCM of Agricultural Industry is on the basis of activity management. For these reason, this study is the first approach to apply the simulation method in the part of moving line optimization in Agricultural SCM, and in near future, This study will help all designers and operators to apply the simulation work in the part of agricultural SCM, and we hope that next advanced study will continue by using this study.

최근의 물류환경은 유통시장의 개방과 세계시장의 단일화로 국제적인 경쟁환경에 노출되어 글로벌화와 정보화 경쟁이 가속화되고 있으며 국내적으로는 대형 유통업체의 공격적인 마케팅 전개로 중소유통업체의 생존권을 위협하고 있다. 또한 물류부문의 아웃소싱화 추세가 증가하고 있으며 대형소매점 위주의 유통구조재편과 편의점들간의 규모의 경쟁 추구에 따른 지역상권 장악이 가속화되어 중소물류업체들의 경쟁력이 급속히 하락하고 있는 추세이다. 특히 대형할인점 위주의 대형 유통업체가 상당부분의 지역상권을 장악해가고 있지만 중소유통업체들은 여전히 구매력과 판매력이 미흡한 상황이며 유통 물류체계 또한 대기업 위주의 편향적인 구조로 되어 있어 상대적으로 영세하고 정보화가 취약한 중소물류업체들의 공도물류사업을 통한 가격경쟁력 강화 등의 필요성이 제기되고 있으며, 합리적인 유통 물류시스템구축이 필요한 실정이다. 그리고 전국 유통 물류시설의 기능들이 상호 연계되지 못하여 상호 중복되고 본래의 기능을 발휘하지 못하는 등 유통 물류시스템의 정보화, 체계화가 미흡한 상황에서 중소유통 물류공동화의 대안으로서 공동도매물류센터가 필요하며 이를 통해 유통 물류시설간의 전국 네트워크화를 실시하고 공동구매, 공동판매 및 조직화 등을 통해 시너지효과가 발휘될 수 있는 중소물류산업에 대한 활성화 방안의 모색이 절실히 요구되고 있다.

Network Flow has been playing important role in the modern industrial society. No matter what people or company run the network, both of them can't avoid circulating goods among the many branches. But in practical situations, not only the price rising in network increase the transportation costs, but the huge traffic flow volumes increase the transportation costs. Given to such a network environment, how to flow goods in the network is very important. In this paper, the MAX-Flow algorithm will be applied to network flow in order to maximize the network flow volumes. As far as the functions of network are correctly provided, the optimized network system always can make the flow process efficiently.

1990년 중반 이후 외국계 기업과 국내 대기업의 적극적인 유통산업진출은 중소 소매업을 어렵게 하고 있다. 또한 대기업 편의점의 급속한 확장 역시 골목상권 환경을 열악하게 하여, 중소 소매업 점포수의 폐점을 가속화하고 있다. 2003년 중소 소매업의 경쟁력 강화 및 자생력을 확보하고자 정부는 중소유통공동도매물류센터(이하, 중소유통물류센터)를 건립하였다. 하지만 급변하는 유통환경과 온라인 쇼핑의 급속한 발전 속에서 중소유통물류센터는 갈수록 점점 어려워지는 현상에서 중소유통물류센터의 역량강화를 위한 현상분석 및 문제점 도출을 통하여 경쟁력 강화 및 효율적 운영방안을 위한 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

의복은 인간이 삶을 영위함에 있어 필수불가결한 요소인 ‘의식주’의 하나로서 생산 및 유통의 역사는 인간의 역사와 같이한다. 인간의 개성 추구와 더불어 의복은 인간을 외부로부터 보호해 주는 기능적인 면에서 자신을 표출하는 패션적인 면이 더욱 강조되는 경향을 발전하고 있다. 의류부문에서 물류의 기능은 다른 제품과 마찬가지로 제품의 출하되는 원상태로 유지하면서 소비자가 원하는 시간에 원하는 장소에서 인도될 때 완전한 물류서비스를 제공하는 것이 된다.(중략)
