The purpose of this study is to research whether organizational culture affected job satisfaction and whether there was the mediating effect of communication in the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction. This study analyzed the mediating effect with SEM using data of the HCCP in 2015. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that innovative, relationship, rational culture significantly influenced the job satisfaction of the employees. Second, the effect of innovative, relationship, hierarchical, rational culture on job satisfaction was mediated through communication. Therefore, this study suggested creating an innovative and relationship-oriented organizational culture and a working environment that could facilitate smooth communication in the enterprises.

Over the past half the 20th century, Korea has been through the period of three dictatorial regimes. In each regime the orthodox problem was raised due to its undemocratic ruling. Nationalism in particular was perverted by the authoritarian regimes' exploitation of it as a form of cultural policy to control their people effectively. To emphasize it's ideology the government sought, selected and devised cultural heritage and defined it as the 'Korean cultural identity' or 'Koreaness'. Artists have produced works in the 'Korean style' focused on 'Koreaness' which had been prescribed by the government. These works were sewed as a propaganda and contributed to the reproduction of ideology. In addition to the 'Korean-style design' formed in this period, this case includes a wide range of environmental design, public construction, graphic design, public design, films, etc. The Korean-style design has been developed in accordance with each government's cultural policy with a little difference in content and form.

This study investigates how the external factors of police organization, such as organizational environments, job characteristics, and compensations can influence job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Especially, this study considers what kind of organizational culture is dominant and what kind of compensation influences job satisfaction and organizational commitment in Korea. The purpose of this study is to find out the ways to maximize compensation and job satisfaction of police officers and to improve organizational commitment. The results are as follows: First, the more perceived job interest, social approval, organizational cohesion, and financial compensation, the higher job satisfaction, whereas the more perceived work environment, the lower job satisfaction. Second, the more perceived job interest, social approval, organizational cohesion, and financial compensation, the higher job satisfaction. However, the perceived work environment does not influence the job satisfaction. Third, the higher job satisfaction, the higher organizational commitment. Fourth, organizational cohesion, financial compensation and organizational environment have an effect on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction.

This study attempted to analyze the relationship between school life satisfaction and acculturation of elementary students of north Korean refugees in Daegu and Gyeongbuk region. The socio-demographic characteristics of elementary students in Daegu and Gyeongbuk were different from in capital territory or other parts of Korea. The acculturation of students living in Daegu and Gyeongbuk was distinctive. The proportion of assimilation was slightly higher than that of integration. However, 42 percent of students belonging to separation and marginalization passively accepted south Korean culture, so that they would have a difficult time in adjusting to new culture. Students getting older and being used to school life strongly inclined to accept south Korean culture; while, students born in north Korea tended to resist acceptance of south Korean culture. Most students were satisfied with school life. The satisfaction level was high in the relationship with teachers and school environment; while, the satisfaction level in learning activity was relatively low. In the relationship between school satisfaction and types of acculturation, students actively accepting new culture were relatively highly satisfied with their school life. A standardized short-term education oriented program for north Korean adolescents refugees living in south Korea should be shifted into the long-term support policy reflected in class and attribute in terms of acculturation.

중국 진출기업의 경영환경이 과거에 비하여 그 매력도가 현저히 떨어지고 있는 점은 사실이다. 그러나 중국 정부의 정책변화 등 부정적인 요소가 많음에도 중국은 전 세계 다국적 기업의 90% 이상이 진출해 있는 명실상부한 세계경제의 중심지이다. 우리나라와는 한자를 바탕으로 한 문화적 동질감.지리적인 이점.우호적인 국민정서 등의 면에서 여전히 매력적인 활용의 대상이다. 따라서 중국에 진출한 한국기업이 생존하고 국제경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서는 가장 먼저 중국을 생산기지 개념이 아닌 확대된 내수시장으로 보고 기술력 우위 확보를 위해 끊임없이 R&D에 투자해야 한다. 또한 강도 높은 현지화 전략 추진, 강력한 경영혁신과 원가절감 활동 등이 무엇보다 절실하다.

지금 우리 농업과 농촌은 대내외적으로 시련기를 맞고 있다. 농가소득의 상대적인 하락(도시근로자의 4분의 3 수준), 농촌 지역의 보건ㆍ의료 기반과 문화시설의 취약, 교육 여건의 미흡 등으로 농업을 포기하고 이농을 하는 젊은 농업 인이 늘어나고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 가운데 도하개발의제(DDA) 농산물협상, 자유무역협정(FTA) 체결 등 농산물 시장개방은 피할 수 없는 압력이 되고 있다. 더욱이, 농가의 농업소폭의 전반, 농가소득의 1/4를 차지하는 쌀 농업은 과잉재고, 소비 감소, 개방 압력 등으로 큰 시련을 겪고 있다. 정부 수매, 쌀값지지 등 정부의 보호정책은 후퇴 내지는 폐지될 수밖에 없는 환경에 놓여 있다. 교포사회에서 한국어 방송국은 현지 교포들과 모국에 대한 정보를 전달하는 중요한 매개체로써 재외 교포들 간의 문화공동체 발전과한민족 정체성확립에중요한 인프라역할을 한다.[1] 하지만 이러한 역할과는 별개로 현재 대부분의 해외 한국어 방송사들은 운영에서부터 제작환경에 이르기까지 많은 어려움을 겪고 있어 그 미래를 긍정적으로만 볼 수 없는 실정이다. 이에 본고에서는 현재의 해외 한국어 방송 지원 사업에 대해 조망하고 효율적인 정부지원방안에 대해 모색하려 한다.

'최선을 다하는 삶이 아름답다.' 결과도 중요하지만, 충실하게 엮어 가는 과정을 더욱 소중하게 생각하는 유종근 전라북도지사의 생활신조다. 경제학자이자 경제 행정가로서 국제적으로 이름을 날리던 유지사가 정치에 입문한 것은 군부독재에 맞서는 과정에서 자연스럽게 현실정책의 문제, 그리고 정치적인 문제까지 관심을 갖게되면서이다. 그래서 유지사는 도민과 함께 해 온 지난 5년여 동안, 도민의 소득 수준을 전국 상위권으로 향상시키고, 전라북도를 문화ㆍ환경ㆍ복지ㆍ관광 등 모든 분야에서 삶의 질이 앞서가는 퓽요로운 지역, 세계에서 가장 살기 좋은 지역으로 만들기위해 아름다운 최선을 다해 왔다. 도민과 하나된 힘으로 '새천년 새전북인' 운동을 내실있게 추진해 가겠다는 유지사의 확신과 자신감에 찬 모습에서 발전된 전북의 모습이 느껴져 왔다.

국토해양부가 주최하고 우리협회가 주관하는 "제5회 자연친화적 하천관리 연찬회"가 전국의 하천관리 공무원 등 총 1,150명이 참가한 가운데 2009. 4. 27(월)$\sim$4. 30(목)까지 2차에 걸쳐 대전컨벤션센터(대전광역시 유성구 도룡동 소재)에서 성황리에 개최되었다. 올해로 다섯 번째를 맞이한 연찬회 행사는 그간 우리의 생명줄인 하천을 친환경적인 모습으로 바꾸는 데 일조해 왔으며, 쾌적한 환경과 삶의 질 향상에 대한 국민의 요구를 반영하여 참여적이고 혁신적인 정책방향을 선도하였다.

한미 PTA 타결로 미디어 자본의 시장 침투와 전면적인 콘텐츠 경쟁 상황에서 국내방송과 통신융합이 미치는 영향과, 이러한 변화에 따른 지상파 방송의 디지털전환이 방송콘텐츠 산업의 향후 방향을 짚어보았다. 나아가 지역방송의 지상파 디지털 콘텐츠 활성화를 위한 프로그램 경쟁력 제고 방안, 지역방송의 역할로써 지역사회의 정치, 경제, 문화의 계승발전과 지역민의 통합과 화합을 위한 소통의 장의 수행, 그리고 새롭게 발족하는 방송통신위원회와 지역방송발전위원회에 정책적 대안을 제안하였다.
