출판물 저작자의 권리 확대를 골자로 한 '출판분야 표준계약서 제정을 위한 공청회'가 지난 2월 7일 오후 2시 한국출판인회의 강당에서 열렸다. 이번 공청회는 문화체육관광부와 한국출판문화산업진흥원이 주최하고 한국전자출판학회가 주관했다.

This study proposes an alternative to minimize insider-caused security threats that are relatively difficult to control and cause high uncertainty in information security management. Therefore, we investigate the relationship between organizational effort and the security understanding of employees to eventually enhance security compliance intention among employees. We develop a research model and formulate hypotheses on the basis of past findings. Accomplished questionnaires are collected from 526 employees working in organizations where information security policy is being implemented. In addition, we prove the hypotheses using a structural model. After reviewing the structural model, the security knowledge of employees and information security culture are determined to positively influence the security compliance intention of employees. Moreover, top management support, security policy, security visibility, and security education programs are proven to be antecedent factors in establishing a security culture in organizations. The findings of this study could guide organizations in formulating information security strategies to enhance the security compliance intention of employees.

지금까지 가장 널리 사용되는 원전 안전성의 평가는 설비고장이나 인간오류와 관련된 조직(Institution/organization)의 질이 설비의 신뢰도와 인적오류에 영향을 주며 원전의 안전성에 전반적인 영향을 끼친다는 것을 고려하지 않고 있다. TMI 사고는 경미한 설비고장은 있었으나 중요한 사고원인은 운전원의 오류였다. 운전원 훈련양의 부족, 절차서의 불명확성, 주제어실의 설계상의 결함 등이 함께 어울어진 안전문화와 관련한 조직실패(Organizational Failure)였다. Chernobyl사고도 전반적인 관리조절(Management Control)의 부족과 운전원의 부적절한 실험 절차서의 검토, 안전 절차서의 위배 등이 함께 연루되어 발생하였다. (중략)

한 출판인으로서, 업계 대표로서 30여년 출판 외길을 걸어온 예림당 나춘호 회장이 최근 경기도 여주군 산북면에 해여림식물원을 개원하고 이에 맞춰 '뜻이 있으면 길이 있다'란 자서전을 발간했다. 1981년 '아동도서출판협의회' 를 통해 출판계 대외활동을 시작한 이래 1996년부터 2001년까지 제42.43대 대한출판문화협회장을 연임하면서 줄곧 업계 발전, 협력을 통한 관련업계와의 공동성장을 위해 힘써온 나 회장을 해여림식물원에 찾아가서 직접 만났다.

도시민들은 자연과 유리된 생활에 염증을 느끼게 되어 주말과 휴일이면 도시를 탈출하여 대자연과 좀더 가까이 하려 농촌과 어촌의 산, 강, 들, 바다 등의 품속으로 찾아가게 되었다. 앞으로 도시민들이 자연을 찾아 나서는 현상은 증가할 것이며, 도시민의 관광패턴도 현대문화 및 인공조형물을 구경하는 관광에서 점차 대자연속에서 지역의 문화를 직접 체험하면서 즐기는 형태로 변화하기 시작했으며, 동반자도 단체 중심의 대중관광에서 가족중심의 관광이 늘어나고 있으며, 형태도 녹색관광으로 변화되어 가고 있다.

This study can read register reviews and search read information that users want by musical, drama and movie by using DB by developing App providing the newest culture view and information in android smart phone, when users want to enjoy cultural life. Also, the administrator logins as Administrator-mode and controls cultural information and makes smooth controlling by identifying user's information. In addition, the user logins as User-mode and reads cultural information and can make possible in reading and writing reviews. It makes possible to enjoy leisure activity as cultural activity by identifying reliable performance information via recommendation of friend groups.

This study compares eight bronze spoons in the Goryeo Dynasty and analyzes their components and lead isotopes in order to confirm the relationship between their production sites and excavation sites. Most of the excavated spoons have elliptical heads, and their handles are categorized into two types. Bronze spoons are made of binary Cu-Sn alloys, but Pb is not added. The same artifacts can have different trace elements depending on location, and the spoons had high Ag content. According to an analysis of their lead isotopic ratio, they were made with raw materials produced in Zone 3 of the South Korean galena map. If the data of the trace elements in the raw ores of the bronze is accumulated, it can be used to indicate the provenance of the artifacts.

Recently, remote work has arisen due to the social atmosphere and advancement of digital technology. Although effective in premeditated communications such as conferences or meetings, the current technology such as messengers and video chats insufficiently supports impromptu communications like a chance encounter, daily conversation with colleagues, or brief instant meetings. This causes various problems such as a decrease in social belonging and an increase in social isolation. The virtual workplace, which emerged as an alternative to this technology, is merely replicating the workplace layouts in reality with an absence of the proper design guideline. Therefore, this paper aims to establish the foundation for the better design of the virtual workplace for remote-work employees. The research compared 12 current workplace cases with the analysis with 5 categories(Spatial Composition, Scale, Individual & Collaboration Workplace, Socializing Space), and discovered the following results: 1) some design principles of the real workplace can be applied on the virtual workplace design, 2) the architectural components of the virtual workplace can differ from them of the real. Based on the results, the research suggests both the appropriate design methodologies of the virtual workplace considering the design principles of the real office layouts, and the design direction for the future of the virtual workplace. This research will be the foundation for the future design of the virtual workplace.

문화재 영상 데이터는 방대한 양으로 인해 고해상도로 모두 저장이 어렵거나 시간이 지나 상대적으로 화질이 낮은 영상들이 다수 존재하기에 초해상화가 필요한 상황이 많다. 따라서 본 논문에서 처음으로 문화재 영상에 특화된 4 배 및 8 배 딥러닝 기반 초해상화 방식을 제안한다. 문화재 영상 데이터는 배경이 단조롭고 물체가 영상 중간에 위치한다는 특징이 있어 이를 고려해 중간 부분에서만 패치를 추출하는 방식을 적용하여 의미 있는 패치로 학습이 되도록 한다. 또 자연 영상 데이터 셋인 DIV2K 를 사용해 학습하는 방식과 직접 구성한 문화재 데이터 셋을 이용해 학습하는 방식, 그 둘을 적절히 함께 사용하여 학습하는 전이 학습 방법까지 세 가지로 학습하여 초해상화의 성능을 향상시키는 방법을 제안한다. 그 결과, 쌍삼차 보간법(Bicubic interpolation)보다 4 배 초해상화에서는 약 1.25dB, 8 배 초해상화에서는 약 1.26dB 의 성능 개선을 확인하였으며, 단순 DIV2K 로 학습한 방식보다는 4 배에서는 0.06dB, 8 배에서는 0.17dB 의 성능 개선을 확인하였다.
