This study, To find practical problems with the imaging of webtoons, propose their alternatives, and secure the professionalism of research along with 22 field experts including writers, directors, producers, investors and importance survey was carried out with 30 practical experts. There were four major interview areas including the stages of imaging production, investment and support for imaging, difficulties with imaging, and improvement of production methods and systems. Responses were collected from a total of 13 questions. All agreed that the biggest difficulty with imaging was a low level of collaboration, but they had different ideas about an ideal collaboration system. A low level of collaboration was mainly attributed to a shortage of professionals and lack of communication. There should be an effort to bring up such experts in three major areas including professional adaptation writers, professional IP producers, and investment agencies specialized in content.
For local festivals to be successful, it is important to cooperate with various entities and effectively utilize festival-related resources. Recently, many efforts have been made to improve the operation and management performance of local festivals in Korea, but systematic management and IT support have been insufficient. In this study, the factors affecting the IT governance of local festivals were derived through a literature review and the relationship to the festival performance was analyzed empirically. A survey was conducted with local festival organizers and stake holders, and the research model was verified using the regression analysis with total 109 samples. According to the results of the analysis, it was confirmed that marketing, processes and service management have a significant effect on festival performance within IT governance. The effect of festival performance on resource management was not statistically significant. This study demonstrates that the systematic operation and management of local festivals using IT governance is necessary for local festivals. It will be more meaningful if further study discuss the IT utilization guidelines and success cases through the innovative use of IT for local festivals.
Korean wave 3.0 is focused on 'K-Culture' which includes traditional culture, cultural art as well as existing culture contents as a keyword. It considers everything about Korean culture as materials of Korean wave culture contents. Since Korean wave culture contents reflect contemporary social aspect, it needs to preserve those contents as archives and records which have the important value of evidence. With this social environment, this study aims to implement RMS based on AtoM that manages various kinds of Korean wave culture contents through analysis of management situation of those materials. Recently, it is in progress individually to manage them through organizations dealing with korean cultures such as K-Pop, K-Food, K-Movie. However, it has problems in accumulating information and reproducing high quality contents because of lack of coordination among organizations. To solve the problems, this study proposed RMS based on open source software Access to Memory(AtoM) for managing and recording Korean wave culture contents. AtoM provides various functions for managing records and archives such as accumulation, classification, description and browsing. Furthermore AtoM is for free as open source software and easy to implement and use. Thus, this study implemented RMS based on AtoM to methodically manage korean wave culture contents by functional requirements of RMS. Also, this study considered contents relating K-Food as an object to collect, classify, and describe. To describe it, this study selected ISAD(G) standard.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the psychological dynamics of the characters in the novel 'vegetarian' of the Han Gang and the relationship patterns in the system by applying object relation theory. 'Vegetarianism' has already been analyzed and reinterpreted in various angles, but if you look at it from the object relationship theory and the systematic perspective, you can understand the inevitable history of the generation through psychological analysis and relation dynamics of the person. First, we will analyze the psychological dynamics of the characters by analyzing the meanings and exploring the meaning with the object relation theory and concept. The psychological analysis and the search process of the characters based on the theory are enough evidence for the counselor to reinterpret the life story of the client in the future clinical scene. In addition, in order to realize ethical but practical clinical education, the field of clinical practice will be extended when analyzing the characters using art. It is suggested that the meaning search through various character analysis needs to be accumulated culturally.
Pansori has been passed down over several generations and over time have undergone continued change in accordance with the times, as well as the skills and ability of the singer. Policies regarding intangible cultural treasures were established to preserve and promote the continuing tradition of art forms including Pansori and thus must spare no effort in supporting and preserving the genre. As such, for proper implementation of the newly legislated law, it is necessary to review the agents who pass down the tradition of Pansori and whether there are any areas that need to be changed in terms of our perception of culture in general. Pansory in the $21^{st}$ century features both contemporary aspects and mass appeal and have undergone many changes in how it is enjoyed. It is our responsibility therefore, to establish how the art and universality of Pansori should be promoted. From this perspective, this study reviewed the evolution of law on intangible cultural treasures, the current status of intangible cultural treasures being passed down with a focus on national treasures and those of Jeonbuk Province to shed light on issues. Diversification is needed in the number of those who carry this intangible cultural treasure, as well as the number of categories. To that end, a survey index or practical ability index must be taken into account for the application and designation of intangible cultural treasures. The study also noted issues of the categories for designation as intangible cultural treasures and discussed directions for improvement. In the case of Pansori, suggestions for improvement were presented for the designation of skilled artists by school, regular surveys and regular application, increased role of artists for increased mass appeal, survey of regional singers, supervision and monitoring of skilled artists and establishment of a manual for the education on how to pass down the art form. In doing so, efforts should be made to make the passing down of Pansori more active and related education more systematic. Since we are in the early years of the law on intangible cultural treasures being implemented, areas of improvement will continue to be identified. It is however certain that the proper support for the art form to be handed down should be done in a way where law and culture are complementary given that Pansori is not just a Korean tradition, but a tradition of mankind.
Pyeon-gyeong, similar to Chinese Bianqing, is a Korean traditional lithophone with multiple stone chimes. Due to the temperature- and humidity-insensitive characteristics of its material, pumice stone, the instrument provides highly stable pitch and therefore has played a key role in Korean traditional court music. By reason of having absolute pitch, it is an important part of the research on the standard pitch and scale system of korean traditional music, but as an instrument, the study on the sound characteristics and worth is not making satisfactory progress, to date. This research is an analysis paper for physical modeling synthesis of pyeongyeong. Through this study, we will determine the original characteristics of the timbre of pyeongyeong as a unique korean traditional percussion, and investigate these characteristics objectively, based on the music acoustics by scientific analysis. Furthermore, this study will be used as an important basic material for physical modeling synthesis of pyeongyeong, and also make a huge contribution to the cultural applicability by the vitalization of graft onto the various artistic creation field, through the comprehension of the timbre of pyeongyeong as an instrument.

The Nobel Prize, which began in 1900, has already produced more than 1,000 winners worldwide. However, South Korea has failed to produce a Nobel Prize winner in the field of science. In order to make the Nobel Prize possible in science, many concerns and improvements are needed in many ways, including scientific administration, bureaucracy, and public education. In the field of science administration, authoritarianism seem to be a major stumbling block. Developing scientific technology by policy means and achievement of scientific technology to make money are not healthy foundation for the Nobel Prize. School education to enhance the value of creativity and challenge in needed. Social awareness is needed to value creativity and challenges. Acceptance of fails is required to succeed. It can make money to study things that don't pay. The Nobel Prize can be approached without the recognition of the Nobel Prize.

This study aims to provide the basic materials for the development of leisure and tourism contents in connection with Osaek cableway for the revitalization of Osaek District. For such a purpose, the following policy directions were presented through the analysis of the present situation and conditions of Osaek District, the direction of development of leisure and tourism contents of Osaek District, etc. The first is increasing the participation of local residents and reinforcing their capabilities. The suggested promotion plans are ① establishing organizational system and strengthening support, ② reinforcing the capabilities of local residents and ③ constructing networks with external human resources. The second is setting the guidelines for contents development. It was proposed to prepare contents for leisure experience using the natural environment of Osaek District in response to the trend of increase of people who enjoy "contents using culture and arts" and leisure. The third is typological approach to contents. It was proposed to develop cultural contents with the theme of Osaek such as "Osaek Light Festival", "Osaek Concert", "Osaek Photo Exhibition" and "Osaek Good Men and Women Contest" for the promotion of the brand of the place name of Osaek and the creation of the "Picture Book Village" for the compilation of the history and culture of Osaek District with pictures. The fourth is securing marketing channels. For this, it was proposed to produce the website of Yangyang County or a website tentatively named as "Osaek-ri with Beautiful Osaek" and introduce an integrated travel product (transportation + lodging + foods + experience (hot spring, mineral water therapy, leisure experience, etc.) + purchasing local specialty products, etc.) composed of the leisure and tourism contents, transportation, lodging, foods, etc. of Osaek District through travel agencies. The final policy direction presented was phased implementation of the development and operation of the contents. Proposed policies include support of a consulting project to upgrade the organization of local residents; implementation of "Tourism Dure (Cooperative)" project for the solution of the problem of tourism in Osaek District by the residents themselves together using the space of culture and arts made by remodeling idle public and private facilities after benchmarking exemplary places; system improvement for the introduction of leisure and tourism contents appropriate for local conditions; and the establishment of a master plan for the introduction of various leisure and tourism contents in Osaek District.
Among many functions of the museum, the educational function is being emphasized. Museums should actively expand their scope of action through special exhibits or various educational activities. It is through exhibits that museums prove their reason for existence and raise calls for support. Through such activities, university museums should demonstrate the role and reason of existence of a museum inside a university to the members of the university. They should carry out various activities to raise the presence of the museum in the university. That may be the way for university museums, which face many difficulties in reality, to find their breakthrough. Especially in a situation of a low-budget, holding overseas exhibition may be a good opportunity to display the excellence of the Korean culture and, at the same time, publicize the school and the museum. Also, through such overseas exhibition, benchmarking of facilities and activities of advanced museums can be made and networks can be set up with museums around the world. This paper introduces the planning and progressing procedures of exhibitions abroad through the experiences of the Korea University Museum. I sincerely hope that it will contribute to the hereafter development of university museums. Aside from such overseas exhibition, the Korea Foundation has been supporting prestigious foreign museums to establish a Korean exhibition room in order to form a perpetual space to systematically introduce Korean culture and art to foreign audience. Thus far, the National Museum of Korea has stood in the forefront in lending relics to Korean exhibition rooms abroad. I believe it would be a worthwhile activity for the Korea Association of University Museums, which has approximately 100 institutions as its members, to actively participate in the establishment of Korean exhibitions rooms of foreign museums for the development of university museums. Participating in the establishment of Korean exhibition rooms is attractive as it will lead to a constant exchange with foreign museums instead of a one-time exchange. Localization and globalization, which became a big issue about ten years ago, is reality from which university museums cannot be free. In such reality, it is time for university museums to look back on whether they are ready to make their way forward in this era called the century of culture.

Entrepreneurship courses and programs in Korean universities tend to increase steadily but seem to have some limitations. They are usually recognized as another domain of Business Administration. Entrepreneurship program is practical like Business Administration but should be much more interdisciplinary than that. Because Korean Entrepreneurship programs are in the early stage, they must be reinforced with factors such as education culture, faculties, curriculum and relationships with communities. This study aims to get some implications from Entrepreneurship programs have been run by universities in America in order to facilitate Entrepreneurship program in Korean universities. Based on 11 success factors found by our case universities' Entrepreneurship programs and Kauffman Campus, this study has drawn implications of critical success factors of Entrepreneurship programs as follow. First of all, because Entrepreneurship programs should focus on Entrepreneurship mind sets such as innovative idea generation and courage to overcome risk, it is more desirable that Entrepreneurship programs are introduced in all departments of universities such as Arts, Science and Engineering. These programs also need to take interdisciplinary approach and required to be opened from liberal arts course. In order to be sustained during all their academic careers, vision, mission and strategy for Entrepreneurship programs should be based on strong leadership and support of top leaders. Entrepreneurship culture of each university is also one of the most important success factors. Entrepreneurship programs not only as major programs but also as specific Entrepreneurship minors designed for departments such as Arts, Science and Engineering could be considered according to each university's situation. This study also suggest to make a motivation system for Entrepreneurship faculties, Ph d. programs for Entrepreneurship, communication network for Entrepreneurship programs and mentor system in community. To begin Entrepreneurship programs, it also needs to develop good education contents as many as possible. When it concerned with teaching method, project based 4 year program can be suggested to be effective and efficient. To introduce project based program that should be consistent till participants' graduation, university must prepare regulations to support team teaching, mentor and interdisciplinary cooperation. To dissipate the concept that Entrepreneurship is another version of management, this study support the idea that Entrepreneurship programs should be designed and run by independent and central-focused governance system, Entrepreneurship education center.
