Cultural impact assessment system is a program to improve the quality of people's life by minimizing the negative effects and maximizing the positive effects on the cultural environment when a central government or local governments implement policies or plans. It was introduced in 2013 by Framework Act on the Promotion of Cultural Industries. Now the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is promoting a pilot project for cultural impact assessment system to reduce trial and error and settle it as a successful system. This study examined previous studies, international case studies, and various cultural impact assessment systems in oder to successfully seated cultural impact assessment systems and proposed ways to improve evaluations regarding objects, index, process, scale of objects, and evaluation agency. For the system to run smoothly in the future, additional researches are needed on the scale of evaluation objects, setting up detailed evaluation index, the composition of evaluation committee and its operation, and the introduction of cultural impact evaluators.

중앙간선도로망을 구축하려는 서울시에 교통영향평가만 할 것이 아니라 문화영향평가도 해보자고 제안해 본다. 유서깊은 정독도서관 건물은 문화 전문 도서관으로 탈바꿈시키고 축대를 없애고 접근이 용이한 북촌의 중앙공원 역할을 해주기 바란다.

This paper suggests an evaluation method through corporate culture's evaluation model considering the relationship and affection between types and elements of corporate culture. 314 data obtained from the members of small and medium enterprises analyzed the relationship by the correlation analysis, and the degree affecting rate the corporate culture types by the regression analysis. Finally, fuzzy system was used to analyze the evaluation model of the corporate culture type. The evaluation model of the corporate culture types in this paper is mixed possibility and necessity sides and showed the usefulness through reviewing the model which has an identification problem of the fuzzy system estimated fuzzy relation matrix for corporate culture types using the model.

This study aims to analyze various issues and problems in the implementation process of cultural impact assessment in 2016. As a result of the analysis, it is found that the evaluation index of the cultural impact assessment is difficult to understand, and the referring data and materials in the evaluation planning phase in the process of the cultural impact assessment are deficient, and the evaluation planning is based on surveys rather than various methods. And there are some problems with evaluation scales and weighting, and they are focused on the evaluation itself rather than the feedback of the evaluation results. Therefore, this study suggests that, in the evaluation planning phase, the different methods of comparing the evaluation results according to the project execution, the project progress, and the completion time of the project should be adopted, and the project manager and the evaluation group participate developing the evaluation indicators together, and methodology for identifying causal relationship such as system dynamics will be adopted. In the stage of evaluation, it is necessary to introduce various methodology such as diverse residents participation, abundant case study, application of quantitative methodology, and the utilization of expert evaluation teams. In the evaluation feedback stage, it is necessary to provide thorough consulting based on the evaluation results.

새만금사업, 신행정수도(행정중심복합도시, 세종시), 한반도 대운하사업(4대강 살리기사업) 등과 같은 대형국책사업은 대통령 선거공약으로 제시되었다. 그러한 대형국책사업이 국가의 이익을 위해 꼭 필요한 것으로 제시되었다 하더라도, 그 결과는 좋은 의도와는 다르게 나타날 수도 있다. 대통령 선거후 환경정책기본법과 환경영향평가법에 따라 대형국책사업에 대한 사전환경성검토(전략환경평가)와 환경영향평가가 이뤄졌지만, 예상하지 못했던 정치적, 사회경제적, 환경적 갈등이 발생하였다. 이러한 개발 및 환경 갈등의 원인은 여러 측면에서 찾을 수 있겠지만, 사회경제적 항목을 중심으로 하는 사회영향평가의 미흡을 그 원인으로 제시하는 연구가 많다. 대규모 국책사업을 둘러싼 개발 및 환경 갈등을 해소하기 위해, 우리나라와 외국의 사회영향평가의 현황과 연구 동향을 고찰하고, 국책사업의 주요 쟁점의 분석을 통하여 사회영향평가의 중요성과 필요성을 강조하였다. 그리고 사회영향평가의 도입, 강화, 지침 마련에 대해 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 첫째, 현재의 사전환경성검토(전략환경평가)시에 사회적 통합, 경제적 측면(B/C분석, 비용, 고용 등), 법제적 측면, 한반도 통일이나 국가균형발전 등과 같은 사회경제적 항목을 평가항목에 추가함으로써 사회영향평가를 도입하고; 둘째, 환경영향평가 시에 공공시설, 교육, 교통, 문화재, 경제적 타당성, 고용, 토지이용을 현재의 사회경제평가항목에 추가시켜 사회영향평가를 보다 강화시키고; 셋째, 한국의 환경적, 정치적, 경제적, 사회적, 문화적 상황을 반영하여(사회영향평가의 원리와 지침(가칭))을 마련하도록 한다.

The present study investigated how culture and art education participants' outcome evaluation predicts the satisfaction of the education by performing the secondary analysis of the Korea Arts and Culture Education Service's (KACES) survey data. Exploratory factor analysis identified three dimensions(content, management, and resources) of education outcome evaluation, and the regression analysis revealed the factors of outcome evaluation influenced the education satisfaction positively. When the sample was grouped according to prior participation experience and companion [participated alone or with other person(s)], the regression analysis showed the differences of the influences between groups. On the basis of the findings, managerial implications for improvement of the culture and art education programs and suggestions for further studies were discussed.

This study examined the effects of cultural factors and demographic factors on the perceived appropriateness and likelihood of using five categories of inappropriate negotiation strategies. Five categories of inappropriate negotiation strategies consist of traditional competitive bargaining, attacking opponent's network, false promises, misrepresentation of information and inappropriate information gathering. Two kinds of cultural variables, Hofstede's cultural dimensions and 'Chemyon' dimensions were used as universal, etic variables versus indigenous, emic variables. Survey result shows age and gender had significant effects only for traditional competitive bargaining, but gender and personal negotiation style did not have any effects for the inappropriate strategies. Hofstede's dimensions as well as Chemyon dimensions had significant effect for perceived inappropriateness and likelihood of using inappropriate strategies. While both Chemyon and Hofstede's dimensions were significant, Chemyon accounted for more variance than Hofstede dimensions in most cases. This suggests Chemyon's vital role in explaining Korean negotiators' perception and attitude towards inappropriate negotiation strategies. Implications of the results and future research are discussed.

The purpose underlying this study is to evaluate tourism development impacts from analyzing residents' and tourists' perceptions. Questionnaire surveys were carried on Kanhyun area in Kangwondo, Korea. Generally, residents in the area perceive positive economic impacts due to tourism development, however levels of employment and economic independence of the locality are perceived low. Sociocultural changes also bring negative aspects in life and residents' awareness of environmental impacts show far more negative. Tourists' satisfaction levels with the area and the management attributes are relatively high. Some suggestions are made based on the result of the survey to help the area to be more successful as a tourist destination. More comprehensive research is needed for the future study.

Recognizing user services as one of the most important and essential part in the public library, this study focuses on seeking for innovative ideas for the improvement of user services. Data analyses is based on the written survey submitted by public libraries throughout the nation. Questions related with user services are analyzed. and some influential factors in relation with the selection of superior libraries are compared with those of public libraries as a whole. Active library services for the users are revealed as the most important factor to be included in superior library group.

역동적 평가는 구성주의와 사회문화적 관점이 교육과정에 많은 영향을 주면서 이를 평가에 반영하기 위한 대안으로 등장한 새로운 평가의 방향이다. 전통적인 심리 측정에 대한 비판에서 시작되었으며, 통계적인 자료정리에서 벗어나 아동에 대한 변화가능성을 평가하자는 것이 주목적이다. 결과 지향적인 평가는 미래의 수행에 대한 완전한 예언을 할 수 없지만, 역동적 평가에서 각 개인의 평가는 개인의 특성에 따라 각기 다른 체제 내에서 이루어진다. 역동적 평가의 입장 가운데서도 본 연구에서는 사회문화적 체제 관점에서 실제영역과 발달가능영역에 대한 사회적 상호작용에 대해 관심을 가지고 있다. 이를 위해 개인에 작용하는 생태학적 회로망을 평가의 주요한 배경으로 선택하고 있으며, 사회문화적 관점에서 평가관의 변화를 제시하면서 이에 따른 수학교육적 시사점을 찾아본다.
