Comparison of Growth and Physiological Responses in Radish for Assay of Nickel Toxicity -I. Growth of Radish and Absorption and Translocation of Nikel- (무에서 니켈 독성검정을 위한 생육 및 생리반응 비교 -I. 무의 생육 및 니켈 흡수이행-)

  • The present study was carried out to investigate the difference of absorption and translocation of Ni by radish grown for 45 days under factors such as the levels of Ni in soil, soil pH, competitive metal interactions, covering with soil, organic matter and lime. Germination rate of radish in soil treated by Ni 150 mg/kg was 40%. As soil pH was increased, the contents of Ni translocated to radish showed the negative correlation$(shoot=-0.965^{**},\;root= -0.837^{*})$. The Ni content in shoot and root of radish grown under 50 mg/kg Ni treated soil were slowly decreased with iron levels increased. However Ni content in shoot and root of radish grown under 50 mg/kg Ni treated soil showed increasing trend with the increasing the zinc levels. As covering with soil, organic matter and lime were treated, Ni contents of shoot and root in radishes were in the decreasing order of organic matter>covering with soil>lime.

  • Recently, UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) have been utilized in various fields, including surveys, mapping, and spatial analysis, depending on the increase in demand for spatial information and UAV is receiving a lot of attention due to rapid data acquisition and economic viability. In this study, the applicability of UAV image images was analyzed for urban disaster prevention. UAV images were acquired for the study area and digital surface model and ortho image were generated through data processing. Also, the process using PPK(Post Processed Kinematic) GNSS method is compared with existing method. Through the research, it was able to effectively deploy urban disaster prevention information about the target area, and displayed the effectiveness of the methods for efficient comparison with existing unmanned aerial photogrammetry. If the PPK technique is applied to thethe disaster prevention field, it is expected that the work flow in the field of rapid data acquisition and disaster prevention data construction can be greatly improved.

  • Many studies have been conducted to properly handle nonresponse. Recently, many nonresponse imputation methods have been developed and practically used. Most imputation methods assume MCAR (missing completely at random) or MAR (missing at random). On the contrary, there are relatively few studies on imputation under the assumption of MNAR (missing not at random) or NN (nonignorable nonresponse) that are affected by the study variable. The MNAR causes Bias and reduces the accuracy of imputation whenever response probability is not properly estimated. Lee and Shin (2022) proposed a nonresponse imputation method that can be applied to nonignorable nonresponse assuming homoscedasticity in super-population model. In this paper we propose an generalized version of the imputation method proposed by Lee and Shin (2022) to improve the accuracy of estimation by removing the Bias caused by MNAR under heteroscedasticity. In addition, the superiority of the proposed method is confirmed through simulation studies.

  • In this paper, we propose an unmanned patient monitoring system design and performance of a motion capture and sound detection. Unmanned patient monitoring system can be used in the greek koma and meaning deep sleep patient to need 24 hour surveillance. To monitoring, we used laptop, CCTV camera (or PC camera), A/D converter, microphone and detection program. The detection program based on the frame difference method and sound level meter. It had several functions such as data collecting and storing. All of this system was tested in several the simulations of emergency situations. It can be expected that an unmanned patient monitoring system can be used in emergency situation and patient care.

  • Recently, localized heavy rain storms have been occurring frequently due to global warming, and it is difficult to shield a large number of facilities against disaster with limited manpower. The unmanned water treatment system uses five senses to analyze various judgment criteria, which are set according to field situations such as machine vibrations, the temperature of bearings, the sound of the operating machines, and the hydraulic pressure, current, and voltage of the hydraulic floodgates. It thus judges normal or abnormal operation status and conducts unmanned control of such machines. It automatically applies a system to the interruption of communications and therefore improves the reliability of its unmanned irrigation facilities. It maximizes the operational efficiency of managers responsible for various fields, enabling them to discharge water before the situation escalates to a crisis within the golden time, and to protect against damage to humans and property.

  • Proper handling of nonresponse in sample survey improves the accuracy of the parameter estimation. Various studies have been conducted to properly handle MAR (missing at random) nonresponse or MCAR (missing completely at random) nonresponse. When nonresponse occurs, the PSA (propensity score adjusted) estimator is commonly used as a mean estimator. The PSA estimator is known to be unbiased when known sample weights and properly estimated response probabilities are used. However, for MNAR (missing not at random) nonresponse, which is affected by the value of the study variable, since it is very difficult to obtain accurate response probabilities, bias may occur in the PSA estimator. Chung and Shin (2017, 2022) proposed a post-stratification method to improve the accuracy of mean estimation when MNAR nonresponse occurs under a non-informative sample design. In this study, we propose a double post-stratification method to improve the accuracy of the naive PSA estimator for MNAR nonresponse under an informative sample design. In addition, we perform simulation studies to confirm the superiority of the proposed method.

  • 무인항공기의 시장이 성장하면서 많은 무인항공기 수요와 개체 증가가 이루어지고 있다. 그에 따라 무선네트워크 해킹 위협에 대한 우려가 높아지고 있다. 실제로 판매되고 있는 소비자용 무인항공기가 해킹에 취약하다는 사례가 발생하면서 무인항공기의 네트워크 보안성을 높이는 것이 필요하다고 판단하였다. 본 논문에서는 기존 Wi-Fi는 가상AP의 비밀번호를 이용해 네트워크에 접속한 것과 다르게 사용자의 디바이스 정보를 활용하여 본인의 디바이스 정보를 이용한 접근이 아니면 네트워크에 접속할 수 없는 방안을 제안한다.

  • 국 내외적으로 무인우편장치를 도입하여 우편물 접수 편의성을 증대시키려는 노력이 지속되고 있다. 그러나 고객은 무인우편장치에서 화면터치 방식의 키보드를 사용하여 접수정보를 직접 입력하고 있으며 사용에 어려움을 느끼고 있다. 이로 인해 접수정보인 우편번호, 주소, 수취인명을 자동으로 획득하여 고객에게 제공하는 시스템 개발의 필요성이 제기되었다. 본 논문에서는 우편영상을 이용하여 접수정보를 자동으로 획득하고 고객에게 제공하여 접수 편의성을 증대시킬 수 있는 서버/클라이언트 기반의 분산형 접수정보 자동획득 시스템을 구현하고 무인우체국내의 무인 우편접수 장치에 적용하였다.

  • 본 논문은 코골이 및 폐쇄성 무호흡 환자들의 수면의 질 향상을 위한 자세 교정 및 건강관리를 제공하는 스마트 침대를 제안한다. 기존 코골이 및 폐쇄성 무호흡 환자들을 위한 베개 및 자세변환 시스템은 코골이를 방지해 주거나, 혹은 폐쇄성 무호흡 환자들을 위한 용도로만 존재해왔다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용자의 코골이, 폐쇄성 무호흡뿐만 아니라 개별적으로 존재하는 질병을 침대에서 사용자의 수면 상태 정보, 산소포화도, 뒤척임 정보를 수집하여 개인별 차별화된 자세를 추천 및 교정해준다. 또한 전용 애플리케이션의 건강 신호등 시스템으로 사용자에게 자신의 건강을 직관적으로 확인 시켜 줄 수 있다. 이를 통해 본 논문은 코골이로 인한 소음, 무호흡증을 완화하고 숙면을 돕는 서비스 개발을 목적으로 한다.

  • 본 논문은 최근 울산항만에 물류 차량과 사람이 충돌하는 위험이 수반되어 특별 안전대책에 따라 사각지대 없는 안전관리 체계의 일원으로 차별화된 울산항만과 선박 사이의 스마트 안전 정류장 구축과 이를 연계한 인공지능 기반의 무인 자율 이송 트램을 구현하는 프로젝트이다. 플랫폼 기반의 하드웨어로 각종 사물에 센서와 통신 기능을 내장하여 인터넷에 연결하는 사물인터넷(IoT)와 안드로이드 기반의 앱으로 사물인터넷에서 측정된 정보를 제공하거나 스마트 정류장과 연계하여 안전하게 이동할 수 있도록 서비스를 제공하며 이를 위해서 사물인터넷(IoT)을 분석한 데이터 정보는 인공지능 기반의 무인 자율 이송 트램의 사고를 방지하기 위해 꼭 필요하다.
