  • 현재까지의 국가 정보화 정책은 초고속 국가망, 전자정부 시스템, 유비쿼터스 기술개발 및 산업현장 적용 등 정보화 기반 구축 및 서비스 촉진 중심으로 추진되어 왔다. 유 무선 통합, 전화 인터넷 게임 음악 등 단말의 융 복합, 통신과 방송의 경계 붕괴 등 새로운 기술 환경으로 빠르게 변화 하고 있으며, 전자정부, 인프라산업 등 국가 정보화와 관련된 정책간 시너지를 극대화 하기위한 정책 방향이 필요하다. 이러한 기술 발전과 초고속 멀티미디어 서비스 제공을 가능하게 기반을 제공한 것이 2000년 이후 급속적인 광케이블망 보급 확대와 2006년 하반기부터 FTTH에 대한 투자를 활발히 진행되어 왔기 때문이다. FTTH를 기반으로 하는 다양하고 고품질의 서비스 개발 확대와 지속적인 인프라 투자 증가에 따라 향후 모든 가입자 댁내까지 효율적인 FTTH 구축을 추진하기 위해 그동안 발생되어진 문제점들과 이를 해결하기 위한 대안을 제시 하고자 한다. 특히 FTTH 구축에 따른 국사내 시스템 상면배치 문제를 비롯하여 현재까지 RN(스플리터)의 지하 맨홀 내 광접속함 설치에서 전주 광단자함으로 배치이동에 대한 장점 등 가입자 수요 요구에 탄력적으로 대처하기 위한 경제적이고 지하 맨홀 내 광접속함 설치에서 전주 광단자함으로 배치이동에 대한 장점 등 가입자 수요 요구에 탄력적으로 대처하기 위한 경제적이고 효율적인 구축방법에 대해 분석하였다. 또한, 광단자함의 2차RN 스플리터를 설치하여 가입자를 개통하는 방법에 대한 문제점과 가입자 개통시 적용하는 현장조립커넥터에 대한 사용상의 불편함, 손실증가 문제, 가입자 개통구간 고장발생시의 대처방안 문제점 등에 대해 살펴보았으며, 다양한 가입자 주거 환경에 따른 댁내 망구성에 현재 까지 발생된 문제점과 이를 해결하기 위한 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The weather FAX machine is the one of necessary of safety navigation for ship. which is the machine which make the weather image by the receiving radio signal which is modulated using FSK method and transmitted on air by coast station. after Coast station scan the weather image and broadcast the image with black dot to 1500Hz and white dot to 2300Hz using FSK modulation. This paper implement weather fax machine using only general IBM-PC by software. By using IBM-PC we can make some good functions like print, edit, save etc. The modulated signal from SSB go into RS232C port via photo coupler not to give damage to PC. by using Timer Interrupt and RS232C serial interrupt, we can measure signal frequency and remake weather image. This paper use only IBM-PC with general SSB receiver which is widely spread on the ship. so this is very economic and possible to implement mutifunctions.

A Study on FTN Decoding Method for High Throughput Satellite Communication (고전송율 위성통신을 위한 FTN 신호 복호 기법 연구)

  • In this paper, high throughput method is studied to provide floating objects with broadband service as ship by using satellite. In recent, satellite broadcastings standard is based on DVB-S3 for communication service using wireless device on navigation communication by satellite. LDPC codes are iterative coding algorithm proposed in DVB-S3. In this paper, FTN technique is applied to LDPC codes with 8-PSK modulation and then present the method to alleviate performance degradation due to FTN through BICM-ID. BICM-ID is the method to improve performance by calculating a new LLR from hard-decision value of decoder output. DVB-S2 system with 8-PSK modulation and FTN technique based on iterative decoding had a better performance than DVB-S2 with 8-PSK modulation and FTN technique over Gaussian channels.

  • The INMARSAT is able to long range maritime communications that can not use for expensive charge in non-SOLAS ship. Therefore, international discussion for the question that replacements use of MF/HF band for maritime distress and safety communications in maritime. HF data communications system may be effectively utilized for SOLAS ships as well as for the existing non-SOLAS vessels including the fishing boats, which navigate A2 and A3 sea areas. The HF data communications may have various functions such as e-mail services, broadcasting services of up-to-date information related to marine safety, position reporting services, polling services etc. However, the present HF e-mail communications protocols have a problem of increasing calling redundancy as the number of channels in operation increases. This paper new protocol and communication sequence proposed in this submission establishes a proper radio link automatically and adaptively by taking channel traffic into account.

  • Recently, Proxy Mobile IPv6(PMIPv6) networks have been studied as the mobility management protocol to effectively use limited wireless resources. And the multicasting, which is core technology of the Internet broadcast system such as mobile IPTV, has been discussed mainly based on PMIPv6 network. However, multicasting based on PMIPv6 network causes disconnection of services because it does not solve problems of packet loss during binding and group joining procedure. Hence, we propose a seamless multicast scheme which prevents packet loss in PMIPv6 networks. The proposed scheme achieves lower latency than the existing scheme because it combines binding and group joining procedure, a1so it does not cause about packet losses due to performing buffering. We proved the performance using the simulations.

  • Recently, Proxy Mobile IPv6(PMIPv6) networks have been drawing attention as the mobility management protocol that uses limited wireless resources effectively. And the multicast, which is a core technology of the Internet broadcast system such as mobile IPTV, has been widely discussed mainly based on PMIPv6 network. However, PMIPv6-based multicast cannot support the global mobility directly between different PMIPv6 domains because PMIPv6 is basically designed for local mobility in single PMIPv6 domain. Moreover, PMIPv6-based multicast causes the disconnection of services because it does not solve the packet loss problem during binding and group joining procedure. In this paper, we propose a global mobility scheme that supports the seamless multicast service in PMIPv6 networks. The proposed scheme supports the global mobility due to the addition of extra signalling messages between LMAs. Also, it achieves low latency because it performs fast binding and group joining procedure. We present the simulation results which show that the proposed scheme achieves the global mobility with low latency through the NS-2 simulation.

  • A drone has been popularized to such an extent as to be seen in the near parks recently. The drone refers to an unmanned aerial vehicle(UVA) which can fly and be steered by a radio wave without a pilot and it has a airplane or helicopter shape. The drone was first started to be used from military purpose, but its usage has been expanded to the private such as broadcast shooting, crop-dusting, field discovery and hobby. However the drone that we can see often in the market is expansive, hard to be repaired when it broken down and has a discomfort of the short flight time. In this paper, to solve an uncomfortable talk on the cheap ATmega128 Using (Quad copter) drone for implementation. Axes gyroscope and accelerometers mcu between posture an attitude control, communications through drone control, pid. Receiver input them into transmitter signals of movements to control drone c the programming was implemented in on the basis of language.

  • In this paper, we propose a new optical switching system as a infrastructure of the BcN, in which the high traffic volume will be expected due to the multimedia service, like P2P services. Because the JET protocol, the most popular protocol in OBS (Optical Burst Switching) research area, has high blocking probability for burst, it prevents commercialization in real network for its low throughput in TCP layer. To improve high blocking rate in OBS network, we segment large network into small network and perform burst scheduling to avoid burst loss. By using proposed scheme, Internet provider can reduce network deployment cost in Metro network as well as large mesh core networks

  • Since the smart phone was first introduced, the amount of mobile traffic has increased explosively. The OTT service with personal broadcasting and TV contents and the number of users have been increased in wired network, and there are needs to expand the OTT service to mobile network. In the case of the OTT service in mobile network, the relative small and finite resource may cause the overload of the network due to the massive and high transfer rate. In this paper, we consider a future situation of the OTT user services in the cellular network and propose a novel D2D communication scheme for location-based OTT service, which can reduce and distribute the amount of video traffics. To effectively handle the traffic of OTT services, we propose D2DS and LCS functional blocks in EPC network, which can provide location-based service and D2D management. And, we suggest additional procedures for the location-based service of both content provider and contents receiver UEs with the operation of the proposed D2DS and LCS function block.
