원래 상상은 무한대이다. 현실가능한지 여부를 따지지 않는다면 말이다. 세상을 바꾸고 혁신을 가져온 사람들 중에는 엉뚱하고 기발한 상상을 잘하는 사람, 즉 몽상가 스타일이 많다. 세기의 천재라 일컫는 미켈란젤로, 발명왕 토머스 에디슨, 상대성 이론을 발견한 아인슈타인 등등. 또 얼마전 세상을 떠난 애플의 스티브잡스도 해당이 된다. 그가 최초로 만든 스마트폰도 불과 10년여 전만해도 한낱 몽상에 불과했다. 무한상상은 이런 점에서 가치가 크다. 세상을 뒤바꿀 지극히 창의적이고 생산적인 활동이다. 필자가 이런 이야기를 하는 이유는 지금부터 펼쳐질 황당한 글을 합리화하기 위해서다. 가상현실 사이버섹스자판기라니? 밥 먹고 쓸데없는 상상을 한다고? 어쨌든 상관없다. 난 필 (feel)이 꽂혔으니까. 막지마라. 나는 상상한다. 고로존재하니까.

This study explores the ways in which depaysement and its dreams function as a hallucinative allegory on the basis of the spiritual freedom of surrealism in Luis Bunuel's films: "The Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie" and "The Phantom of Liberty". In order to grasp the appearances of the sign in the scene of these films, it examines how he uses surrealism's dépaysement techniques such as the disposition of floating object, bipolarity, and physical contradictions of images. These emerging aesthetic views are as follows: the antipathy to reason, the critique of law and order, the aversion to ideology, and state apparatus. These finally aim at criticizing fundamental irrationality, thus paving a path for opening the possibility of liberation. He laid the foundation for a surrealist film by appropriatizing surrealist techniques to spread his claims. Therefore, this study argues that filmic scenes of dreams and hallucinations for a hallucinative allegory are closely related with the technique of depaysement network which summons the significance of surrealistic freedom in these films.

IMF로 상징되는 '한국의 추락'을 겪으면서 '전 존재의 경제화'라는 경향을 섬뜩한 심정으로 지켜보고 있다. 이것을 방치할 경우 맞이할 또 다른 위기가 손에 잡힐 듯 보이지만 이미 '대학'도 '교육'도 '철학'도 떨어진 낙엽처럼 짓밟히고 있다. 세상은 이것들을 더 이상 '존경'하지 않는다. 그래도 이것들이 '숭고한' 어떤 것이라 믿고 매진해 온 사람들은 그 이념을 버리지 못하고 오늘도 고민한다. 살다보면 언젠가 철학의 목소리가 아쉬워 인터뷰를 요청해 올 날이 있을지도 모른다. 그 때를 위한 예행연습 한 토막을 적어 본다.

Affinity between a creative and experimental fashion design and a Fashion Make-up expressed in John Galliano's Collection was analysed to examine the harmony between Beauty and Fashion. This approach may establish the link between the Fashion Make-up analysed in view of Aesthetics and aesthetic characteristics of a fashion design that a fashion designer pursues. The Fashion Make-up plays a significant role to express a relevance to a design spirit because it is a visual text that a audience faces easily in a collection leading the style. Under the proposition that collection is understood as a popular culture as the fashion is preferential and popular, the Fashion Make-up can be analysed in the aspect of aesthetics. The characteristics reflecting the popularity of popular culture, such as the comic, the erotic, the fantastic and the sentimental are used to analyse and interpret the Fashion Make-up. The fashion design and Fashion Make-up with one characteristics or combined ones showing uniqueness in the popular culture are compared and analyzed.

In questa tesi ho focalizzanto sui due romanzi di Elsa Morante: Menzogna e Sortilegio e L'isola di Arturo, riferendo i fenomeni generali delle narratrici italiane. Le scrittrici si sono limitate a scegliere i temi e i sentimenti dei personaggi nell' ambiente sociale in cui si prevalgono i valori della famiglia patriarcale. Quasi tutti i personaggi dei romanzi di Morante sono figurati dall'esperienza propria della sua vita. Specialmente la protagonista della Menzogna e sortilegio, Elisa si identifica della Morante. La fantasia di Elisa ci esprime il sogno non realizzato dei suoi genitori. Arturo è preso dal velo fantastico di Maia, vivendo felicemente nell'isola di Procida. Questo mondo illusorio è quello psicologico creato dall'autrice e fa raggiunre alla vita totale dei suoi abitanti. In questi due romanzi ho messo in rilievo il mondo immaginario e letterario di Elsa Morante: nel primo romanzo, quello creato e ricordato da Elisa, nel secondo, quello infantile ricordato dalle memorie di Arturo. In questo mondo irrazionale i nostri personaggi possono trovare riposo dimenticando il dolore reale e ottenendo la totalità esistenziale, di cui parla Georg Luckás nel La teoria del romanzo.
