A Study on Convergence Step Sequence through Virtual Reality (가상현실을 통한 융복합 스텝시켄서(Step Squencer) 연구)

  • In recent years, various virtual reality contents have been explosively developed, and the 'chance operation' in previous studies was mentioned. This study tries to implement the Step Sequencer in the virtual reality. Through the theoretical background analysis and case studies of virtual reality, three major experiential values such as Value of Overcoming Constraints, Value of Strengthening Experience, and Value of Creating New Experience were induced. A convergencestep sequencer with the presence and immersion elements was developed and presented so that the music contents divided into 4 areas can be understood easily controlled more conveniently while keeping the identity of the step sequencer. It is expected that various convergence VR contentscan be developed in the future studies.

창업 물류서비스기업의 사회적 교환행동과 경영성과에 대한 실증적 연구

  • 최근의 코로나19 사태로 관광·항공업계가 극심한 어려움을 겪고 있다. 항공업계의 대안 중 하나는 화물운송이다. 항공사들은 여객수요 급감으로 인한 매출감소 폭을 줄이기 위하여 화물운송 부문을 강화하고 있다. 항공화물운송은 타 운송과 구분되는 제반 특성으로 인하여 시장규모가 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 항공화물운송 대리점(forwarder)은 수출과 수입에 있어서 중요한 역할을 담당하며, 중요한 비즈니스 파트너인 항공사와 수출입자와 우호적인 긴밀한 관계를 구축하고 계속 유지해야 한다. 사회적 교환이론(social exchange theory)은 이러한 관계가 구축되기 위해서는 거래당사자 간의 거래규모나 거래기간, 거래빈도 등의 유형적인 측면도 중요하지만, 신뢰와 몰입, 애착 등의 무형적인 측면의 교환이 선행되어야 한다는 것을 강조한다. 본 연구의 연구목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 물류서비스기업의 업무 프로세스를 규명하고 운송기업 및 화주기업과의 사회적 교환행동은 어떻게 이루어지는지 조사한다. 둘째, 이러한 사회적 교환행동이 물류서비스기업의 다양한 경영성과에 얼마나 영향을 미치는지를 분석한다. 셋째, 각 구성원 간의 관계기간에 따라서 이러한 영향력이 달라지는지를 살펴본다. 특히 본 연구는 많은 기존연구에서 구분되었던 신뢰(trust)와 몰입(commitment) 개념을 통합함으로써 연구모형의 간결성(parsimony)과 실용가능성(practicality)을 제고하고자 한다. 결과적으로 본 연구는 운송기업 및 화주기업에 대한 물류서비스기업의 사회적 행동이 신뢰에 기반한 우호적인 관계를 구축하는지, 경영성과에는 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 살펴보고, 관계기간의 조절효과를 규명함으로써 학문적으로나 실무적으로 유용한 시사점을 제공할 수 있으며, 창업 물류서비스기업에 유용한 가이드라인을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 최근 온라인 게임 시장이 급속하게 성장하고 있다. 온라인 게임은 컴퓨터 게임의 장르 중에 상당히 큰 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 많은 사용자들은 온라인 게임을 매일 즐기고 있다. 온라인 게임 시장이 커지면서, 온라인 게임 아이템의 거래 시장 역시 성장하고 있으며, 온라인 게임 아이템은 게임 안에서 거래가 이루어질 뿐만 아니라 게임 밖에서도 실제 화폐를 통해 거래되고 있다. 게임 아이템에 대한 경매 사이트가 국내뿐만 아니라 외국에도 존재하여 활발히 거래가 이루어 지고 있으며, 2004년에는 게임 아이템의 구매를 위해서 최대 8억 8000만 달러에 이르는 실제 화폐가 지불될 정도로 게임 아이템의 거래 시장은 거대하다. 이렇게 규모가 커진 게임 아이템 거래 시장은 학술적으로, 실용적으로 많은 중요성을 갖는다. 그러나 온라인 게임 아이템 거래에 대한 실증적인 연구는 많지 않다. 몇몇 온라인 게임 아이템 거래에 대한 연구는 게임 아이템의 권리를 중심으로 연구가 되었으며, 게임에 대한 많은 연구는 게임 아이템보다는 몬스터와 싸우는 것이나 게임 캐릭터를 만드는 것과 같은 게임 플레잉 설계에 집중하고 있다. 또한 전자 상거래 분야에서는 사용자들이 거래를 통해 최대한의 이윤을 얻기 위할 것이라는, 즉 외적 동기를 가지고 있을 것이라는 가정을 바탕으로 거래의 효율성과 거래 비용에 초점을 맞추어 연구가 진행되었다. 그러나 온라인 게임 아이템은 실용적인 성격뿐만 아니라 유희적 성격을 가지고 있기 때문에 온라인 게임 아이템 거래에서 사용자는 외적 동기뿐만 아니라 내적 동기도 함께 가지게 된다. 본 연구는 거래 비용이론과 몰입, 그리고 재미와 관련된 이론을 바탕으로, 온라인 게임 아이템의 거래 방식이 사용자의 지각된 재미와 사용자가 느끼는 거래비용에 미치는 영향을 실험 방법론을 통해 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 거래에서 내적 동기를 가진 사용자는 게임 아이템 거래 의도에 지각된 재미가 거래 비용에 비해 더 많은 영향을 미쳤으며, 외적 동기를 가진 사용자는 게임 아이템 거래 의도에 지각된 거래비용이 지각된 재미에 비해 더 많은 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구의 결과는 과거 대부분의 관련 연구가 거래 방법의 유용성만을 강조해왔던 것과는 달리, 거래 자체의 재미와 즐거움, 그리고 거래에 대한 몰입 등의 감성적 측면을 고려함으로써 거래 비용 이론을 확장했다는 데 이론적 의의가 있을 것이다. 또한 실용적 측면에서 게임 아이템 거래 방식을 어떻게 설정해야 사용자들에게 유용성과 더불어 재미를 제공해 줄 수 있는지에 대한 실질적인 가이드라인을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

A Study on the Factors Influencing Crowdfunding by Shared Value and Communication (가치공유와 커뮤니케이션이 크라우드펀딩 참여의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • Based on the social exchange theory and innovation diffusion theory, this study is to identify the correlation between factors influencing investor's funding intention in crowdfunding and to analyze moderating effect of trust in the relationship of shared value, communication and individual innovation. The purpose of this study is to consider the funding trends of crowdfunding investors from a personal point of view through the results of the study and to help fundraiser of crowdfunding establish specifically strategies for financing. In order to conduct empirical analysis, an online survey was conducted on people who had participated in crowdfunding, and a total of 228 questionnaires were collected and a total of 186 responses were finally analyzed, excluding outliers. For data analysis, structural equation model analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0 and Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study showed that shared value in the relationship between fundraiser and investors has a significant effect on the perceived risk. High level of communication between fundraiser and investors showed positive effects on the level of commitment of the crowdfunding project and the innovation of the individual investor. And commitment had a positive effect on the funding intention. According to the results of this research, trust has moderating effect only in relationship between shared value and perceived risk. It is significant that investors share the value of fundraiser together is a motivation factor to fund in crowdfunding and an opportunity to recognize the risk. Through this study, it is expected to utilize them in establishing strategies for start-ups and marketing plans to raise funds through crowdfunding and to empirically identify factors influencing the funding intention through individual levels of crowdfunding investors.

  • This research explores the role of personal performance expectation, task-technology fit, perceived rewards, shared vision, usefulness of knowledge sharing, top management support, organization culture, organizational commitment, KMS self-efficacy as antecedents which affect knowledge sharing activity as a consequence and investigates relationships among variables considering characteristics. The results show that members' perceived personal performance expectation, task-technology fit, perceived rewards, shared vision, usefulness of knowledge sharing, top management support, organization culture, organizational commitment, KMS self-efficacy has a positive effect perspectively on knowledge sharing in a organization. Especially, the fact that perceived members' task-technology fit, perceived rewards, usefulness of knowledge sharing is more important than other variables was confirmed. The results of this study, knowledge-sharing activities of the enterprise, members of the organization's business strategy for the activation process is expected to help.

Effect of Self Characteristics and Contents Characteristics in Consumers' Empathic Response (콘텐츠 특성과 자아특성이 소비자 공감반응에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the role and relationship among cognitive response(attractiveness, familiarity, actual self-congruence, ideal self-congruence and sympathy) factors, emotional response(empathy, flow, affection) factors, identification mediating between cognitive and emotional response, and interactivity. Hypotheses based on literature reviews were analyzed and according to the results, all of hypotheses except two hypotheses were supported. Firstly, the results revealed that except characteristic attractiveness and actual self-congruence, story attractiveness, characteristic familiarity, story familiarity, and ideal self-congruence influenced on sympathy positively. Secondly, this study examined the role and relationship between identification mediating between cognitive and emotional response and interactivity. As a result, identification and interactivity mediated with sympathy and empathy had positive effects. Finally, in respect of emotional responses empathy, flow, and affection had positive effects.

  • The industry of virtual reality has received huge attention again after releasing the advanced Head Mounted display Devices, such as, the Oculus Rift VR, Samsung Gear VR, and PlayStation VR. However, almost VR contents studios concentrating on the only visual stimulus, before getting the diversity of genre. We found that the reasons of this phenomenon were lacking of enough time for profound studies, developments, and seeking resources. Therefore, this research suggests that the designing method about VR contents through the game resource, as a structure of story, which can handle the visual flow and the psychological commitments, to improves VR industry. Also we established the theoretical base of various VR contents planning and producing for game designers.

  • Given the recent trend in business markets to seek and conscientiously develop long-term relationships, it has become increasingly important to understand why such long-term relationships are developed and how they are maintained. Despite their obvious importance, the antecedent conditions and processes of long-term relationships between industrial buyers and suppliers have not been systematically studied. In this research, I report a study of the antecedents of industrial buyer-seller relationships and the relational performance. What kinds of factors contribute to the development of long-term relationships\ulcorner How do these factors influence the corporate performance in the business markets\ulcorner The primary motivation of this study was drawn from an interest in answering these research questions. Managerial implications of the study results are also discussed.

Impact of Supervisor's Humor on Civil Servant's Innovative Work Behavior (상사유머가 공무원의 혁신적 업무행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The study aims to positively analyze the impact of superiors' humor perceived by staff on the latter's innovative work behaviors among all other factors determining an individual's inclination to innovation. The summary of the results is as follows. First, senior superiors' humor is closely related to innovative work behaviors, which is also statistically significant. Second, superiors' affects job commitment to a significant extent. Third, job commitment produces such effects of an mediating variable in the relationship between superiors' and innovative work behaviors on the part of their staff. The results present an empirical lesson that a superiors plays a great role in the process of innovation in the public sector. Therefore, this study concludes that it is necessary to systemize education and training system for superiors in terms of management of a public organization. Empirical studies of innovative behaviors of superiors are likely to contribute to developing the theories of organizational behaviors.

  • The purpose of this study was to research the relationships among self-leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and customer orientation one of the performance variables of employees in travel agency. As more and more travel agency organizations move toward competitive environments, organizational members at all levels are being encouraged to take greater responsibility for their own job tasks and work behaviors. Self-leadership involves the influence people exert over themselves to achieve the self-motivation and self-direction needed to accomplish desirable outcomes. To accomplish this study, it was determined that the analysis derived from a hypothesis and literature reviews and data collected from 206 employees in travel agency.The results of empirical analysis showed as follows. First, Self-leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and customer orientation. Second, Job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational commitment and customer orientation. Third, Organizational commitment has a significant effect on customer orientation. Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.
