A study of interrelationships, and effects on withdrawal intention of social workers' commitment forms (사회복지사의 근로몰입 유형간 상호관계와 이탈의도에 미치는 효과 비교)

  • Social workers experience various work commitment forms in the field practice. This study tries to find the discriminant validity of job, organizational, career, and relationship commitments among these work commitment forms. This study also tries to find the interrelationship among these commitment forms and the relationship of each of four commitment forms with the withdrawal intention, which is represented by turnover intention and career change intention. For this purpose, a survey of 417 social workers working for community welfare centers in Busan and Gyeongnam was conducted and the data was analyzed. The results of this study showed that the work commitment forms have discriminant validity. The analysis of interrelationship between commitment forms using SEM revealed that the more a social worker commits to his or her job, the more he/she commits to his/her job and the relationship with the client. In addition, job and organizational and career commitments affect turnover intention while career and relationship commitments affect career change intention. Therefore, to improve organizational management, it is necessary to understand diverse forms of work commitment as well as organizational commitment. And differentiated management strategies are needed to increase either each commitment form or various commitment forms at the same time.

  • Using robots in the programming classes may help to induce learners' interest and motivation. However, simple introduction of new media, such as robots, may cause to increase learners' interest level temporarily, but also may give cognitive overload and offense against learning motivation. We developed a robot programming course to induce intrinsic motivation and to reduce cognitive load for learners in the programming education. And then, we implemented the developed course in college programming classes and analysed the educational effects of robot programming learning on novice learners' flow level. We found that robot programming course was helpful in enhancing novice learners' flow level. Especially, the element of 'autotelic experience', which explains an intrinsic motivation, was higher than conventional programming course group. It means that the developed strategies for robot programming course provides positive effects on learners' intrinsic motivation.

  • The purpose of the present study is to examine the causal relationship among self-regulated learning, social presence, learning flow and satisfaction in cyber education utilizing electronic media. For this study, 304 students at W cyber university in Korea completed surveys in the fall semester of 2010. The result of this study indicated that there was a meaningful effect of self-regulated learning on learning flow and satisfaction. In addition, we founded learning flow has an intermediating effect between self-regulated learning and satisfaction. Based on these results, this study propose strategies to raise satisfaction by improving students' leading role in their learning.

  • Even though the importance of reading voters' share of mind increases in political campaign, there is no research which analyzes engagement in perspective of political campaign. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to calculate political engagement index which is qualitative indicator about political campaign's immersion in candidate in perspective of engagement and provide scientific data for political advertisement and publicity strategy. For this purpose, A and B candidates who ran for 18th president in December 19th, 2012 are selected for subjects of the research. The young people whose voter participations are low in this presidential election are selected as subjects for responding questionnaire and are surveyed. This research is qualitative evaluation which tires to supplement a limit of qualitative analysis of content by surpassing quantitative evaluation including advertisement, promotion, public opinion on politics, ratings, etc. Evaluation attribute is designed to distribute 8 PEI into 0~100 score. If PEI is more than 50, then the score indicates immersion above average. If PEI is lower than 50, then the score indicates immersion below average. The model of the research will contribute to development of methodological research of political campaign strategy. Also, in the future, this model can be used as micro-targeting in each political campaign's election strategy.

  • 오늘날 음악축제는 시장규모가 점점 커져가는 추세를 보이고 있으며, 다양한 장르의 축제가 계속적으로 생겨나고 있다. 이를 위해 시장형성이나 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안의 일환으로 방문자개발을 위한 연구가 요구된다. 첫째 선행연구에서 제시한 품질평가 모형을 중심으로 음악축제의 핵심속성으로 관람객의 관람가치, 축제 매력성의 2가지 요인을 추가적으로 도출하여 반영하였다. 둘?, 몰입 후 행동에 대한 태도변화를 검증하기 위하여 몰입도 뿐만 아니라 몰입과정의 태도에 대한 관련상품 구매의도를 변수로 정의하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 음악축제 경험자 205명을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 결과를 통해 공연기획사가 성공적으로 공연을 기획하기 위한 전략을 제시할 수 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is examining the differences of mobile SNS's service quality, which consists data quality and system quality, among the groups that are classified by commitment and customer loyalty. For the experimental analysis, the frequency analysis was performed for general characteristics of sample. The variables were selected by factor analysis that also prove the validity of variables. The value of Cronbach's alpha was calculated to check the reliability of variables. In addition, the group was determined by the both hierarchical and hierarchical cluster analysis, then ANOVA was performed to test the hypotheses that there are differences of mobile SNS's service quality, among the groups that are classified by commitment and customer loyalty. The results of this study support that there are differences among the groups toward mobile SNS's service quality and also shows the more commitment and loyalty group is the higher recognition of mobile SNS's service quality. Thus, the companies have to realize that mobile SNS is very important key factor to success in rapidly changing business environment. In conclusion, the companies implement different customized strategy for the different group and develop the contents and the applications to maximize the commitment and loyalty of for the mobile SNS users.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the structural relationship between service experience, corporate image, service trust, affective commitment and service loyalty in leisure service environment, and explain the causal role of corporate image, service trust and affective commitment. To this end, hypothesis was verified by structural equation model analysis using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 20.0 statistical package. The result of the study as follows: First, service experience influenced corporate image and service trust but not affective commitment. Second, corporate image influenced service trust and service loyalty but not affective commitment. Third, service trust influenced affective commitment and service loyalty, Finally, affective commitment affected service loyalty. Therefore, service providers should raise corporate image and build the service loyalty by following the user to experience excellent service in a cognitive and affective aspects. Also, by motivating the customer to have affective commitment to the service trust, You need to plan and implement a marketing strategy that can increase loyalty.

  • This study confirmed structural causal relations among concepts such as characteristics of service-offer, satisfaction, trust, affective commitment, and loyalty and surveyed mediating roles of affective commitment. The results are as follows. First, Customized service and service reliability influenced satisfaction while service competency did not. Service reliability affected trust while customized service and service competency did not. Second, satisfaction influenced trust and affective commitment but not loyalty while trust affected affective commitment and loyalty. Third, affective commitment influenced loyalty through the mediating role. The results mean that the seller-buyer relationship is a dynamic relationship. Finally, we discussed the role of affective commitment and the strategies of affective commitment development, and suggested future studies.

  • Computer programming language learning has an educational effect on improving the high level abilities such as a logical thinking ability and a problem solving ability as well as on understanding a computer working process through the process of programming and debugging tasks. In this study, the Flow Theory is applied for the students to have inner learning motive and continue their learning in the programming language learning. For this, we developed teaching-learning strategies applied by Flow elements, and designed to the WBI. We also applied to the actual teaching-learning field designed WBI and verified the effects on the changes in the learner's Flow level and academic achievement. The result of verification, WBI learning applied by Flow Theory is effective on improving Flow level, making the students have the learning goal and spirit of challenging, forming feedbacks. Also Flow experiences have effect on improving academic achievement(programming ability) through the positive effects on the results of the learning.

Causal Role of Affective Commitment and Calculative Commitment in Explaining Relationships Between Service Characteristics and Trust and Services Loyalty in Dental Service Setting (치과 서비스특성과 신뢰 및 고객충성도 관계에서 감정적 몰입과 계산적 몰입의 인과적 역할)

  • The purpose of this study is to identifies services characteristics such as service customization, service ability, service empathy impacts on trust, affective commitment and calculative commitment, and explains causal role of affective commitment and calculative commitment by verifies relationships between trust and affective commitment and calculative commitment and customer loyalty in dental service setting. Analysis of structural equation modeling with SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 16.0 were performed to test the research hypothesis. The result of the study as follows: First, it was found that service customization had effect on affective commitment, and service ability had influence on trust, and service empathy impacts on both trust and affective commitment, but calculative commitment was not found to significant path coefficients in relationships with service characteristics. Second, trust had effects on calculative commitment, but not affective commitment. Third, affective commitment and calculative commitment positively had influence on customer loyalty. Therefore, Dental service providers should be increase user confidence by showing empathy and the ability to service. Customer who had formed trust is to build customer loyalty by inducing loyalty directly or by presents a variety of benefits indirectly. The high emotional attachment customer will have to present a suitable marketing strategies to build strong customer loyalty.
