Comparison of Movie Ticketing system by smartphone applications -Focused on CGV, Megabox, Lotte cinema- (스마트폰 애플리케이션을 통한 영화 예매 시스템 비교 -CGV, 메가박스, 롯데시네마를 중심으로-)

  • This study aimed to compare the systems of ticketing application programs of three major movie theaters, CGV, Megabox, Lotte Cinema, with each other and evaluate the usability, and find problems to figure out user experiences for more convenient mobile ticketing. Experimental subjects with experiences of using apps of the movie theaters were recruited; First, as a primary task, they reserved movie tickets with each of the movie theater apps; Second, they had in-depth interviews with questions based on the model of Creating Pleasurable Interfaces by Stephen Anderson. As a result, users preferred the composition with information in order in overall, in which ticketing process went smoothly. In particular, users were more satisfied with convenient payment applications. Therefore, as an improving way, it is required to design an interface for users to recognize at a glance and a payment system within an app, not to design separate payment system out of the app. I hope this study will help actively conduct researches to maximize the usability in a way to reserve movie tickets through smartphone apps.

  • This paper aims to design and realize android smartphone mobile office ticket reservation system based Spring Framework 2.5 and iBatis 2.3 ORM solution. Currently being used as lightweight container architecture Spring Framework is well-known structure. Also intended to increase the productivity of database techniques are ORM. With the current ORM mapper is widely used in production are iBatis as a tool. Lightweight container architecture in this study, best known as the Spring Framework 2.5 and iBatis 2.3 ORM solution environment based on the android smartphone mobile ticket reservation system implementation after analyzing the mobile webapp development productivity with the objective is to provide guidance.

  • This paper aims to design and realize mobile webapp ticket reservation system based smartphone with N-tier mobile webapp framework. In mobile framework, presentation-tier utilizes HTML5/CSS3 and Sencha Touch, middle-tier consists of spring framework and MyBatis, database-tier using oracle possible to apply enterprise services mobile webbapp offices. In this study, mobile framework deploy and configuration management without the support of the app in N-tier that does not need to be considered in the smartphone-based mobile webapp ticket reservation system analysis and design, and then implementation.

  • This paper intends to suggest methods to design and implement a jQuery mobile based system in a future mobile webapp environment through a study on an N-Screen application in a mobile webapp. N-Screen is one of the representative services of cloud computing. It is promoted by the need of users to require universal functions for all devices. However, this situation is in conflict with the users' need to have the same experience and N-Screen cannot deal with these disparate services. Thus, this study intends to suggest a system analysis, structure of design, and a framework by implementing the N-Screen based movie reservation system in the jQuery mobile environment.

  • 정보통신기술과 인터넷의 급속한 발전과 이동통신기기의 발전 및 보급이 확산됨에 따라 기존 유선상의 인터넷 서비스를 무선 환경으로 확대하는 무선 인터넷 서비스가 대두 되고 있다. 또한 이러한 이동통신기기는 통신 기능뿐만 아니라 다양한 정보기기 역할을 수행하며, 무선 인터넷 서비스 접속이 가능하여 일반인들의 필수품이 되어 있는 상황이다. 이동통신기기에서 위치정보를 이용한 서비스로는 길안내 서비스가 대표적이다. 본 논문에서는 기존 영화 예매 서비스의 문제점인 사용자의 위치 정보를 사용하지 않는 것과, 개인화 되지 않은 것을 해결하고자 한다. 제안하는 서비스는 사용자의 위치 정보로 현재 사용자의 위치와 가까운 극장 목록을 제시해 주며, 사용자 프로파일 정보를 협업 필터링과 규칙기반 필터링을 통해 개인화된 영화 목록 서비스와 극장 목록 서비스 방법을 제안한다. 이러한 개인화된 서비스는 무선 인터넷 환경의 제한된 네트워크 대역폭 사용 한계를 효과적으로 개선해 줄 수 있다.

Importance-Performance Analysis of Multiplex Cinema Attributes (멀티플랙스 영화관 선택속성의 중요도-성취도 분석)

  • This research aims to analyze the importance-performance among multiplex cinema selection attributes. Therefore, we collected data for visitors who visited the multiplex cinema and want to watch movies. Of the various multiplex cinema selection attributes, four factors were deduced that includes: major services, human services, physical environment, auxiliary services using exploratory factor analysis. In the quadrant I, the area of 'Concentrate Here' was 'diversity of screening time', 'diversity of movie genre', 'convenience of mobile app use', 'size and convenience of parking facility'. In the quadrant II, 'Keep up the Good Work' area was 'convenience of website booking', 'discounts through card partnerships', 'employee friendliness', 'accurate employee information delivery', 'comfortable seating', 'screen size', 'cinematic sound quality', and 'convenience of traffic' etc. The quadrant III, 'Low Priority' appeared to be 'membership system', 'tidiness of staff attire', 'resting space for waiting time', 'accessibility to the neighboring area', 'diversity of the snack corner', and 'overall cleanliness' etc. The quadrant IV, 'Possible Overkill' was 'appropriateness of the auditorium temperature' and 'service proficiency'.

What It Means to Be Performing Arts Audiences: Exploring Communicative Experiences (커뮤니케이션 과정으로서의 공연 관람 경험의 탐색 - 예매부터 경험의 공유까지 -)

  • This study starts from an experience-oriented perspective that raises the need to examine the individual's cultural consumption experience with qualitative approach. In particular, this study aims to analyze in-depth the journey of the performance experience by connecting with offline-based social relationships as well as online-based informative and communicative behaviors. For this, in-depth interviews were conducted with 15 teams (30 people) by setting up two people as research units, and self-recorded data using the mobile application were collected. Results showed that social media and online communication play an important role before and after the performance in amplifying the performance experience and the consumer's taste developments. This study also found that relational aspects of the performance experience by identifying the significance of the partners and the existence of the cultural taste leader. For each result, there was a difference among audience proficiency: enthusiastic, interested, and indifferent audiences. Based on these results, we suggest that the performance experience should not be limited to the performance itself, but should be understood in a comprehensive manner before and after the performance, and that the consumption of the performance takes place in a social relationship, not in an individual's own experience only.
