이 연구는 사회관계망의 형태와 구성원에 관한 정보를 분석하여 모바일로 서비스하는 것에 관한 연구이다. 사람들은 얽히고 설킨 다양한 인간 관계를 갖고 있다. 인간 관계를 유지하기 위해 여러 채널을 통해 커뮤니케이션을 하게 된다. 실생활에서 갖게 되는 인간 관계의 형태와 가장 비슷한 형태의 커뮤니케이션 채널은 휴대전화이다. 사회관계망 이론의 관점에서 보면 휴대전화의 사용은 기존의 인맥에서 친밀도가 적은 사람에게는 영향이 크지 않지만 친밀도가 높은 사람에게는 더욱 친밀하게 만드는 영향을 준다. 이 연구에서는 휴대전화의 통화상대, 통화시간, 통화량 등의 정보가 나타나있는 통화기록에 기반하여 일정기간 동안 통화한 상대들을 추출하였다. 통화기록의 정보를 사회 관계망 분석 도구인 UCINET으로 분석한 결과 휴대전화를 매개로 한 사회관계망의 형태가 자아 중심적 관계망과 같은 형태를 지니고 있다는 사실을 도출해냈다. 그리고 자아 중심적 관계망의 분석 기법을 이용하여 관계망의 중심에 있는 자아와 통화상대와의 관계를 분석하였다. 또한 통화상대들의 휴대전화 통화기록을 통해 서로 관계가 있는지에 대해 알아보았다. 그 결과 자아의 인맥 네트워크 안에 있는 사람들을 그룹화하고 그들의 나이, 성별, 직업에 의해 어떠한 특징을 갖는 그룹인지 분석하였다. 이러한 연구는 휴대전화를 통해 자신의 인간 관계 형태를 파악하여 관계를 관리하고 유지할 수 있는 새로운 모바일 서비스 개발을 위해 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

최근 많은 사람이 이용하고 있는 사회 관계망 서비스는 모바일 서비스의 제공으로 인해 어디서든 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있으며 어느 장소에서든 접근이 쉬워졌다. 하지만 이에 대한 역기능으로 인해서 개인 정보가 악용되는 경우도 생겨났다. 개인 정보의 보호를 위해서 각 컴퓨터를 구분하는 IP Address를 이용한 인증과 다양한 인증 방법을 사용하여 보안성 높은 사회 관계망 서비스를 사용한다면 개인 정보 유출을 막고 이에 대한 피해도 줄일 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인증 단계를 다양화하고 이에 대한 기능을 세분화하여 사회 관계망에서의 보안성을 높인 새로운 사회 관계망 서비스의 구조와 인증 기법을 제안한다.

최근 이동통신 시장의 급속한 발전은 모바일 단말기를 통한 다양한 부가서비스에 대한 필요성을 증대시켰다. 특히, 친구찾기와 같은 개인의 위치추적을 위한 서비스가 새로운 Killer-application으로 인식되면서 빠른 시장성을 예측하고 있다. 이러한 서비스에 대한 기술은 일반 대중뿐만 아니라 긴급구조시스템, 재난관리시스템 등 공공 및 개인의 안전과 효율적인 자원의 관리를 위한 국가 정보 인프라로서 정보통신 기술 활용 등 사회적인 요구 증가에 부합된다. 본 연구는 무선 이동통신망을 이용하여 긴급한 환경에 처해있는 개인 가입자의 위치를 파악하고 신속히 대처 할 수 있는 무선긴급서비스를 위해 요구되는 기능 및 조건의 기술규격 설계 등에 관한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 표준을 충분히 수용한 모바일 환경에서 무선긴급서비스의 1)기술규격 범위 및 네트워크 참조 모델을 정의하고 2) 제시된 네트워크 모델의 코어 망과 긴급구조 서비스 망에 대한 기능 정의 및 요구조건에 대해 설계하고자 한다.

모바일 관련 산업의 중요성이 증대되고 모바일 기술이 급격히 발전하는 시점에, 지난 수 년간 우리 사회의 곳곳에서 등장한 2.0 패러다임은 모바일 웹 2.0패러다임을 등장시키며 정보통신산업에 큰 변화를 초래하고 있다. 사업자들은 유무선 네트워크 간의 경계가 희미해지고, 전통적인 통신산업의 가치사슬 내의 사업영역이 붕괴되면서 무한경쟁 체제로 진화되어 가고 있는 환경 변화에 순응하고 다양한 모바일 웹 2.0 관련사업을 시도하며 발전시켜 가고 있다. 모바일 웹 2.0사업의 진화 패러다임은 개방/공유/참여의 서비스 모델, 광고수익 모델, 사업자 간 인수 합병 및 전략적 제휴의 활성화, 무선망개방과 풀브라우징의 확대, 유무선 연계 통합 서비스 등으로 요약이 가능하다. 국내외 관련 사업자들은 이러한 패러다임에 순응하고 진화시켜 가며 모바일 웹 시장의 성장을 위한 지속적인 노력을 하고 있으나, 아직까지도 모바일 웹 시장은 도입기 단계에 머무르고 있다. 이는 모바일 웹 시장의 활성화를 위한 환경 조성이 미비하기 때문인 것으로 분석되며, 이러한 환경개선을 위해 망과 플랫폼의 개방, 투명한 요금제의 확산, 관련 기술의 표준화의 정착을 위한 지속적인 노력이 필요한 시점이다.

본 연구는 관계망 시각화에 이용되는 데이터의 특성을 분석하고 그에 맞는 시각화 요소를 추출하여 시각화하는 것에 관한 연구이다. 사회 관계망 시각화는 점과 선을 기초 요소로 하여 점은 사회적 요소(actor), 선은 관계(relation)를 의미한다, 점과 선은 시각화에 사용되는 데이터의 특성에 따라 다양한 형태를 갖게 된다. 이 논문에서는 관계망 시각화에 사용되는 데이터의 특성을 데이터의 형태, 관계, 상태에 따라 분류하고, 각각의 특성에 맞는 관계망 시각화의 형태를 추출하고, 그에 따른 시각화 요소를 추출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 모바일 커뮤니케이션을 통해 형성되는 인맥 네트워크를 시각화함으로써, 인맥 네트워크 구성원 간의 친밀도를 효과적으로 파악할 수 있는 방법에 대해 제시하였다. 또한, 시각화의 결과를 이용하여 휴대전화로 인맥 네트워크를 유지, 관리하기 위한 서비스를 제안하였다. 이러한 연구는 데이터의 특성에 맞는 시각화의 요소를 추출하고, 데이터의 형태, 관계, 상태를 직관적으로 제공함으로써 사용자로 하여금 자신의 인맥 네트워크 구성원들의 친밀도와 관계 형태, 상태를 파악하여 자신의 인맥을 유지, 관리하고 보수할 수 있도록 한다.

This study is conducted to explore the possibility of service convergence to promote mobile learning. This study has attempted to identify how mobile learning service is provided, which services among them are considered most popular, and which services are highly demanded by users. This study has also investigated the potential opportunities for service convergence of mobile service and e-learning. This research is then extended to examine the possibility of active convergence of common services in mobile services and e-learning. Important variables have been identified from related web pages of portal sites using social network analysis (SNA) and association rules. Due to the differences in number and type of variables on different web pages, SNA was used to deal with the difficulties of identifying the degree of complex connection. Association analysis has been used to identify association rules among variables. The study has revealed that most frequent services among common services of mobile services and e-learning were Games and SNS followed by Payment, Advertising, Mail, Event, Animation, Cloud, e-Book, Augmented Reality and Jobs. This study has also found that Search, News, GPS in mobile services were turned out to be very highly demanded while Simulation, Culture, Public Education were highly demanded in e-learning. In addition, It has been found that variables involving with high service convergence based on common variables of mobile and e-learning services were Games and SNS, Games and Sports, SNS and Advertising, Games and Event, SNS and e-Book, Games and Community in mobile services while Games, Animation, Counseling, e-Book, being preceding services Simulation, Speaking, Public Education, Attendance Management were turned out be highly convergent in e-learning services. Finally, this study has attempted to predict possibility of active service convergence focusing on Games, SNS, e-Book which were highly demanded common services in mobile and e-learning services. It is expected that this study can be used to suggest a strategic direction to promote mobile learning by converging mobile services and e-learning.

인터넷 시대에 있어 사회관계망 서비스(SNS, Social Network Service)는 기존의 커뮤니케이션 중심의 기능에 더하여 다양한 개성과 새로운 형태의 플랫폼으로 지속적으로 변화하고 있다. 많은 나라에서는 자신들만의 독특한 특징을 반영한 SNS와 페이스북 등 전 세계적으로 많이 이용하고 있는 SNS 등을 인터넷을 통해 누구나 자신들의 정보를 공유하고 타인의 정보를 획득할 수 있게 되었다. 이에 본 연구는 본 연구는 중국의 제3자 모바일 결제서비스의 특징을 알아보기 위하여 위쳇을 사용하는 중국 사용자를 대상으로 유형성, 편리성, 정확성, 공감성, 자기효능감, 혁신성, 신뢰성, 수용의도를 통하여 그 특징을 알아보고 한다.

Mobile environments rapidly changing and digital convergence widely employed, mobile devices including smart phones have been playing a critical role that changes users' lifestyle in the areas of entertainments, businesses and information services. The various services using mobile devices are developing to meet the personal needs of users in the mobile environments. Especially, an LBS (Location-Based Service) is combined with other services and contents such as augmented reality, mobile SNS (Social Network Service), games, and searching, which can provide convenient and useful services to mobile users. In this paper, we design and implement the prototype of mobile personal assistant (PA) agents. Our personal assistant agent helps users do some tasks by hiding the complexity of difficult tasks, performing tasks on behalf of the users, and reflecting the preferences of users. To identify user's preferences and provide personalized services, clustering and classification algorithms of data mining are applied. The clusters of the log data using clustering algorithms are made by measuring the dissimilarity between two objects based on usage patterns. The classification algorithms produce user profiles within each cluster, which make it possible for PA agents to provide users with personalized services and contents. In the experiment, we measured the classification accuracy of user model clustered using clustering algorithms. It turned out that the classification accuracy using our method was increased by 17.42%, compared with that using other clustering algorithms.

The rapid growth of mobile-based online shopping and the appearance of untact business initiated by COVID-19 has led to an explosive increase in demand for logistics services such as delivery services. In order to respond to the rapidly growing demand, most logistics and distribution companies are working to improve customer service levels through the establishment of a full-filament center in the city center. However, due to social factors such as high land prices and traffic congestion, it becomes more difficult to establish the logistics facilities in the city center. In this study, it has been proposed the way to choose the candidate locations for the shared distribution centers among the space nearby the tall-gate which can be idle after the smart tolling service is widely extended. In order to evaluate the candidate locations, it has been evaluated the centralities of all candidates using social network analysis (SNA). To understand the result considering the characteristics of centrality, the network structure was regenerated based on the distance and the traveling time, respectively. It is possible to refer the result of evaluation based on the cumulative relative importance to choose the best set of candidates.

최근 모바일 스마트 기가 및 서비스의 새로운 패러다임 진화에 따른 초연결(Hyper connection) 사회로의 진입과 빅데이터 출현으로 인해, 모바일 트래픽은 해마다 2배씩 증가하여 10년 뒤 1,000배 이상 증가할 것으로 예상하고 있으며, 이처럼 급격히 증가하는 모바일 트래픽 증가로 인해 모바일 망 사업자의 부담이 가중되고 있다. 추가 주파수 확보가 제한된 기존의 4G 이동통신으로는 이러한 모바일 트래픽 폭증에 따른 1,000배 용량 증대를 수용할 수 없고, 따라서 광대역폭 확보가 가능한 밀리미터파 기반의 5세대 이동통신 기술 개발이 전 세계적으로 시작되고 있다. 본고에서는 비/저활용 되어 왔던 밀리미터파를 개척하여 5세대 이동통신 기술로 활용하는 기술 개발 동향을 살펴본다. 특히, 한국전자통신연구원에서 진행하고 있는 '중추 네트워크 원전기술 개발 과제' 내용을 중점적으로 소개하고자 한다.
