  • 코로나 19로 인한 사회적 거리 두기가 계속되면서 온라인 쇼핑을 이용하는 고객이 증가했다. 그중 원활한 소통이 가능한 라이브 커머스 시장이 크게 성장했다. 모바일 기기만 있으면 시간과 장소의 제약 없이 라이브 커머스를 이용할 수 있지만 제한된 정보제공과 장애인을 위한 서비스가 없다는 것이 단점이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다양한 정보를 제공하기 위한 멀티뷰 화면을 송출하고 TTS, 딥러닝 기반의 STT 기술을 활용해 시·청각 장애인을 위한 기능을 포함한 새로운 형태의 라이브 커머스 플랫폼 및 시스템 구조를 제안한다.

Study on UX Satisfaction Index According to Types of Mobile Commerce Services (모바일 커머스 서비스의 유형별 UX 만족도 지표 연구)

  • The objectives of this research is to compare UX elements influencing the satisfaction of users in Korea and North America according to product types of mobile commerce services, to determine UX INDEX suitable for each type of service, and to derive positively influencing UI factors through analyzing the relationship between UX INDEX and UX design detail factors. This research showed that there was difference in perceived reliability according to selling product types and there was difference in both perceived usefulness and reliability according to users in Korea and North America. Also, this research found out that, in analysis of relationship between UX INDEX and UX design detail factors, UI factors to understand a service structure generally showed close relationship but factors such as troubleshooting and help showed difference between users in Korea and users in North America.

  • Context-based information services are required in ubiquitous application. In the ubiquitous application, ubiquitous commerce addresses information service that recommends items to consumers with the use of the situated contexts. This paper proposes a multi-context based information service for ubiquitous commerce. This enables a consumer to get multi-context based information efficiently by using consumer's attention for each context. The method is described and an ubiquitous commerce application prototype based on multi-context is presented. Several experiments are performed and the results verify that the proposed method's performance is better than other existing method.

Effect on user evaluation, purchase intention, and satisfaction of personalized recommendation services by purchase journey in mobile fashion commerce (모바일 패션커머스의 구매여정별 개인화 추천서비스 사용자 평가와 구매의도 및 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • Fashion is a field in which personal taste acts as the first criterion for purchase, and it is being refined as an important strategy to increase purchase conversion on mobile. Although related studies have been conducted, there are insufficient studies to confirm this according to the detailed purchasing journey of consumers. The purpose of this study is to examine whether the evaluation of user experience factors of personalized recommendation service differs by purchase journey, and to reveal whether it affects purchase intention and satisfaction. Variety, reliability, and convenience showed a significant difference at the level of 0.001% and usefulness at the level of 0.05%. Satisfaction levels were different for each stage, such as novelty and usefulness in the cognitive and interest stage, and high reliability and diversity in the search stage. It has theoretical significance in that it enhances the understanding of the purchase journey by revealing that there is a difference in user evaluation of the personalized recommendation service, and it has practical significance in that it suggests the direction of improvement of the personalized recommendation service strategy. If research on effectiveness is conducted in the future, it will be able to contribute to an advanced strategy.

  • The e-commerce industry using mobile or web is growing rapidly, and the emergence of various platform services is causing innovative changes in the e-commerce industry. This study aims to identify the attachment types of e-commerce users and to demonstrate the relationship between the PPerceived Usefulness, and Perceived Ease of Use by TAM. In order to empirically verify the research model of this study, a survey was conducted on ordinary people with experience using e-commerce and path analysis was conducted by using PLS to analyze its Internal consistency, Confirmatory factor analysis, Discriminant validity and Goodness-of-fit verification. As a result, a significant relationship between Perceived Stability, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Ease of Use was identified, could verify the association with the TAM and Acceptance Intention.

Effects of perceived attributes of fashion live streaming commerce (FLSC) on attitudes and intention to use (패션 라이브 스트리밍 커머스(FLSC)의 속성 지각이 태도와 이용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • A growing number of fashion brands and retailers are actively adopting live streaming as a new marketing channel. In spite of the increasing use of live commerce, the effects of live streaming commerce on customer purchasing behavior for fashion products are not fully understood. The purpose of this study is to examine factors affecting consumers' attitudes toward a purchase via fashion live streaming commerce (FLSC) and intention to use FLSC. The study also investigated whether consumers' expenditure on fashion and time spent on mobile shopping moderate the relationships among research variables. A total of 230 questionnaires were analyzed through descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, and multiple-group comparison tests using SPSS and AMOS. A summary of the main results of this study is as follows. First, the perception of the attributes of FLSC (ease of use, economic efficiency, interactivity, and enjoyment) has a positive effect on attitude toward a purchase via FLSC. The ease of use and economic efficiency of FLSC, in particular, have greater impacts on attitudes than other factors. Secondly, attitudes toward FLSC positively impact the intention to use FLSC. Lastly, the results of group comparisons, by fashion expenditure and time spent on mobile shopping respectively, hold no significant moderation effects among the variables. These findings demonstrate that consumers are more likely to use FLSC as they form a positive attitude by the attributes of FLSC mentioned earlier. The study provides some insights on an exploration of live streaming commerce for fashion product sales.

  • 2000 년대 초반부터 글로벌화에 따라 화상회의 시스템이 정부와 기업에 중요한 업무지원도구로 확산이 되고 있다. 그 동안은 화상회의는 기업이라는 제한된 울타리에서 1:1 또는 다자간의 회의를 위한 도구로 만족을 하였지만 점차 화상회의를 상업용, 가정용으로 적극적인 활용을 모색하는 추세이다. 또한 기존의 인터넷, 모바일 등을 이용한 비즈니스 모델은 발전의 한계점에 도달하였으며, 고객들의 새로운 요구에 부응하기 위하여는 화상회의를 이용한 비즈니스 모델의 출현이 요구되는 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 화상회의를 이용한 비즈니스의 확산을 위하여, 화상회의 비즈니스 모델의 구조를 설계하였다. 또한 설계를 적용할 수 있는 환경연구로서, e-커머스에 대응한 화상회의 상거래, 즉 v-커머스를 지향한 기술 및 서비스 구성, 비즈니스 모델의 유형과 고객가치속성, 모델의 구성요소, 적용사례 등을 제시하였다.

  • 최근의 전자상거래는 유선인터넷 환경의 e-커머스와 모바일 커머스를 새로운 차원으로 확장한 u-커머스(ubiquitous)시대로 발전하고 있다. 따라서 온라인과 오프라인 매장의 상거래 데이터 연동과 유선과 무선인터넷 환경의 채널을 통합함으로써, 언제 어디서든지 고객의 모든 데이터를 수집하고 다양한 매체를 통해 고객관리를 할 수 있는 전자상거래 솔루션이 요구되어진다. 본 연구는 온 ${\cdot}$ 오프라인 매장에서 수집된 각종 데이터를 바탕으로 데이터마이닝을 통한 고객의 성향을 분석하여 고객의 요구사항을 미리 파악하고, 이를 마케팅에 적용하여 고객의 유지율을 상승시키고 해당 회사에 대한 충성심을 유도하여 이익을 증대 시킬 수 있는 시스템을 연구하였다.

  • 상품 판매장에서 많은 상품을 판매하기 위해서는 매장 내에서 구매자 행동과 상품 배치 등 매상에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인을 파악할 필요가 있다. 또한 모바일 커머스 어플리케이션에서 각 구매자들이 구입할 상품을 효과적으로 찾을 수 있는 추천상품 서비스의 필요성도 점차 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다치 오토마타를 이용하여 매장 내에서 구매자 행동과 상품 배치 등을 파악함과 동시에 각 구매자들이 구입할 상품을 상황의 변화에 따라 효과적으로 추천할 수 있도록 지원하는 상황인식 기반 모바일 구매 서비스 모델을 제안한다.
