Customer's Job Identification using the Usage Patterns of Mobile Telecommunication (이동통신 사용패턴을 이용한 고객의 직업판정)

  • Recently, as most companies recognize the importance of the customer relationship management, they strongly believe that they must know who their customers are. The job of a customer is very important information for us to understand the customer. However, since most customers are reluctant to reveal them-selves, they do not let us know their jobs, and even provide false information about their jobs. The target domain of our research is mobile telecommunication. In this research, we developed a system that identifies the customer's job by utilizing the Call Detail Record. Using artificial neural networks, we developed a two-step Job Identification System. In the first step, it identifies the four job classes, then in the second step, it subdivides these four job classes into seven jobs. The accuracy of identifying the seven jobs was $71.9\%$.

van Hiele 모델에 의한 기하학적 사고력 개발에 관한 연구(0 수준과 1 수준의 조작활동 중심으로)

  • 기하학적 사고력 개발이라는 우리의 목표는 궁극적으로 보다 낮은 수준의 학생들에게 보다 높은 수준으로 나아가게 하는 경험을 주는 것이다. 학생들이 보다 높은 수준에서 추론할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 그들이 보다 낮은 수준에서 충분하고 효율적인 학습 경험을 가져야 한다는 것이다. 예를 들면 분수에서 이루어지는 것처럼 기계적인 암기식으로 사물을 학습함으로써 수준(단계)을 뛰어 넘으려고 노력하면은 그들이 학습한 것에 관한 많은 것을 기억할 수 없을 것이다. 조작에 관한 보다 풍부한 경험과 시각적으로 입체감을 주는 설명을 들은 어린이들이 보다 훌륭한 공간 추론을 할 수 있을 것이라 믿는다. 본 고에서는 기하학적인 사고의 개발에 관한 van Hiele 모델이 초등학교에서 기하 수업의 토론을 위한 기초로서 사용되어졌다. 그 모델의 수준들이 묘사되었고 일반적으로 초등학교 아동들의 사고는 0수준과 1수준이라 는 것이 밝혀졌다. 단지 극소수의 아동들이 2수준의 사고에 도달해 있을 것이다. 그러나 만약 초등학교에서의 수업이 기하학적인 개념을 구성하는데 주안점을 둔다면 보다 많은 어린이들이 2 수준의 사고를 보여줄 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 0 수준의 어린이들은 도형의 형태에 초점이 맞추어져있고 1 수준의 어린이들은 도형의 성질을 이해하는데 에 있다. 2 수준의 사고자는 도형의 포함관계를 이해하고 비공식적으로 추론 할 수 있다. 처음 세 수준에서의 활동들에 대한 지침이 주어져 있으며 0 수준과 1수준에 연관되는 다수의 활동들을 묘사했다. 0수준의 어린이들을 위해 묘사된 활동들은 그들이 2차원 및 3차원의 도형 둘 다를 시각화하는데 도움을 주는 것이다. 1 수준에서 사고하는 학습자들을 위해 묘사된 활동들은 2차원 및 3차원 도형의 성질들을 강조했다. 아울러 본 고에서 언급한 활동들은 상호교수에의 접근을 반영했다. 그러한 접근방식은 학습자들로 하여금 그들의 활동과 의견으로부터 개념을 구성하게 해주며 그들의 활동 결과에 대해 다른 사람들과 의사소통 함으로서 개념을 명확하게 다듬어지게 해줄 수 있을 것이다. 아울러 평가 활동들이 본고의 마지막 부분에 주어져있다. 그러한 활동들은 교사들에게 어린이들의 기하학적인 사고수준을 결정하게 해주며 학습자들로 하여금 수업시간 이외에 보다 높은 사고수준으로 나아가게 해줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

A Study on Image Generation from Sentence Embedding Applying Self-Attention (Self-Attention을 적용한 문장 임베딩으로부터 이미지 생성 연구)

  • When a person sees a sentence and understands the sentence, the person understands the sentence by reminiscent of the main word in the sentence as an image. Text-to-image is what allows computers to do this associative process. The previous deep learning-based text-to-image model extracts text features using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN)-Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) and bi-directional LSTM, and generates an image by inputting it to the GAN. The previous text-to-image model uses basic embedding in text feature extraction, and it takes a long time to train because images are generated using several modules. Therefore, in this research, we propose a method of extracting features by using the attention mechanism, which has improved performance in the natural language processing field, for sentence embedding, and generating an image by inputting the extracted features into the GAN. As a result of the experiment, the inception score was higher than that of the model used in the previous study, and when judged with the naked eye, an image that expresses the features well in the input sentence was created. In addition, even when a long sentence is input, an image that expresses the sentence well was created.

The Direction of AI Classes using AI Education Platform

  • In this paper, we presented the contents and methods of AI classes using AI platforms. First, we extracted the content elements of each stage of the AI class using the AI education platform from experts. Classes using the AI education platform were divided into 5 stages and 25 class elements were selected. We also conducted a survey of 82 teachers and analyzed the factors that they acted importantly at each stage of the AI platform class. As a result of the analysis, teachers regarded the following contents as important factors for each stage that are AI model preparation stage (the learning stage of the AI model), problem recognition stage (identification of problems and AI solution potential), data processing stage (understanding the types of data), AI modelingstage (AI value and ethics), and problem solvingstage (AI utilization in real life).

  • This paper is a study on the development of an artificial intelligence (AI) system algorithm that recommends indirect advertising products suitable for character web dramas. The goal of this study is to increase viewers' content immersion and help them understand the story of the drama more deeply by recommending indirect advertising products that are suitable for writing lines for web dramas. In this study, we analyze dialogue and plot using the natural language processing model GPT, and develop two types of indirect advertising product recommendation systems, including prop type and background type, based on the analysis results. Through this, products that fit the story of the web drama are appropriately placed, allowing indirect advertisements to be exposed naturally, thereby increasing viewer immersion and enhancing the effectiveness of product promotion. There are limitations of artificial intelligence models, such as the difficulty in fully understanding hidden meanings or cultural nuances, and the difficulty in securing sufficient data for learning. However, this study will provide new insights into how AI can contribute to the production of creative works, and will be an important stepping stone to expand the possibilities of using natural language processing models in the creative industry.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of consulting participation level, consulting specialty, and consulting capability on consulting intelligibility and consulting performance for Small Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).This study performed statistical analysis such as AMOS 22.0 to conduct exploratory factor analysis and measurement model in order to identify interrelationship among the consulting participation level, consulting intelligibility and consulting performance. The results of our study are as follow. Firstly and secondly consulting participation level, consulting specialty and consultant capability has positive effect on consulting performance and consulting intelligibility. Thirdly, consulting intelligibility has non positive effect on consulting performance. According to this survey, it is important to make good consulting performance through consulting participation level, specialty and capability. But the consulting intelligibility is not effected on consulting performance.

The Effect of Social Support and Health Literacy on Sick Role behavior in Hemodialysis Patients (혈액투석 환자의 사회적 지지와 건강정보 이해능력이 환자역할행위 이행에 미치는 영향)

  • This was a descriptive study to investigate the effect of social support and health literacy on sick role behaviors in hemodialysis patients. A total of 149 outpatients receiving regular hemodialysis at four dialysis centers located in J city were surveyed. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression. Factors including social support (β=.37, p<.001), health literacy (β=.16, p=.035), and religion (others) (β=-.25, p=.001) had an effect on sick role behavior. The explanatory power of model in this study was 22.0%. Therefore, the improvement of sick role behavior in patients undergoing hemodialysis requires specific strategies and interventions that are effective in increasing the social support and health literacy.

An Analysis of Elementary Students' Understanding of Number Line: Focused on Concept of Fractions and Addition and Subtraction of Fractions (초등학교 4학년 학생들의 수직선 이해 분석: 분수 개념 및 분수의 덧셈과 뺄셈을 중심으로)

  • With the importance of number line in learning fractions, this study investigated how 4th grade students understand fractions and its operations in number line. The questionnaire consisted 22 items which were related to representing fractions, comparing the size of fractions, and operating addition and subtraction of fractions. Both structured number line and sub-structured number line were presented in the items. As results of the study, the overall success rates were not high and even some items showed higher incorrect answer rates than the success rates. Also, the students showed a difficulty in solving non-structured number line tasks. It was also noticeable that students showed several types of incorrect answers, which means that students had incomplete understanding of both fractions and number line. This paper is expected to shed light on elementary students' understanding of fractions and number line and to provide implications of how to deal with number line in teaching and learning fractions in the elementary school.

Effects of Information Literacy, Risk Perception and Crisis Communication Related to COVID-19 on Preventive Behaviors of Nursing Students in Clinical Practice (임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생의 코로나바이러스감염증-19 (COVID-19) 관련 정보이해력, 위험인식 및 위기소통이 예방행위에 미치는 영향)

  • This study identified the impact of information literacy, risk perception, crisis communication on preventive behaviors related to COVID-19 among nursing students. Data were collected from 187 nursing students from 25 June 2020 to 3 July 2020, and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 26.0 program. As a result of regression analysis, the factors influencing prevention behaviors were crisis communication(β=0.30, p<.001), information literacy(β=0.29, p<.001), and risk perception(β=0.19, p=.004). The explanatory power of the model was 27%. This study suggests that the focus should be on improving the activating crisis communication process among individual, family and society, increasing information literacy and risk perception on crisis when developing program to improve COVID-19 preventive behaviors of nursing students experiencing clinical practice.

  • Recently, interesting of U-city with ubiquitous computing technologies has increased and u-city services can improve people's quality of life. Among the u-city services, traffice service is actively developed in our lives. In this paper, we propose the business model and business model process in u-intelligence traffic service. To propose the research purpose, we examined the prior business model and investigated u-intelligence traffic information and control services. And also, we draw scenario and used it to identify business model. To efficiently understand proposed business model, we built business model process of u-intelligence traffic information and control services. The results of study, we draw 4 representative U-intelligence traffic information and control service. Based on representative services, we proposed business model and business model process with stakeholder, benefiter and value model. This study concludes with implications of the study results as well as limitations and future research directions.
