Until recently the German and the South Korean medical associations reacted cautiously to the introduction of telemedicine between doctor and patient which is exclusively on the platform conducted. But the General Assembly of German Physicians voted to lift the ban on remote treatment with the amendment to Section 7 (4) MBO-Ä(Medical Association's Professional Code of Conduct) in 2018 and the situation has been fundamentally changed in Germany. From then until now 16 of 17 rural medical associations have changed their professional code to allow telemedicine. In addition the legislature started to prepare the basis for the introduction of the electronic health card (eGK) and the telematics infrastructure. So far, various laws such as Medicinal Products Act, Drug Advertisement Act and Social Code have been changed to support legalization of telemedicine and digitalization of health care. Unlike in Germany, the social circumstances such as excessive centralization of the big hospitals in Seoul and the resulting concern of small medical practices for profitability are the main obstacles to the introduction of telemedicine. However the German approach how to legalise the telemedicine and to prepare for legal and technical infrastructure is also interesting in South Korea. The discussions for and against the changes in the law and the telematics infrastructure attempted by the German government for several years indicate that not only lifting the ban on remote treatment, but also harmonization of all the related legal system could guarantee successful implementation of telemedicine.
Objectives : The objective of this study was to revise the Korean Medication Algorithm Project for Bipolar Disorder (KMAP-BP) 2014: Children and Adolescents. Methods : We performed the survey, using a questionnaire comprising 22 questions according to each situation, in children and adolescents with bipolar disorder. Results : First-line pharmacotherapeutic strategies for manic episode in children with bipolar disorder were a combination of mood stabilizer (MS) and an atypical antipsychotics (AAP), monotherapy with an AAP, risperidone, and aripiprazole. Aripiprazole was selected as first-line medication for depressive episode in children with bipolar disorder, and aripiprazole, and risperidone were selected as first-line at high-risk children. First-line pharmacotherapeutic strategies for manic episode in adolescents were a combination of MS and an AAP, monotherapy with an AAP valproate, lithium, risperidone (Treatment of Choice, TOC), aripiprazole, and quetiapine. First-line pharmacotherapeutic strategies for depressive episode in adolescents, were a combination of an atypical antipsychotics and lamotrigine, valproate, aripiprazole (TOC), risperidone, and quetiapine. For depressive episodes in adolescents at high risk for bipolar disorder, valproate, aripiprazole (TOC), and risperidone were selected as first-line medication. Conclusion : We expect that the present KMAP-BP 2018-children and adolescents, is useful for clinicians to treat children and adolescents with bipolar disorder.
Objectives : The fourth revision of Korean Medication Algorithm Project for Bipolar Disorder (KMAP-BP) was performed to provide more proper guidelines for clinicians. In this study, we evaluated treatment strategies of elderly patients with bipolar disorders of KMAP-BP 2018. Methods : Sixty-one psychiatrists of the review committee with vast clinical experiences in treating bipolar disorders, completed the survey. An expert consensus was obtained, on pharmacological treatment strategies for elderly patients with bipolar disorder. The executive committee analyzed results, and discussed the results to produce the final algorithm. Results : In elderly patients with bipolar disorder, first-line treatment option for acute manic episode is monotherapy, with atypical antipsychotics or mood stabilizer, and a combination of mood stabilizer and atypical antipsychotics. First-line treatment option for acute depressive episode, was a combination of mood stabilizer and atypical antipsychotics, monotherapy with atypical antipsychotic or mood stabilizer, and atypical antipsychotics with lamotrigine. Conclusion : In KMAP-BP 2018, the recommendation for treatment option in elderly patients with bipolar disorder, was newly introduced. We expect this algorithm may provide valuable information, and facilitate treatment of elderly patients with bipolar disorder.
The deregulation on non-standard workers is inclined to make companies increase the employment of the non-standard workers because of cost-saving effect. As non-standard work rises, so involuntary choice of it does. This trend has resulted in the decline of the non-standard workers' job satisfaction. The internalization of firm-specific skills is strong in Japanese companies. Therefore, even though cost-saving effect is high, the companies cannot assign all the jobs to non-standard workers. Hence, the companies are likely to divide the jobs into standard worker's and non-standard workers' ones. The standard workers' jobs, which focus on high firm-specific skills, has reduced, while the non-standard workers' jobs, which can be outsourced from outside the companies, has increased. As a result, the productivity of standard workers has improved, and their wage levels have increased. Since the deregulation on non-standard workers, their job satisfaction has deteriorated. On the contrary, the job satisfaction of standard workers has increased.

In this section, we examined expert opinions to facilitate clinical decisions relative to treating bipolar disorder with medical comorbidity. Methods : The survey was completed by the review committee, consisting of 61 experienced psychiatrists. This part of the survey constitutes treatment strategies, under major medical comorbidities. The executive committee analyzed results, and discussed the final production of algorithm. Results : Aripiprazole was the first-line medication for bipolar patients with metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, and cerebrovascular comorbidities. Ziprasidone also was recommended as the first-line medication in case of metabolic syndrome. Lithium also was regarded as the first-line medication, in case of hepatic problems. Valproate also was considered as the first-line medication, in case of cerebrovascular problems. Conclusion : This study provided the most recent consensus among experts, for treatment of bipolar disorder with physical problems.
Objectives : Treatment for bipolar disorder is often complicated by various clinical situations. We undertook a survey of expert opinions to facilitate clinical decisions in special situations such as weight gain, metabolic syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, genetic counseling, and treatment adherence. Methods : A written survey that asked treatment strategies related to safety and tolerability, was prepared focused on weight gain, antipsychotic related hyperprolactinemia, lamotrigine related skin rash, treatment non-adherence and genetic counseling. Sixty-one experts of the review committee completed the survey. Results : In the case of weight gain related to medications, experts preferred exercise and education for diet-control. First chosen medications were lamotrigine, aripiprazole and ziprasidone. Recommendations based on expert survey results for treatment of bipolar patients in other special situations are outlined. Conclusion : With limitation of expert opinions, authors hope that results of this study provide valuable information to make clinical decisions about treatment of bipolar disorder in complicated situations.
Church archives are the evidential instruments to remember church activity and important information aggregate which has administrative, legal, financial, historical, faithful value as the collective memory of church community. So it must be managed necessarily and the management orders are based on the Bible. The western churches which have a correct understanding about the importance of church records and management order have taken multilateral endeavor to create, manage church archives systematically. On the other hand, korean churches don't have the records management systems. Therefore, Records created in individual church are mostly managed unsystematically and exist as 'backlogs', finally, they are destructed without reasonable formalities. In those problems, the purpose of this study is to offer the way of records classification and disposition instrument with recognition that records management should be done from the time of creation or previous to it. As a concrete device for them, I tried to embody the function-based classification method and disposal schedule. I prefer the function-based classification and disposal schedule to the organization and function-based classification to present stable classification and disposal schedule, as we can say the best feature of the modern organization is multilateral and also churches have same aspect. For this study, I applied DIRKS(Designing and Implementing Recordkeeping Systems) manual which National Archives of Australia provide and guidelines in ICA/IRMT series to construct the theory of the function-based classification in individual churches. Through them, it was possible to present a model for preliminary investigation, analysis of business activity, records survey, disposal schedule. And I took an example of 'Myong Sung Presbyterian Church' which belong to 'The Presbyterian church in Korea'. I explained in detail codifying process and results of preliminary investigation in 'Myong Sung Presbyterian Church', analysis of business activity based on it, process of presenting the function-based classification and disposal schedule got from all those steps. For establishing disposal schedule, I planned 'General Disposal Schedule' and 'Agency Disposal Schedule' which categorized 'general function' and 'agency function' of an agency, according to DIRKS in Australia and ICA/IRMT. And for estimation of disposal date I had a thorough grasp of important records category presented in 'Constitution of General Assembly', interview to know the importance of tasks, and added examples of disposal schedule in western church archives. This study has significance that it was intended to embody 'the function-based classification' and 'disposal schedule' suitable for individual church, applying DIRKS in Australia and ICA/IRMT on absence of the theory or example which tried to present the function-based classification and disposal schedule for individual church. Also it is meaningful to present a model that can classify and disposal real records according to the function in individual church which has no recognition or way about records management.
The response of public organizations on information offerings has affirmed that the arrangement of the management of records is an important project to be implemented ahead of the enforcement of the information disclosure system. In particular, the absence or non-disclosure of information of public organizations on records containing significant information and abuse of the secret disposition of information has demonstrated that it is imperative to improve radically the management of secret or non-disclosed records as well as overall changes of awareness. This study reviewed the reality of the current non-disclosure and management of confidential records based on the awareness on such records and proposed improvement measures. The study on non-disclosed and confidential records has been discussed from legal and administrative perspectives so that the main focus has been on the institutional aspect. Yet, there is a limitation on such discussions in that there cannot be fundamental access to issues of non-disclosed and confidential records. That is because the management of information classified as non-disclosed and confidential can be improved fundamentally when all processes from the production of the records to their management are carried out reasonably. Accordingly, since our record management system is divided into three phases of the disposition division, record center, and archives and takes a management record by being applied to the flow of the life cycle of records, we have reviewed overall issues from the production of non-disclosed and confidential records to the utilization of the records pursuant to these steps and offered directions for improvement.

This study is based like this critical mind, then, it examines throughly local assembly's realities by suggestion with reforming plan of record management. Record can embody true values when record management practices indefatigably through prudential system from production until preservation. Accordingly, this study suggests management of transaction unit without the omission of record. Also this study is satisfy the condition of Korean record management system with proposals of record management policy and establishment of record center. At the conclusion of study, it puts effects into shape that local assembly secure transparency and responsibility and organize local governance by record management.
In this thesis, I pursued how the concept of documentary photography in Korea was formed, and how Koreans perceive the current mix of some concepts and how they are tracked that. Korean photography society, directly or indirectly, accepted the concept and format of documentary photography of the United States in which information and discussion of the history and concept by examining the process of being transferred to Korea are examined. Giroksajin(記錄寫眞) is a translation word of documentary photography which was a part of documentary movements in the United States of the 1930s, and are all based on that concept. When we order Korean documentary photography and the subject matter must be distinct, attitude toward the things should be based on the exact perceptions of this age awareness, to be able to give enough information, and finally moved forward to move the human emotion must be. When this condition is equipped with the photographers and archivists perspective is revealed clearly the social and historical records that are meaningful. Documentary photography is the subject of the photographers and archivists that want to record the important things, but what you can get in the records and the question of how to use it is also important.
