This study was carried out to investigate the action of phytohormones which influence the adventitious root formation of calli originating from the leaves of Persicaria perfoliata. The optimal medium condition for callus formation was ½-strength MS, 1% sucrose, and 4.5 μM 2,4-D. In order to determine which phytohormones had an effect on the adventitious root formation, the calluses were cultured in various media with different kinds of phytohormones. As a result, the medium with GA₃ or IAA was shown to induce root formation. To deeply investigate the effects of GA₃ and IAA, calli were cultured in 0.1, 1, and 10 mg/l levels of phytohormones. Numbers of roots formed per callus were 10.9, 14.2, 22.6 in GA₃, 5.8, 3.9, 1.1 in IAA, respectively. Therefore, the higher GA₃ or the lower IAA concentration, the more roots formed. To confirm this role of GA₃ we tested with inhibitors PBZ and NPA. GA₃ with PBZ resulted in reduction by 52.4~69.4% compared to GA₃ alone. In contrast, GA₃ with NPA resulted in an increase by -8~45.6% compared to GA₃ alone in root formation. Also, results were determined on the effect of GA₃ with other phytohormones on root formation. Kinetin, 2iP and ABA with GA₃ had a negative effect, but IAA with GA₃ showed a similar result to GA₃ alone. From these results we infer GA plays a key role and auxin has subsidiary activity on adventitious root formation. This is the first report that indicates GA₃ promotes adventitious root formation from calli in P. perfoliata.

In the present study, the anti-oxidative properties of 80% ethanol extracts from 140 kinds of natural plants were investigated. Persicaria perfoliata had the highest anti-oxidative relative potency(VitaminE, $ORAC_{PE}$=1.0), followed by Sorbaria sorbifolia var. stellipila, Rosa multiflora, Lysimachia vulgaris var. davurica, Quercus aliena, Quercus mongolica and Lespedeza bicolor ($ORAC_{PE}$ ${\geq}$ 1.50). Among them, the anti-oxidative activity values of the n-hexane, $CH_2Cl_2$, EtOAc, n-BuOH, and water fractions of the 80% EtOH extracts of P. perfoliata and S. sorbifolia in the ORAC assay system were $1.13{\pm}0.002$, $1.10{\pm}0.004$, $3.67{\pm}0.232$, $1.62{\pm}0.049$ and $1.05{\pm}0.003$; $1.02{\pm}0.007$, $1.00{\pm}0.016$, $2.94{\pm}0.130$, $1.80{\pm}0.019$ and $1.04{\pm}0.012$, respectively, with marked anti-oxidative activity in the ethyl acetate fraction from selected the 2 plant extracts.

Oral-Performance in itself, which successfully narrates one's life, constitutes a kind of decent Verbal arts. The term 'Sijipsali-Narrative' refers to oral narratives portraying a series of events in the course of Women's Life-Story which arise from family life and socio-cultural issues through marriage. As a result, Sijipsali-Narrative belongs to a subcategory of Women's Life-Story. Sijipsali-Narrative can be divided into two categories as follow. One type of Sijipsali-Narrative is the 'Family-Connection sijipsali-narrative,' which results from the relationship between a daughter-in-law and the rest members of the family. Among the 'Family-Connection sijipsali-narratives,' including several forms of Sijipsali such as that of father-in-law and that of husband and that of children, Sijipsali of the mother-in-law is most distinctive. The other type of Sijipsali-Narrative is 'Sociocultural-Connection Sijipsali-narrative', which comes not from human relationship but from general issues a narrator is suffering from as a daughter-in-law in a family. The most universal narrative comes from Sijipsali connected with poverty and historical events, and family history, appearance, attitude of the daughter-in-law and so on can be materials for the narratives. Actually, the two types of Sijipsali narrative is not so much distinguished from each other as intermingled with each other. Sijipsali arising from family relationship can inevitably be related with poverty and some events, which result in conflicts among family members and so harass daughter-in-laws. This thesis has a clear-cut orientation to overview the aspects of the Relationships and Hardships on a 'Sijipsali' Narratives in Korean Women's Married Life.

정부는 2011년 7월 1일부터 모든 배합사료 내에 항생 항균제를 첨가하지 못하도록 했다. 이 조치는 이유야 어찌되었든 우리나라에서 산업적 의미를 갖는 축산업이 시작된 이래로 처음 접하는 축산환경을 조성하는 것이다. 그 결과가 어떤 현상으로 나타날지는 아무도 알 수 없다. 가축을 30년 이상 키워온 분이나 수의사, 제약회사, 정부 관계 기관을 막론하고 누구도 예상할 수 없을 것이라 본다. 며느리도 모르겠지만 시어머니도 모르는 상황이다. 본고에서는 육계를 키우는 농가나 그 농기를 접하는 관련자들에 대해 몇 가지 알려드리고자 한다.

An educational program for parent caregiving families has been developed with a view to help mitigate burdens of those who provide caring services for their aged parents and to meet the needs of both the caregiving middle-aged daughter-in-law and the parent. The program has been applied to a small group of people who at least one living aged parent. The effectiveness of the program has been evaluated by taking pre- and posttests. The result of the tests strongly suggest that the program has been effective in improving participatns' knowledge on aging process, confict solving and relationship with parent.

Many studies on the relationships between mothers-in-law and daughters-in-law tended to regard the relationship as a conflicting one. This study, unlike the previous ones, aimed to explore the relationship as it is and to describe the experience of the real relationship. Another aim of this study, on the basis of the results, was to provide the basic data for social services to develop and maintain the positive relationships between mothers and daughters-in-law. To achieve these aims, the central question of the study was, "What are the daughters-in-law's experiences with their mothers-in-law like?" The participants for the study consisted of 12 daughters-in-law who volunteered to be interviewed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed according to the grounded theory presented by Strauss and Corbin. As a result, 154 concepts and 42 sub-categories were induced, and finally 18 categories were induced in the course of classifying and integrating these sub-categories. This study discovered that the relationship might be both positive and negative, and that it might even be possible to change from one to the other. The results of the study showed that many factors influenced the quality of the relationship, and that the husband's role was one of the most important factors. Using this study's results as guidance, general programs designed to cultivate more positive relationships between mothers and daughters-in-law can be created and implemented; additionally programs that help the husbands understand the complex relationship and roles can be devised.

I study how the deviation of strong women clashes with patriarchism and the clash is represented in the films. Women of Spirit's in 1960's narrative deals with the generational conflicts and the older's defeat, and that reflects the changes of the times. The narrative of Horse-year Bride in 1960's deals with changes of housewives' status, deviation and return of the strong-willed women, and becoming 'a wise mother and good wife'. The Daughter-in-Law Born in the Year of Horse in 1970's has two meanings - rejecting the active women and reinforcing patriarchism. The narratives of these films mean the obedience to patriarchism and the punishment women for their activity. But, these films also show the pleasure of resistance by revealing the gap and the contradiction of patriarchism.

This study analysed the narrative strategies in TV drama utilized in order to support the recent feminism movements. The analysis revealed that this TV drama breaks away from the clichéd patriarchal drama series. It portrays the main characters are not the sons but the two daughters-in-law, and represents the women challenging the order of the patriarchy, and resolving the issues. In this drama, men's power was removed and female agents were held up to ridicule. In addition, it eradicates the traditional female conflict structures and creates a strong bond between the females. With this storyline, TV series concludes with two achievements. One, the stepmother and the mother co-parent the child instead of the father, suggests that a non-blood related matriarchal family is possible. Two, the heir to the chaebol family, which is traditionally a patrilineal structure, is not the oldest son or the immoral son, but the lesbian daughter-in-law, overturning the idea of heteronormativity that is dominant in the patriarchal system.

The rock properties of the West pagoda in the Gameunsaji temple site are composed mainly of dark grey porphyritic granodiorite with medium grained equigranular texture and developed with small numerous dioritic xenoliths. These xenoliths occurred with small holes due to different weathering processes. As a weathering results, the rock properties of this pagoda occur wholly softened to physical hardness because of a complex result of petrological, meteorological and biological causes. Southeastern part of the pagoda deteriorated seriously that the surface of rock blocks showed partially exfoliations, fractures, open cavities in course of granular decomposition of minerals, sea water spray and crystallization of salt from the eastern coast. The Joint between blocks has small or large fracture cross each other, contaminated and corrupted for inserting with concrete, cement mortar, rock fragments and iron plates, and partially accelerated coloration and fractures. There are serious contamination materials of algae, fungus, lichen and bryophytes on the margin and the surface on the roof stone of the pagoda, so it'll require conservation treatment biochemically for releasing vegetation inhabiting on the surface and the discontinuous plane of the blocks because of adding the weathering activity of stones and growing weeds naturally by soil processing on the fissure zone. Consisting rock for the conservation and restoration of the pagoda would be careful choice of new rock properties and epoxy to reinforce for the deterioration surfaces. For the attenuation of secondary contamination and surface humidity, the possible conservation treatments are needed.
