The purpose of this study is to conduct a meta-analysis of the research studies between the year 2000 and 2013 on the gender difference of the subjective-welling of Korean older adults. 74 research studies that meet the criteria are analyzed with SPSS and Meta-analysis macros. Results indicated that Korean elder men are better off in terms of subjective well-being (es = .1157, CI95% .0528-.1787) than women. No moderating effects are found. Few studies examined the interaction between the gender difference effect and main factors such as health and social relationship that affect subjective well-being. Based on the results some implications for future research are discussed.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of knowledge base and metamemory in children's conceptual implicit memory with category-exemplar-generation task. Subjects were total 180 children of each 60 from Grade2, Grade6 and High school students. They were examined implicit memory with category-exemplar-generation task, knowledge base test, and metamemory test. The data were analyzed using ANCOVA, and Scheffe post hoc test. The result was following: First, as the child grow old, implicit memory primed increased. Implicit memory amount was significantly different between Grade2 and High school students, Grade6 and High school students. Second, as the child grow high knowledge base, implicit memory primed increased. There was a significantly different found between age and knowledge base. Third, as the child grow high metamemory, implicit memory primed increased. These results were interpreted as that the state of the age, knowledge base and metamemory should be an important factorin implicit memory. And current findings suggest that implicit memory can show development if a children's knowledge base and metamemory in developing with age.

Rights process problem was stated among actors that participated in digital contents distribution while it was various type of digital content service. In order to solve it, It was expressed conceptual and technical elements by reflecting a system. Among them, the interoperability of metadata became a important issue. As for the metadata for contents service, necessity about standardization is stated as a basic framework composing a service system. This paper proposed the metadata element which focus on the rights process that is being a key factor of a DRM(Digital Right Management) system for digital comics contents service. Therefore, it was verified by using Context Model of MPEG-21 RDD with interoperability between metadata elements which developed a XML format and the existing MPEG-21 RDD elements. The study results will become basic materials in the system design that considered metadata element development and interoperability of digital contents of other field

Although research using meta-analysis is increasing in the field of rehabilitation science, not all meta-analytical papers are of the same quality. In particular, although meta-analysis is a research method with the highest level of evidence, it may be possible to derive distorted conclusions or alternatives by simply integrating representative values without considering heterogeneity among individual studies. This study analyzed the current status of meta-analysis papers on the subject of language arbitration published in Korea from January 2010 to June 2019, and used A Measurement Tool to Assess the Methodological Quality of Systematic Review (AMSTAR). As a result of evaluating the methodological quality of the final five papers, the average of 7.4 points out of 11 points was found above average. In order to raise the qualitative level of Meta-analysis in speech-language pathology in the future, it is necessary to include verification of publication bias and specification of conflicts of interest.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how a well-structured cognitive reflection journal can affect a learner's metacognition and learning achievement in the area of Engineering Education. The objects of this study were 143 students in total (experimental group: 52, control group: 91) who are taking the 'Fundamental Semiconductor Engineering' course in the Engineering Department at D college in the metropolitan area. For his particular study, we undertook three steps as follows. First, we verified that the two groups of students were equal in areas of metacognition and learning achievement. Second, the experimental group was asked to keep writing the well-structured reflection journal for four weeks and the control group was not. Third, we evaluated the metacognition and learning achievement. This study used a questionnaire to measure metacognition by Sperling(2002) in a Korean translation as well as a well-structured cognitive reflection journal. As a result, we found that the well-structured cognitive reflection journal affects learners positively in the sense of metacognition ability, continuity as well as learning achievement.

The ISO/IEC 11179 Metadata registry (MDR) is an international standard that was developed to register and share metadata. ISO/IEC 11179 represents an MDR as a metamodel that is an object model. However, it is difficult to develop an MDR based on ISO/IEC 11179 because the standard has no clear criteria to transform the metamodel into a database. In this paper, we suggest the design of an MDR data model that is based on object-relational transformation methodology (ORTM) for the MDR implementation. Hence, we classify the transformation methods of ORTM according to the corresponding relationships. After classification, we propose modeling rules by defining the standard use of the transformation. This paper builds the relational database tables as an implementation result of an MDR data model. Through experiments and evaluation, we verify the proposed modeling rules and evaluate the suitability of the created table structures. As the result, the proposed method shows that the table structures preserve classes and relationships of the standard metamodel well.

최근 무선통신의 발전과 스마트 폰 사용자의 급격한 증가로 인하여 멀티미디어 콘텐츠에 대한 관심과 요구가 급속히 증대되고 있다. 이를 수용하기 위한 이동통신 시스템 환경 역시 급속도로 변하고 있으며, 그중 LTE 시스템에 대한 관심과 개발이 진행되고 있는 상황이다. 이에 따라 개발단계부터 안정화단계까지 해당 시스템의 프로토콜 검증과 분석을 위한 분석기의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 LTE 프로토콜과 연동 메시지를 XML 메타데이터로 기술한 에이전트-서버 구조의 프로토콜 분석기를 제안한다. 제안하는 프로토콜 분석기는 LTE 시스템에 최적화된 프로토콜 분석이 가능하고 연동 규격 변경시에도 XML 메타데이터 수정만으로 적용가능하다.

방대한 웹 페이지의 홍수 속에서, 의미상 서로 연관되었지만 산재되어 있는 정보들을 사용자에게 효과적으로 제공하기란 그리 쉽지 않다. 웹 페이지에서 질적으로 향상된 정보를 얻기 위해서는, 이질적이지만 서로 연관된 의미를 갖는 데이터들을 하나로 융합하는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이질적인 형태로 이루어진 다수의 웹 페이지들을 XML 기반의 메타데이터(metadata)로 융합하여 사용자에게 제공하는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템에서 메타데이터는 온톨로지와 OWL을 이용하여 융합된다. 또한 제시한 방법을 검증하기 위해 지역정보 중 부동산을 사례를 들어 시스템을 구현한다. 구현된 시스템은 각기 다른 데이터를 가지고 있는 다수의 웹 페이지를 하나의 웹 페이지로 통합하는 과정을 거쳐 XML 문서 형태로 사용자에게 제공한다.

센서 레지스트리 시스템(Sensor Registry System, SRS)은 이기종 환경에서 센서 네트워크 환경에서 센서 데이터의 즉각적 활용 및 끊김 없는 해석을 위해 사용자에게 센서 메타데이터를 제공한다. SRS에서 센서 메타데이터를 안정적으로 송신하기 위하여 경로 예측 기반 센서 레지스트리 시스템을 제안한다. 하지만 네트워크 연결이 지원되지 않거나 신호가 불안정한 경우에 센서 메타데이터를 안정적으로 제공할 수 없다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위하여 네트워크 커버리지 기반 센서 레지스트리 시스템을 제안한다. 이 논문에서는 네트워크 커버리지 기반 센서 레지스트리 시스템과 경로 예측 기반 센서 레지스트리 시스템을 비교평가 한다. 또한 통신사별로 경로예측 정확도를 측정한다. 성능 측정의 통계적 신뢰도를 높이기 위하여 실험 데이터를 10-묶음 교차검증을 수행한다.

본 연구는 스포츠 동영상 기록물의 체계적 보존과 관리, 이를 적극적으로 활용할 수 있는 스포츠 동영상 메타데이터 제안을 연구목적으로 설정하였다. 스포츠 동영상이 지닌 특성을 분석하고, 현재 스포츠 관련 기록물을 소장한 관리 주체에서 운영하고 있는 관리시스템을 분석하였다. 각 사례와 표준에서 추출한 메타데이터 요소를 상호 비교하여 공통 요소와 특성 요소를 일차적으로 추출하였다. 추출된 요소의 타당성에 대하여 전문가 의견을 수렴, 검증받은 후 7개의 상위요소와 12개의 하위요소를 지닌 관리적(administrative) 요소와 9개의 상위요소와 11개의 하위요소로 구성한 기술적(descriptive) 요소로 제안하였다.
