This study is aimed at developing a broadcast content creators' information behavior model through analysis of the process of information use including an integrated perspective such as cognitive, emotional and environmental aspects. Broadcast content creators have a common cognitive process and pools of information exchange and integration. In order to have emotional empathy with the general public they search and use the news and human and everyday life information seeking (ELIS). The most important thing is the context of social norms and culture in the broadcasting community and information about judgment is subjective and empirical.

Technological advances in media have expanded users' consciousness. At the same time, users have changed from passive into active voice by interacting media. The emergence of mobile made different structures and contents compared to the past. Especially, Korean culture of mobile converted original media channels to contents in a category. Plus, the usage structure of internet of this time converges in massive portal sites. It is because that the structure has aspect of emitting through remediation in the sites. Also, Korean massive portal sites have provided specific service named 'real-time issues'. This is not only the unique way of offering information that exists in Korea but also high usability of getting issues. We therefore considered the meaning of durability of real-time issues in the view of journalism, compared original media channels. Then, this paper identified the user attributes for acquisition of information following ways using informal and formal data from Korean massive portal sites named 'Daum' and 'Naver'.

The development of new spatial technologies enables sustainability as well as the efficiency of future land management while maintaining the efficiency of current land management. What is sustainable technology for land management? And how can sustainability challenges and technologies be applied to land management? and so on. Therefore, this study is to search sustainable land management direction by investigating and applying sustainable technologies for more efficient and continuous maintenance of land management. To describe and approach sustainable technologies for land management, in particular, capacity, security, IT resource, new device, standards, transparency, and data, access to data and so on that can be considered as the challenges of sustainability and land management.

This study is an attempt to explore the professional image of librarianship through librarians' subjectivity using Q-methodology based on intraindividual difference in significance. The study identified four types of the professional image of librarianship and discussed their relationship; the ambivalent, the prideful, the advanced, and the critical. Each types are unique, not inter-exclusive characteristics reflected the context of the present. Also, all types have a positive image toward the librarianship.

The basic rights of the public for sustaining public accountability relations between public sector organizations and the citizens is the accessibility to information of public sector organizations. Public organizations in Korea get checked under multiple public accountability relations, which increases steadily the information provision requests from stakeholders. To respond these requirements effectively and efficiently, public sector organizations are required to transform their information management regime to comply with accountability-oriented settings. This study (1) suggests procedures and methods to select 'information for accountability' from the organization's whole information as an important object to be managed, (2) suggests procedures and methods to establish control criteria for the organization to manage its information for accountability in appropriate ways, and (3) gives an example of applying the procedures and methods to the specific context of universities' information disclosure. The procedures and methods suggested are described from a viewpoint of the consulting for the accountability information management regime.

In order to improve organizational performance, organizations should make a knowledge management system to share, distribute, and create related knowledge effectively in the operational process. It is not too much to say that organizational performance depends on the level of network and networking for the use of knowledge among the agents. Theoretically, a web portal is known as a useful instrument not only to link among the actors who have a specific interest and purpose but also to promote social networking which creates new knowledge relevant to user's environment. In the context, this article explored policy implications of building and operating government portals by analysing the efficacy of the "Innovative Portal", which the Korean government had opened to diffuse its innovation activities and to improve organizational innovation capacities in 2005, in innovation process from the knowledge management perspective. In particular, this study tried to identify how did the "Innovation Portal"influence network and networking of innovation knowledge using hyperlink network analysis method.

Convergence is an important concept for driving our society to be ubiquitous. The purpose of this study is to investigate the users' expectation and expectation gap about the attributes of smart speaker as an intelligent agent, ie autonomy, sociality, responsiveness, activeness, time continuity, goal orientation. To this end, semi-structured interviews were conducted for smart speaker users and analyzed based on ground theory. Result has shown that people have huge expectation gap about the sociality and human-likeness of smart speakers, due to limitations in technology. The responsiveness of smart speakers was found to have positive expectation gap. For the memory of time-sequential information, there was an ambivalent expectation gap depending on the degree of information sensitivity and presentation method. We also found that there was a low expectation level for autonomous aspects of smart speakers. In addition, proactive aspects were preferred only when appropriate for the context. This study presents implications for designing a way to interact with smart speakers and managing expectations.

The study aimed to investigate the motivation and user satisfaction of medical school graduate students using specific academic information sites, and examines the effect of usage motivation factors on user satisfaction. This study was conducted from September 10, 2018 to September 21, 2018 by a large medical school graduate student in Seoul, and analyzed 135 valid responses. According to the analysis, the degree of reliability and interactivity of PubMed is higher than that of Google Scholar in medical school graduate students' use of academic information sites. It was found to have a significant effect on user satisfaction of academic information sites. In particular, convenience has the greatest influence on users' choice of academic information sites. The results of the study are of theoretical implications in that the discussion of academic information services through web sites is explained in terms of use and satisfaction in the context of medical information. On the other hand, specific research results provide practical implications for improving the services of medical-related academic search engines.

정보화 시대에 살고있는 우리는 교육의 패러다임 변화요청에 부응하여 교사 중심의 교육 환경을 학습자 중심의 선택에 강조점을 두고 교육을 실시하여야 한다. 그리고 양질의 교육환경이 좋은 교육효과를 낳을 수 있다는 점에서 컴퓨터 교육 환경의 현황을 파악하고 그 개선 방향을 제시하는 것이 시의 적절한 연구라 할 것이다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 전북 지역에 있는 고등학교를 대상으로 컴퓨터 교육의 환경과 그 실효성에 대한 자료조사를 설문지와 면접법을 통해 실시하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 수업 만족도 , 전산실 사용 만족도를 중심으로 전체를 분석하고 인문계 고교와 실업계 고교 ,그리고 남학생과 여학생의 의견도 각각 분석하였다. 그 결과는 모든학생들이 컴퓨터 수업과 전산실 사용에 불만족을 느끼고 있었으며 주요한 이유는 컴퓨터 시설의 미흡과 컴퓨터를 전공한 전문 교사의 부족함등으로 나타났다. 결론으로 컴퓨터 교육을 활성화하기 위해서 정부는 교육용 컴퓨터보급, 교사용 컴퓨터보급, 교육용 소프트웨어 개발 보급영역, 컴퓨터 교육을 대학에서 4년동안 전공한 전문 교사의 현장배치의 시급함등 네 가지 부분에 주력해야 함을 제시한다.
