Non-linear Analysis of Laminated Composite Plates with Multi-directional Stiffness Degradation (강성 저하된 적층복합판의 비선형 해석)

  • In this study, a finite element formulation based first-order shear deformation theory is developed for non-linear behaviors of laminated composite plates containing matrix cracking. The multi-directional stiffness degradation is developed for adopting the stiffness variation induced from matrix cracking, which is proposed by Duan and Yao. The matrix cracking can be expressed in terms of the variation of material properties, such as Young's modulus, shear modulus and Possion ratio of plates, and sequently it is possible to predict the variation of the local stiffness. Using the assumed natural strain method, the present shell element generates neither membrane nor shear locking behavior. Numerical examples demonstrate that the present element behaves quite satisfactorily either for the linear or geometrical nonlinear analysis of laminated composite plates. The results of laminated composite plates with matrix cracking may be the benchmark test for the non-linear analysis of damaged laminated composite plates.

The Immediate Settlement Estimation of the Improved Soft Ground Using Bamboo Mats (대나무매트로 보강된 연약지반의 즉시침하량 추정에 관한 고찰)

  • When the structure is constructed on the soft ground, the embankment is settleed into the soft ground. At this time, the settlement of the structure is needed to predict. We are using bamboo mats construction only as a way of test construction. Under this circumstance, using the equation of Janbu and Perloff, we calculated the settlement, and analyzed the problem, suggesting proper theoretical equations showing the settlement of soft ground using bamboo mat. Using this equations the settlement was calculated and compared with the result of FEM. The result of the application was very close to the numerical value and the trend of theoretical equations. Using the existing equations, the settlement in Janbu's and Perloff's methods were calculated to be 40% of the actual settlement.

  • This study is peformed for checking the limitation and application of each curing/heating methods on cold-weathering mat foundation construction, considering temperature control, early strength security and temperature declination range limit, by means of concrete material properties and thermal analysis technique that were published previously. In the result of this analysis, we checked the open air temperature and mat depth that are possible to apply each curing/heating methods on cold-weathering construction and found curing/heating time of each methods that is able to prevent early aged freezing damage and thermal crack

  • In this study, the field applicability on reducing the heat of hydration of mass concrete by using the hydration heat difference method is analyzed with the following summary. As a result of applying the hydration heat difference method by using low heating combination, the temperature difference between the central part and the surface part of mass material was reduced, and as a result of visual observation, there was no showing of cracks by the hydration heat on the upper surface part. Therefore, the cracking index of the field to apply this method was shown to be approximately 1.57 with very little crack occurrence probability of less than 3%.

  • 기술지식으로서의 특허가 과학지식으로서의 과학논문을 많이 인용하면 할수록 과학지식과 기술지식의 상호작용이 많다고 해석할 수 있고, 또한 인용까지의 평균시차가 짧으면 짧을수록 과학지식과 기술지식의 확산속도가 그만큼 빠른 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 과학논문과 특허를 대상으로 과학집약도가 높은 기술분야, 여러 학문분야를 가장 많이 인용하고 있는 기술분야, 그리고 여러 기술분야에서 가장 많이 인용되는 학문분야를 발견할 수 있다. 또한 하나의 특허가 다른 특허에 인용되는 관계를 통해 피인용특허의 기술분야와 인용특허의 산업분야에 대한 연계 매트릭스를 구성함으로써 기술지식이 파급 연계되는 산업분야를 확인할 수 있다. 여기에서는 이러한 과학기술 지식의 연계관계를 규명함으로써 어떤 유형의 지식이 기술혁신에 있어 가장 기초가 되는지, 어떤 기술 분야가 과학적 지식을 가장 역동적으로 활용하는지, 그리고 산업계의 요구와 가장 긴밀한 관계를 맺고 있는 학문분야는 어떤 분야인지를 분석하고자 한다.

  • In this paper, field application of mass concreting using super retarding agent(SRA) are discussed based on setting. time difference with SRA in big discount market in Chongju. Mechanical and physical properties of .concrete are investigated. Temperature history of concrete is also measured. Slump and air content meet the requirement of target value. Compressive strength of concrete exceeded the nominal strength with 24MPa. Compressive strength of SRA concrete is higher than that of plain concrete by about $3\~4\%$. For temperature history, peak temperature of concrete at middle section at top concrete layer reached $49.6^{\circ}C$ within 24hours, and at bottom concrete layer, $54.6^{\circ}C$ within 42hours. Based on the naked eye's observation, no crack was found at mass concrete.

  • The article deals with the reality subject of animations. Animations are created on the basis of fantasy. Disney's introduction of the narratives and styles of live action film into the field of animation, which laid a foundation for the hyper-reality animation, has produced an unintended consequence of marginalizing other animation genres which have emphasized fantasy through free experimentations of various images. A combination of Disney's world view of hyper-reality with later-developed 3D computer animation technology has made fantastic figures and spaces much more real than the real ones, and succeeded in creating a matrix of simulacre, a world of mere copies without the original.

  • Problem of repairing by boring is that it deteriorates stabelety and durability of structure by permeation of seawater from underneath after damage and repair of reinforcing rod regarding of spot. The purpose of this study is to improve the porblem by using the repair method of general boring to mend the of large mat basis. Direction of thes experiment is to apply the new repair material and the method to control the blazing fire factor caused by the crack from the foundation of large mat and also to estimate it's integrity. New method of construction is method of contruction that do speace scurity in vertical drilling and bottom useing water jet. New material used bantonite and rubberized asphalt. Test result existent repair method of construction large size mat basis perforation is difficult and reinforcing rod can be damaged coule there were a lot of problems with re-water leakage of crack repair region, but overcomes existent short coming by method that apply in this study.

  • 4 세대 모바일폰은 카메라, MP3, 블루투스, DMB, 전자수첩, PC, 웹브라우징의 복합 기능을 가진 제품으로 진화하고 있으며, 이를 위한 사용자의 요구와 경험디자인의 요소를 탐색하고 분석하는 것이 요구된다. 하지만 기존의 사용자 요구의 조사와 경험디자인은 많은 비용과 시간을 투입하고도 기존 요구의 재확인에 머물거나, 제한적이고 예측 가능한 결과만을 도출하는 문제점을 가지고 있어 창의적 디자인 아이디어 도출에는 한계를 가지고 있다. 이는 사용자의 선정과 분석의 방법이 마케팅 중심의 통계적 방법에 기초하고 있으며, 사용자의 선정에 분석의 결과가 좌우되기 때문이다. 본 연구는 창의적 경험디자인의 방법으로서 1% 이미지 추출의 작업과 국내외 커뮤니티 사이트를 중심으로 한 디지털 포켓리서치의 방법을 활용하였나 2차 사용자 조사는 '1% UX 리서치'로 명명한 극단적 사용자 분석의 방법을 개발하고 적용하였으며, 주요 디자인 요구와 암시점은 K-J 매트릭스를 통하여 체계화하였다. 디지털포켓리서치와 1% 사용자의 리서치의 방법론은 근 미래의 사용자 예측과 풍부한 경험디자인의 아이디어를 발상할 수 있다는 측면에서 기존의 방법론 보다 비용과 시간 측면에서 효율적으로 활용할 수 있었다.

  • The crack of concrete induced by the heat of hydration is a serious problem, particularly in concrete structures such as biers, thick walls, box type walls, mat-slab of nuclear reactor buildings, dams or foundations of high rise buildings, etc.. As a result of the temperature rise and restriction condition of foundation, the thermal stress which may induce the cracks can occur. Therefore the various techniques of the thermal stress control in massive concrete have been widely used. One of them is prediction of the thermal stress, besides low-heat cement which mitigates the temperature rise, design change which considers steel bar reinforcement, operation control and so on. In this study, firstly it introduce the thermal cracks control technique by employing low-heat cement concrete, thermal stress analysis considering season. Secondly it shows the application of the cracks control technique like block placement.
