  • 리테일 업계의 최대 화두는 다양한 미디어 채널을 상호 연계하여 방문고객체험을 극대화시키는 것이다. 리테일 매장을 방문하는 고객들은 이미 스마트폰을 사용하여 관심상품을 미리 조회해보고, 상품평도 살펴본다. 본 논문에서는 리테일 매장 내 게임체험 전용공간을 마련하고 방문고객의 게임 앱 사용행태를 분석한다. 이를 바탕으로 리테일 매장을 게임 홍보채널로 활용하고자 하는 욕구를 가지는 게임 스타트업 업체에게 사용자 체험 극대화를 위한 제안 및 분석자료를 마련한다.

The Visual Expression in a Store by the Characteristics of Facade (FACADE특성에 따른 매장의 시각적 표현에 관한 연구)

  • Display in commercial space is one of the most important fields in modem advanced industrial sectors as means of promoting the volume of sales. Additionally, consummers' preferences are more complicated and various than before because of improvement of quality of life. In order to satisfy the various comsumer's desire, the role of display must be an important factor in commercial space. On the other hand, the facade of commercial buildings in the concept of visual merchandising has important effect on the commercial space such as layout of a shop, setting up presentation space, and visual expression. The structure of the facade of the store provides not only an advertising function but also an important position to the composition of external space. Besides, enterance space is a part of a store, and it is closely related to outdoor space. Therefore, the relationship between a store and outdoor space should be carefully considered in terms of functional and expressional problems.This study introduces all sort of characteristics of the facade of enterance speac in the commercial buildings. It also investigates the relationship among the characteristics. Moreover, it analyzes the effect of facade style on shop environment such as zonning, inducement plan, and allocation plan. For the purpose of this study, 57 fashion stores, located in Myung-Dong(Seoul), are investigated. Based on the sample, this study analyzes the relationship between the facade style and visual presentation. Finally, it suggests the desirable direction of space composition based upon the concept of visual merchandising.

  • Recently as ubiquitous environment comes to the fore, information density is raised and enterprise is being able to capture and utilize customer-related information at the same time when the customer purchases a product. In this environment, a need for the recommender systems which can deliver proper information to the customer at the right time and right situation is highly increased. Therefore, the research on recommender systems continued actively in a variety of fields. Until now, most of recommender systems deal with item recommendation. However, in the market in ubiquitous environment where the same item can be purchased at several stores, it is highly desirable to recommend store to the customer based on his/her contextual situation and preference such as store location, store atmosphere, product quality and price, etc. In this line of research, we proposed the store recommender system using customer's contextual situation and preference in the market in ubiquitous environment. This system is based on collaborative filtering and Apriori algorithms. It will be able to provide customer-centric service to the customer, enhance shopping experiences and contribute in revitalizing market in the long term.

  • The concept of Customer Circulation of department stores is translated into one of the most critical factors in their survival strategy, that is the strategy of service-differentiation and efficiency- maximization of shopping floors' unit area. Considering that the Customer Circulation affects the attractiveness of a department store and ultimately the number of shoppers, misunderstanding of it merely as one of the interior factors is highly likely to lead to lowered utility of each shopping floor. In this respect, the objective of this paper lies in identifying and analysing unique features of shoppers' spacial behaviors and eventually in proposing more efficient drawing of the Customer Circulation.

  • Modern fashion shop is changed by the changing of fashion style. And as purchasing pattern is changed to consuming pattern which has strong individuality, functions as space which reflet characteristics of products and consumers in order to present sensitive and individual image are also required, besides conventional concept as space which simply focused on sale. Meanwhile, in the 1980's, the fashion presented retro mood modernly by popularization of post-modernism and introduced minimalism that is one of the anti-cultures in the 1960's. Recently minimalistic trends which are expressed by various attempts and a new point of view are introduced to the fashion shop by interior designer. Therefore, in this study, minimalistic characteristics which appear in the composition of interior space of the modern fashion shop are researched by theoretical consideration and analysis of examples and consistent direction of fashion shop is presented.

  • 백화점이나 대형할인점과 같은 기존 매장에서의 쇼핑은 고객이 구매할 물건을 카트에 담아 이동하며 쇼핑을 마친 후 값을 지불하는 방식으로 구성되어 있다. 카트를 이용하는 쇼핑 방식은 여러가지 장점을 가지고 있으나 공간의 부족으로 카트가 다른 고객들의 진로에 방해가 되기도 하고 또한 무거운 카트를 끌고 다녀야 하는 등의 불편한 문제점들도 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 카트를 제공하는 기존 매장의 문제점을 살펴보고 그 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방법으로 카트가 없는 매장 아이디어를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 Cart-free Mart 는 Bluetooth, RFID, 휴대전화 등을 이용하여 카트 없이 고객이 원하는 상품을 구매할 수 있도록 도와주는 시스템이며, 미래의 유비쿼터스형 매장 시스템에 적용되면 고객들은 물론 매장의 운영 효율 측면에 있어서도 유익할 것으로 기대된다.

  • Excessive complaints and traffic jams occurred as customers who visited the Drive-thru waited in a long line. Company S recommends DT Pass to reduce the queues. Therefore, this study confirmed the improvement in performance of the queue increasing the number of stores operated by two servers insteaol of one using a queue model. And then confirmed performance improvement by dividing them into DT and DT Pass. After that, the L value derived through the queue model and the number of queues in each store were compared to calculate the number of queues to be additionally provided. Through this, the validity of selecting the minimum number of queues in the future is verified based on the results derived in this study.

  • This study aims to improve the Evacuation Performance o( the I)inc()unto-store in underground that is rapidly new shopping store in Korea. In this paper, The architectural properties of the floor plan and section was reviewed with egress focus, occupant load density of the Discount-store was surveyed and the procedure and method of performance based egress design for this occupancy was analysed with SIMULEX model and calculation method. As a result of modeling, more longer available safe egress time (ASET) is expected than required safe egress time (RSET)in underground discount-store. In order to improve the Evacuation Performance for this type occupancy, egress capacity including escape stair, aisle width, escape door is calculated with based on occupant load density and review of shopping cart's structure and size and maximum escape capacity of the cash counter.

A Design Aspects of Historic Parks Preserving Buried Cultural Heritages - In the Case of Neunggok Prehistoric Remains Park, Ansan Singil Historic Park, Yongjuk Historic Park - (매장문화재 보존형 역사공원의 설계 양상 - 능곡선사유적공원, 안산신길역사공원, 용죽역사공원을 대상으로 -)

  • This study derived the design aspects by carrying out the case study of Neunggok prehistoric remains park, Ansansingil historic park and Yongjuk historic park to which are taken measures to preserve undesignated cultural heritages after studying the related laws & regulations and the systems as the design conditions of historic park preserving buried cultural heritages. The results of the study are as follows. First, according to the laws & regulations related to the historical parks, the historic sites should be preserved and utilized at the same time and can have history-related facility spaces, squares, rest spaces, exercise spaces, education & culture space, and convenience spaces. Second, by the space organization and the circulation system emphasizing only the preservation of buried cultural heritages, the feature-preservation space and the functional space are separated and due to not accepting the usage behavior considering peripheral land use, the effectiveness of the historical park was low. Third, the passive feature-preservation methods such as the preservation of the exposed site in architectural methods, the reproduction of the dugout hut, and the planting Royal azaleas or displaying stone after covering up the location of the pit dwellings with soil and the usage mainly for viewing have weakened the identity of the historical park. Fourth, the fence preventing users' access interferes experiencing the features, and the vertical structure protecting the upper part of the exposed features has overwhelmed the landscape of the historical parks. Fifth, it was difficult to figure out the feature space only by the texts mainly on terminologies and the excavation photographs presented on the information signs which introduce the buried cultural heritages.

  • 다수고객을 서비스하기 위한 설비의 입지선정문제는 현 기업환경 하에 많은 분야에서 광범위하게 응용되고 있다. 본 논문은 경쟁사 설비가 기 입지해 있는 상황에서 시장점유율을 최대화하기 위해 정해진 수의 설비를 주어진 입지후보지에 설치하기 위한 입지선정문제를 다룬다. 고객은 도시공학 분야에서 잘 알려진 4개의 도시공간구조 이론에 근거하여 분포시키고, 고객의 수요를 최대로 충족시킬 수 있는 매장의 입지를 선정한다. 실험을 통해 각 도시 공간형태별로 상이한 고객의 분포형태와 계층별 거주지역의 밀집도가 매장의 위치에 미치는 영향을 확인한다. 또한 입지선정문제는 잘 알려진 NP-hard 문제임에 따라 합리적인 시간에 근사 최적해를 도출하기 위하여 유전자 알고리즘을 적용함으로써 기업의 입장에서 이윤을 극대화하는 최적의 설비위치를 결정할 수 있는 모델을 제시하였다.
