호텔기업은 고객서비스가 가장중요한 업무중의 하나로 직원들이 고객과의 대면상황에서 어떤 서비스가 펼쳐지는지에 따라서 호텔의 이익이 바뀌어 질수 있다. 따라서 호텔은 유능하고 우수한 직원들을 꾸준하게 유지하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 다른 호텔과의 차별화를 위하여 직원들의 타 업체로의 이직을 막아 회사의 안정적인 발전을 도모하고 이윤을 최대한 높이는데 초점을 맞추어야 한다. 본 연구는 조직관리로써 역할갈등(직장-가정갈등, 가정-직장갈등)과 이직의도와의 관계를 알아보고자 한다. 그리고 역할갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 마음챙김 변수를 대입하여 매개역할을 검증하고자 한다. 자료 수집을 위해서 서울과 경기도 지역의 특급호텔 종사원을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 자료 수집을 위하여 서울 경기지방을 직접 방문하여 조사를 진행하였다. 분석결과를 간단히 요약하면 첫째, 역할갈등은 이직의도에 유의미한 관계를 이루었고, 역할갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 있어서 마음챙김은 매개역할을 하였다. 역할갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 있어서 마음챙김의 매개효과는 역할 갈등의 첫 번째 변수인 직장-가정갈등 상황에서 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 마음챙김이 매개를 한다는 유의미한 결과를 얻었다. 그리고 두 번째 독립변수인 가정- 직장갈등의 상황에서는 마음챙김이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 예측되었다. 이런 연구결과를 바탕으로 기업은 체계적이고 지속적인 마음챙김 교육을 통하여 구성원 상호간의 상호 배려가 기업에 대한 긍정적인 태도로 바뀔 수 있도록 하는 방안을 강구해야 할 것이다. 또한 역할갈등의 결과변수를 좋게 하는 다양한 방안에 대한 폭넓은 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

The purpose of this study is to have an opportunity to enhance the role of cultural intermediaries in the region as interest in the cultural media sector increased with the implementation of the Law for Promotion of Regional Culture. First, I discussed the need to pay attention to the local Cultural Intermediaries group as the background of the discussion, confirming that the existing research on the cultural mediation sector was focused on cultural workers in public institutions and government projects. Next, for the theoretical discussion, I reviewed the role of cultural intermediaries contributing to the production of meaning via the concept of cultural intermediaries by Pierre Bourdieu, and described that the mediation of regions and cultures began to emerge as an alternative to the existing centralized structure of cultural production in the context of Korea after the late 1990s. It was found that practices that mediate the region and culture were developed around the group of public artists and cultural activists and the intermediary group played a role in revealing various aspects of the region and dynamically constructing the local public sphere through these cultural practices. Lastly, local curator's cases (Space Beam, Space Imsi, Incheon Spectacle) were studied. The actual cases of activity were analyzed through the cultural practices by focusing on what alternative meanings had been produced in the region and how the region was represented. Each case showed the mediating activity that attempts to change the environment of life while sharing local issues with communities, projects that reconstructs the local professional art sector into a public sphere, and mediating activity that represents local daily culture and form networks through independent publications.

This study aims to investigate the effect of perceived supervisor support(PSS) on employees' in-role and extra-role performance by examining the mediating role of job-based psychological ownership(JBPO). Data were collected from 269 employees from a variety of companies. Both regression analysis and structural equation modeling were used. Previous research has found a positive relationship between PSS and job performance. However, empirical analysis has not yet demonstrated PSS-performance relationships mediated through JBPO. Thus, this study investigated this mediation in predicting in-role and extra-role performance. In the current study, JBPO was found to fully mediate the relationship between PSS and in-role performance and to partially mediate the relationship between PSS and extra-role performance. Future discussions and practical implications are discussed.

본 연구는 시장지향성이 사업성과에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 시장지향성의 관점에서 사업성과와의 관계를 조명 해보고, 시장지향성과 사업성과간의 관계 연구에서 통합적 매개변수들의 역할을 연구하였다. 기존 선행연구에서 매개변수로 사용한 종업원 만족, 차별화 전략, 벤치마킹, 혁신, 경쟁전략, 시장지향성, 직무만족, 조직몰입, 조직간 정보공유 둥을 통합하여 변수들의 중복을 피하고, 상호 독립성이 유지되는 변수들만을 채택하여 종업원만족, 혁신, 경쟁전략의 선택과 실행 등 3개의 변수를 도출하였으며, 여기에다 국내 선행연구에선 아직 사용하지 않은 조직학습을 신규 매개변수로 추가하여 기업역량변수로 설정하였다. 또한 고객만족, 서비스품질, 서비스충성도(애호도), 서비스이미지, 기업이미지, 등을 통합하여 고객만족, 서비스품질, 충성도 등 3개의 변수로 도출하였으며 신규 매개변수로써 기업과 고객간 정보공유를 채택하여 고객반응으로 명명하였다. 여기에서, 각각 4개씩 도출된 변수들은 각각 하나의 차원으로 통합하였으며, 두 차원의 통합적 매개변수들이 어떠한 인과적 역할을 하는지 보다 깊이 연구하였다. 연구가설은 6개의 가설 중 시장지향성과 사업성과 간 기업역량과 고객반응의 통합적 매개변수들의 간접효과가 지지되어 4개의 가설이 채택되었다. 그러나, 시장지향성과 사업성과 간의 직접효과와 기업역량과 고객반응의 중복매개는 기각되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 이론적 실무적 공헌을 제안하였으며, 끝으로 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향을 제언하였다.

This study was conducted to determine if the relationships between role identification confusion and burnout and between role identification confusion and job satisfaction are mediated by role conflict and whether job crafting moderates the mediating the relationships between role conflict and burnout and between role conflict and job satisfaction. A total of 150 professional school counselors completed a survey about role identification confusion, role conflict, burnout, job satisfaction, and job crafting. The results of a correlation analysis showed that the relationship between role identification confusion and burnout was statistically significantly positive, the relationship between role identification confusion and job satisfaction was statistically significantly negative, and that role conflict mediated the relationships between role identification confusion and burnout and between role identification confusion and job satisfaction. However, the moderated mediation effect of job crafting in these relationships was not statistically significant. This paper discusses this study's limitations and suggestions for further research.

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether flow experience is effective as a mediator in the effect of BJ attributes on viewer satisfaction. For this study, a survey was conducted on a total of 198 users who watch one - person game broadcasting on African TV. According to analysis, first, the joy flow experience is mediating role in the relationship between intimacy BJ attributes and viewing satisfaction. Second, the Control flow experience did not mediating role in the relationship between all BJ attributes and viewing satisfaction. Third, the attention flow experience is mediating role in the relationship between intimacy and reliability BJ attributes and viewing satisfaction. Fourth, the Time distortion flow experience is mediating role in the relationship between intimacy BJ attributes and viewing satisfaction. Fifth, the Self loss flow experience did not mediating role in the relationship between all BJ attributes and viewing satisfaction. The intimacy of the game BJ was found to affect mediocre satisfaction, attention, attention, and time distorted flow experience.

The study examined the mediated-moderation effect of parental reflection levels from maternal childhood experiences by the parents to mother's reaction to negative emotions of their preschoolers by examining it through the lens of parental role satisfaction. The participants in this study were 327 mothers who and their infants aged 3-6 years. They completed questionnaires on the maternal childhood experiences scale, parental reflection scale, parental role satisfaction scale and mother's reaction to negative emotions of their preschoolers scale. The results of the structural equation model analysis are as follows. First, a mediating model revealed that the relationship between maternal childhood experiences by parents and mother's reactions to negative emotions of their preschoolers was mediated by parental role satisfaction. Second, the results revealed the moderation effect of parents reflection levels on the relationship between maternal childhood experiences by parents and parental role satisfaction. Finally, parental reflection levels were also seen to have a mediated moderation effect of parental reflection level from maternal childhood experiences to mother's reaction to negative emotions of their preschoolers through parental role satisfaction. These results indicate the importance of parental reflection and parental role satisfaction.

In this paper, we analyze nine-grade students' conceptions of parameters, their relation to unknowns and variables and the process of understanding of letters in problem solving of equations and functions. The roles of letters become different according to the letters-used contexts and the meaning of letters Is changed in the process of being used. But, students do not understand the meaning of letters correctly, especially that of parameter. As a result, students operate letters in algebraic expressions according to the syntax without understanding the distinction between the roles. Therefore, the parameter of learning should focus on the dynamic change of roles and the flexible thinking of using letters. We develop a self-regulation model based on the monitoring working question in teaching-learning situations. We expect that this model helps students understand concepts of letters that enable to construct meaning in a concrete context.

This study was carried out to investigate the mediating role of parental satisfaction on the relationship between work-mother role conflict and parenting stress of employed mothers. Participants were 515 mothers of children aged 2 to 5 recruited from companies in Gyeonggi Province, Korea. Survey was conducted from February 15 to March 20, 2013. Structural equation modeling was used to examine direct and indirect effects among study variables. As a result, work-mother role conflict and parental satisfaction directly influenced parenting stress. Work-mother role conflict directly influenced parental satisfaction. The indirect effect of work-mother role conflict, with parental satisfaction as a mediator was verified on parenting stress. Therefore, to relieve the parenting stress of employed mothers, diverse programs to improve parental satisfaction need to be utilized along with decreasing work-mother role conflict through the settlement of child care policy.

적용대상 유역은 낙동강수계로 하였으며 소유역 분할은 총 25개로 하였으며, 강우관측소의 선정과 Thiessen 계수의 산정은 최근에 한국수자원공사에서 새로 추가한 강우관측소를 위주로 대상 연도별로 달리하여 강우관측소를 선정하였다. 강우자료의 결측치는 RDS 방법을 사용하여 보완하였다. 대상연도별 소유역별로 일간 유역 평균 강우량을 산정하였다. 적용 모형의 선정은 한국수자원공사 실무부서에서의 적용사례가 빈번한 SSARR 모형을 최종적으로 선정하였다. SSARR 모형의 입력자료를 물리적 매개변수, 수문기상 매개변수 및 내부처리 매개변수로 구분하여 구축하였고 매개변수의 민감도분석과 함께 모형의 보정을 실시하였다. 민감도 분석 결과, 유역유출과 관련된 매개변수에서는 고수시와 저수시의 경우 지표수와 복류수의 분리하는 매개변수에서 민감도가 크게 나타났다. 저수시의 경우 지하수 중 회귀지하수가 차지하는 비율이 크게 나타났고, 지표수, 복류수, 지하수 및 회귀지하수의 저류시간에서 비교적 큰 민감도를 나타내었다. 1983년부터 2003년까지 21개년에 걸쳐 25개 소유역별로 일평균 자연유출량을 산정하여 이를 이용한 반순, 순, 월 및 연평균 자연유출량을 산정하였다.
