This paper is a study on the methodology of making customized contents according to user 's tendency through the development of learning contents utilizing IT. A variety of learners around the world use mobile devices and mobile learning contents to conduct their learning activities in various fields, and foreign language learning is one of the typical mobile learning areas. Foreign language learning contents suggested in this study is constructed based on the learner's verbal and text information in accordance with the user's vocal tendency. It is necessary to find out a suitable method to translate the user's native language text into the target language and make it into user friendly content.

최근 뷰티에 대한 관심이 증가함으로써 화장품 관련 정보가 대량으로 발생하였다. 사용자는 선택적으로 정보를 얻고자 하기 때문에 사용자 맞춤형 추천 서비스가 부각되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소셜 미디어 환경에서 기계 학습을 활용한 화장품 추천 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다.

추천 시스템은 고객의 탐색 시간과 노력을 줄여주기 위한 시스템으로서 고객의 만족도를 제고시키기 위한 시스템에 대한 많은 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 사용자의 프로파일과 음식 주문 내용을 기반으로 개인의 선호도를 분석하여 음식을 추천할 뿐 아니라 새로운 음식에 대한 정보를 제공하기 위해 데이터 마이닝 기법 중 연관규칙을 사용하여 시스템의 유연성을 높인 음식 추천 에이전트를 제안하고 구축한다. 본 시스템은 시간이 지남에 따라 사용자의 만족도가 상승하는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Smart TVs provide a variety of services and information compared to existing TVs based on the Internet. In order to provide more personalized services or information, it is necessary to analyze users' viewing patterns and provide customized services or information based on them. The proposed system receives the user's TV viewing pattern, analyzes it, and recommends a TV program or movie as customized information to the user. For this, the system was constructed with a preprocessor and a deep learning model. The preprocessor refines the name of the TV program watched by the user, the date the TV program was watched, and the watched time. Then, the multi-attribute LSTM model trains the refined data and performs prediction.The proposed system is a system that provides customized information to users, and is believed to be a leading technology in digital convergence that combines existing IoT technology and deep learning technology.

본 논문에서는 인공지능과 빅데이터 클라우드 등 다양한 4차 산업혁명시대의 기술과 교육을 융합한 에듀테크를 기초로 하여 에듀테크에 대한 교사의 학습 방향을 제시하며 전체적인 클라우드의 개념 및 분류체계, 교육의 활용을 제시하였고 클라우드 기반 교육용 소셜 플랫폼과 R. M. Gagne(1985)의 9가지 이론을 토대로 정보교과 추상화 단원의 학습 지도안을 설계 후 성취도 평가를 제시하였다. 연구 내용 분석 결과 기술의 발전성과 교육현장에서의 개인정보 교육 및 정보보안 교육의 필요성이 강조되며 확고한 플랫폼 구축과 빅데이터 확보 및 분석하여 개인에게 맞춤형 서비스 제공이 필요하다. 또한 사용자 편의성 극대화 서비스 및 UX 간결이 요구된다. 본 논문을 토대로 에듀테크의 일부분인 클라우드 기반 소셜러닝의 다양하고 체계적인 선행연구 활성화에 시발점이 되었으면 한다.

An academic library is one of the largest information sources for international students to obtain learning resources, which have a great impact on their studies. However, most academic libraries currently have not provided adequate multilingual services except English, which makes it difficult for international students whose mother language is not English to perform academic work. Accordingly, the present study defines the customized services for international students as the ones that have been supported in ltiple languages among academic library services and aims to examine their effect on user satisfaction in academic libraries. Furthermore, the study has compared international students' satisfaction with academic libraries - one that provides appropriate customized services with the other that does not. The surveys have been conducted with Chinese international students in two different universities and a total of 138 responses were analyzed. The study found that the customized services for the international students influenced their satisfaction with library use. In particular, multilingual services had positive effects on satisfaction with services such as brochures/signs, access to and use of resources through the homepage, and user instruction. The findings of the study suggest practical insights on how academic libraries provide effective services for supporting international students' academic tasks.

급변하는 사회 환경과 기술 변화에 적응하기 위해 평생 교육에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며 이러한 욕구를 충족시키기 위한 새로운 개념의 e-러닝 기술에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행중이다. 또한 기존의 단순한 정보 전달 수준을 뛰어 넘어 학습자가 직접 참여하고 체험할 수 있는 고품질의 인터랙티브 e-러닝 콘텐츠에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 본 고에서는 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 증강 현실 학습 기술, 가상현실 학습 기술, 시뮬레이션 학습 기술, 맞춤형 학습 기술 등 e-러닝 요소 기술 개발 현황에 대해 살펴보고 관련 기술 동향을 분석한다. 또한 e-러닝 기술 관련 표준화 동향에 대해서도 살펴본다.

최근, 디지털 콘텐츠 산업이 폭발적으로 성장됨에 따라 고객 유치를 위한 개인화 추천 기술들이 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 개인화 추천 방식들을 큰 갈래로 나누어 본다면 협업 필터링 기술과 내용 기반 기술로 나눌 수 있다. 협업 필터링의 경우 개인화 추천에는 적합하지만 사용자 평가 데이터의 양이 방대해야 하며 초기에 평가자가 없는 콘텐츠에 대해 추천할 수 없는 초기 평가자 문제가 존재한다. 따라서 매일 방대한 양의 콘텐츠가 편입되는 분야에서 사용하기에 큰 결점이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 영화들의 정보가 담긴 데이터 셋과 사용자 평가 데이터, 그리고 사용자의 선호 기준을 의미하는 메타 가중치를 활용한 내용 기반의 맞춤형 영화 추천 시스템을 제안한다. 논문에서는 먼저, 영화를 고를 때 일반적으로 중요시 보는 속성들을 활용하여 영화의 특징 벡터를 구성하고, 이를 사용자 평가와 결합하여 개인의 선호에 대한 특징 벡터를 구성하는 방법을 제안하며, 구성된 데이터와 코사인 유사도, 메타 가중치를 활용하여 사용자 선호와 유사한 영화들을 도출하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한, 평가데이터를 활용하여 구현된 추천시스템의 검증 프로세스를 구성하고, 검증 프로세스를 활용한 손실 함수를 설계하여 적합한 메타 가중치를 학습하는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 다수의 속성을 조합하여 활용하므로 추천 결과가 과도하게 특수화 되지 않을 수 있으며, 메타 가중치라는 요소를 통해 더욱 개인화 된 추천을 제공할 수 있다.

21세기 지식정보화 사회에서 수많은 정보가 다양한 곳에서 빠르게 생산되어 다양한 분야에서 공유가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 교육정보공유모델을 분석하여 교육콘텐츠의 다각화, 맞춤형 정보서비스, 지능형 학습 에이젼트 등의 차세대 정보기술변화를 고려한 차세대 교육정보공유모델을 세 가지 측면에서 설계하였다. 설계된 모델은 능동적이고 사용자 중심의 교육정보공유모델을 구축을 위한 참조 모델로서 활용될 수 있다.
