In the Cyber Home Learning Service (CHLS) for primary and secondary level students, Cyber Teachers are in charge of providing learning assistance and guidance to students through various activities. Thus, improving the Cyber Teachers' satisfaction level could contribute to increased effectiveness of the CHLS. In this study, we developed the evaluation criteria to assess the satisfaction level of teachers participating in the CHLS, and analyzed factors influencing the satisfaction level. We verified the content validity of the evaluation criteria. We also analyzed the evaluation criteria model by conducting an item characteristic analysis and a goodness of fit test using the SPSS and AMOS. Finally, we developed 20 items from five factors based on the analysis results.

본 연구에서는 사회복지시설에 근무하고 있는 사회복지사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 개인적 요인과 조직요인의 주요변수를 검증하여 사회복지사의 직무만족도를 높일 수 있는 정책적, 실천적 방안을 모색하기 위해 진행되었다. 분석자료는 2017년 사회복지 종사자의 보수수준 및 근로여건 실태조사 패널데이터 중 사회복지사 자격증을 갖고 근무하고 있는 사회복지사 8,075명을 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 사회복지사의 직무만족도는 보통이상(3.40점)이었다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 개인적 요인으로 성별, 연령대, 결혼지위, 이직의도로 나타났고, 조직요인으로 총 보수액, 노동강도 대비 보수수준, 인권보장정도, 시설안전도, 시설유형 변인이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

In this paper, data mining regression analysis and decision tree analysis techniques were used to analyze factors affecting the life satisfaction of middle school students. For this purpose, we analyzed Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS) data. As results, the common influencing factors to the life satisfaction were derived from regression analysis. Those factors are self-esteem, depression, total grade satisfaction, regional community awareness, career identity, annual delinquency damage experience, siblings' factors, trust, behavioral control, and concentration. Based on the result described by decision tree analysis, the factors that indicate a significant impact on the life satisfaction of middle school students were self-esteem, depression, career identity and attention factor.

This study analyzed the effects of wage workers' job satisfaction, life satisfaction on turnover intention, and moderating effect of employment type after the global financial crisis using Korean Labor and Income Panel Study data. As a result, we found that the higher the job satisfaction is, the lower the turnover intention. However, the higher the job satisfaction and life satisfaction are, the higher the turnover intention. This is because the more satisfied with the job environment, the higher the tendency to seek better job opportunities, or the change in occupational value that favored free work. The higher the age, the higher the educational level, and the regular jobs are, the turnover intention decreased. In addition, the interaction terms of job satisfaction, job environmental satisfaction, life satisfaction, and regular employment all showed a moderating effect of employment type. However, since the results of the relationship between job satisfaction, job environmental satisfaction, life satisfaction and turnover intention, and the moderating effect may be due to limitations of measurement variables, further study is needed.

Currently, research on smart factories is steadily being carried out in terms of implementation strategies and considerations in construction. Various studies have not been conducted on companies that introduced smart factories. This study conducted a questionnaire survey for SMEs applying the basic stage of smart factory. And the cluster analysis was conducted to examine the characteristics of the company. In addition, we conducted Decision Tree and Naive Bay to examine how the characteristics of a company are derived and compare the results. As a result of the cluster analysis, it was confirmed that the group was divided into the high satisfaction group and the low satisfaction group. The decision tree and the Naive Bay analysis showed that the higher satisfaction group has high productivity.

본 연구는 최근 침체위기를 맞고 있는 해외의 한국어방송사들의 방송서비스를 개선방안을 모색하기 위해 해외 교민들을 대상으로 방송콘텐츠 서비스의 주요 속성이 방송을 송출하는 해외 한국어방송사의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 과정을 탐색적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 해외 한국어방송사가 주로 제공하는 서비스를 크게 방송콘텐츠 자체의 완성도, 방송콘텐츠제공의 효율성, 방송콘텐츠의 공익성이라는 세 가지의 틀로 구분하였고 이러한 세가지 속성이 방송사의 만족도에 영향을 주는 주요 요인으로 설정하였다. 또한 방송사의 내적요인과 외적요인이 방송사의 만족도 직접적으로 영향을 주는 요인으로 설정하였다. 이러한 연구모형을 시청률이 낮은 집단과 높은 집단을 나누어서 비교분석함으로써 보다 해외한국어방송사에 대한 만족도 촉진을 향상시키기 위한 현실적인 대안을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목표는 사용자에게 적합한 매트리스를 선택하는데 도움을 주는 신체적, 심리적 지표를 개발하고, 이를 분석하여 개인의 주관적 만족도와의 상관성을 알아보는 것이다. 시중에 판매되고 있는 5개의 매트리스의 강도를 2개씩 짝지어진 매트리스별 pared t-test를 통하여 강도별 순위를 5등급으로 분류하였다. 10명의 실험 참가자들의 신체적 지표(근전도, 심박수, 산소포화도 측정), 심리적 지표(개인 특성 설문 조사), 체압 및 주관적 만족도 측정을 실시하고, 상관분석을 통해서 이 측정결과와 개인간 주관적 만족도(선호하는 침대의 탄성)와도 일관성이 있는지 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 압력집중도(r=0.818)과 허리근육이완도(r=0.766) 그리고 심박수(r=0.670)가 주관적 만족도와 유의한 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

국내 B2C(Business to Customer) 산업에 있어 많은 기업,기관들의 효율적인 성과관리를 위해서는 고객이 원하는 서비스 요소를 추론하여 고객이 원하는 서비스를 제공하고 그 결과를 평가하여 지속적으로 서비스품질 및 성과를 향상 할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이를 위한 중요한 요소는 고객 만족도의 정확한 피드백인데 현재 우리나라에서는 고객 만족도 측정에 대한 정량적이고 표준화된 시스템이 부재한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 B2C산업군중 의료서비스 분야에 있어 고객 만족도를 실시간으로 수집 및 분석할 수 있는 피드백 모바일 시스템을 제안하며 시스템 개발과정 중 가장 중요한 요소인 고객 만족도 측정항목을 분석한다.

대면 수업에서와 유사한 교수자와 학습자, 학습자들 사이의 상호작용을 통하여 지식습득뿐만 아니라 문제해결능력, 창의적 사고력, 협동학습능력을 양성하기 위해 프로그램 개발 수업에 팀 프로젝트 수업을 적용하여 운영하였다. 수업 운영 후 참여 학생들을 대상으로 만족도 설문을 실시하여 비대면 팀 프로젝트 수업에 대한 만족도와 수업에서 만족하는 부분 그리고 불만족한 경우에 그 원인에 대해 조사하고 분석하였다. 연구 결과 분석된 개선 사항을 차년도 수업에 반영함으로써 팀 프로젝트 수업에 대한 학습자들의 만족도를 향상시키는데 연구의 목적을 둔다.

This thesis aims to investigate the mediatorial effect of peer attachments and self-esteem between the child abuse by their parents and the adolescents' life-satisfaction. In order to achieve this goal, the author analyzed the data gathered over 6 year period, which subjected 1823 third-year middle school students, a sample selected by the stratified-multilevel-sampling from the "Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey". The author collected the source material by means of SPSS WIN. 21.0 Program, frequency analysis, technological statistic analysis, relative analysis, path analysis (for satisfaction), and sobel test, etc. The results of analysis are as follows: Firstly, the child abuse by their parents has had a significant negative maladjustment on the participants' life satisfaction level. Secondly, the peer attachments had an influence on partial mediatorial effect between the child abuse by their parents and adolescents' content(satisfied) lives. Lastly, the self-esteem had an influence on the complete mediatorial effect between the child abuse by their parents and the adolescents' happy lives. The author gave an improved counterplan for peer attachments and self-esteem. The author suggests following researchers to include the impact of versatile environmental factors on adolescents' life satisfaction level which was excluded in the present research.
