  • 기존의 에너지 저장장치를 갖는 계통연계형 태양광 발전 시스템은 태양광 모듈의 높은 개방전압으로 인하여 별도의 양방향 컨버터를 이용하여 배터리에 에너지를 충방전 해왔다. 이러한 시스템은 구조상 다수의 반도체 소자의 사용으로 인한 제작단가 상승 및 전기적 절연의 문제가 발생한다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 새로운 구조의 에너지 저장장치를 갖는 고주파 링크 방식의 계통연계형 태양광 발전 시스템을 제안하며, 제안된 시스템의 이론적 분석을 수행하고, PSIM 시뮬레이션 툴을 이용한 모의 실험을 통해 그 우수성을 검증한다.

  • According to the computerization of railway signaling systems, the interface link between these signaling equipment is also replaced by digital communication channel, expecially communication link for interface between EIS and LDTS, but there are some problems in the present state of railway signaling. First of all, different communication protocol is applied to interface between above two signaling equipment although they have same functions. The other is that the communication protocol currently used in railway field has some unreasonable points such as structure, formation of byte, error correction scheme and etc. To solve these problems, the standard communication protocol for railway signaling is designed. The structure of designed communication protocol and the results of performance analyses are represented in this paper. It will be expected the increase of safety, reliability and efficiency of maintenance of signaling system by using of the designed communication protocol for railway signaling.

A Study on Automatic Surveillance System using VHF Data Link Protocol (해상이동통신에서 VHF 데이터링크 프로토콜을 이용한 자동감시시스템)

  • In this Paper, We analysed the technical characteristics of a automatic identification system that will introduce in aviation and marine radio stations. IMO's Marine Safety Committee approved revision of chapter V of the Safety of Life at Sea(SOLAS) Convention in 73rd meeting. According to this, AIS will become a mandatory carriage requirement by 01 July 2002. AIS as a surveillance system continuously receives its own position from the GNSS and then repeatedly broadcasts it on a W:.u data link for avoiding traffic conflicts and possible disasters. VHF data link is organized so that a specified number of time slots make up a repeatable frame. Each radio station can autonomously allocate and deallocate slots within the frame using selection algorithm which is called SOTDMA(Self-Organized Time Division Multiple Access). The results can be an aid in the continued of understanding technical characteristics for AIS as a broad surveillance system.

  • 차량현가장치는 주로 운행중 승차감(ride quality)을 향상시키고, 현가장치의 변위(rattle space)를 제한된 범위안에 있도록 유지시켜 주며, 조정안정성(handling performence)을 향상시켜 주는 기능을 수행한다. 승차감을 향상시켜 주기 위해서는 도로 수직입력 및 횡풍등에 의한 외란으로 부터 스프링상질량을 절연 시켜야 하며, 조정안정성을 향상시키기 위해서는 타이어와 지면과의 접촉력변화를 최소화시키면서 타이어가 도로형상을 비슷하게 추종해야 한다. 또한 스프링상 질량과 스프링하 질량과의 충돌이 없이, 또한 현가장치의 각 링크기구들도 충돌없이 일정한 공간내에서 움직여야 하므로 현가장치의 변위는 제한조건내에 존재하여야 한다.(중략)

  • For higher reliability against a link failure of a control network in railway vehicles, a recovery mechanism is needed. We introduce a problem that, when a link failure occurs in a ring-topology control network, a node may experience a significant increase of transmission delay depending on its relative position within the network. We then propose two mechanisms to solve this problem: (1) differentiating and prioritizing node traffic in forwarding; and (2) switching some nodes to a backup bus-topology network. Our simulation study shows that, while the first mechanism achieves a limited gain by only compensating queuing delay, the second one gets a sufficient gain which is impacted by the number of nodes switched to the bus network.

  • This paper proposes an adaptive pilot beacon equipment for mobile communication systems based on direct spread spectrum technology which generates the pilot channel for handoff between base stations by using the information acquired from the downstream wireless signal regarding the overhead channel information. Such an adaptive pilot beacon equipment will enable low power operation since among the wireless signals, only the pilot channel will be generated and transmitted. The pilot channel in the downstream link of the CDMA receiver is used to acquire time and frequency synchronization and this is used to calibrate the offset for the beacon, which implies that time synchronization using GPS is not required and any location where forward receive signal can be received can be used as the installation site. The downstream link pilot signal searching within the CDMA receiver is performed by FPGA and DSP. The FPGA is used to perform the initial synchronization for the pilot searcher and DSP is used to perform the offset correction between beacon clock and base station clock. The CDMA transmitter the adaptive pilot beacon equipment will use the timing offset information in the pilot channel acquired from the CDMA receiver and generate the downstream link pilot signal synchronized to the base station. The intermediate frequency signal is passed through the FIR filter and subsequently upconverted and amplified before being radiated through the antenna.

  • TDX-1의 원격교환장치(RSS)는 본체의 가입자 rack을 원격지에서 동작될수 있도록 하기 위해 정합부분을 추가하여 개발한 것이다. 본체와 RSS간의 데이터링크는 본체의 T-bus와 RSS내의 T-bus를 가상 연결시켜 IPC통신을 수행할 수 있도록 하는 기능이다.

  • 본 논문에서는 연료전지 전원시스템에 적합한 전류형 고주파 링크 DC-AC 컨버터를 제안한다. 제안된 전류형 고주파 링크 DC-AC 컨버터는 전류형 풀-브릿지 인버터, 능동 고조파 필터, 고주파 링크 변압기, 사이클로 컨버터로 구성된다. 1차측의 전류형 고주파 풀-브릿지 인버터는 정현파 PWM에 의해 변조된 전류펄스를 영전류 스위칭과 함께 발생시키고 두 개의 양방향 스위치와 출력 필터 캐패시터만으로 구성된 사이클로 컨버터는 분리형 단상 60Hz 정현파 전압을 출력한다. 입력단에 연결된 능동 고조파 필터는 연료전지로부터 유기된 저고조파 전류를 배터리 또는 수퍼캐패시터같은 장시간의 에너지 저장장치 없이 제거한다.
