The disabled suffer great difficulties from public library access and data use due to reasons such as disabilities, mobility limitations, and lack of alternative materials and services. To overcome this, through outreach services for the disabled, public libraries should meet the multiple needs of people with disabilities. As such, the purpose of this study is to derive suitable strengthening plans of outreach services based on the size of the targeted user and disability type by analyzing outreach service operation practices in libraries in Korea and overseas and by researching and analyzing the status and awareness of outreach services for the disabled in Korean public libraries.

In this article, we report the fabrication of Li-rich oxide nanoparticles for Li-ion batteries. Li-rich oxides are promising cathode materials because their capacity is much higher than commercial cathode materials. However, they have several disadvantages such as low rate capability due to their low ionic and electronic conductivity. This study focuses on the fabrication of nanoparticles to enhance the rate capability of Li-rich oxide. Two types of surfactants were introduced to disperse the particles and form the nano-sized particles. The Li-rich oxide nanoparticles showed improved rate capability than pristine sample.

1518년 이탈리아 출신의 선교사로 중국에 들어와 서양과학기술을 처음소개한 마테오 리치(1552-1610년)는 직업적 과학자는 아니지만. 서양의 기하학을 동양에 보급하는 업적을 남겼다. 로마대학에서 과학과 신학을 전공한 리치는 중국에서 선교활동을 하는 동안 임금에게 자명종을 바쳐 환심을 끌었으며 동문산지등 많은 수학책을 남겼다. 서양의 천문학도 소개했고 특히 세계지도를 만들어 보급했는데그가 그린 지도인 양의현람도는 현재 숭전대 박물관에 보관되어 있어 더욱 관심을 모으고 있다.

이 논문에서는 접근성 있는 리치 인터넷 애플리케이션을 구현하였을 때 우리나라에서 입수 가능한 화면 낭독 프로그램이 이들 리치 인터넷 애플리케이션의 접근성 기능을 충분히 지원하는가를 실험을 통하여 파악하였다. 실험 결과, 미국 Freedom Scientific사의 JAWS for Windows 10.0 한글판이 실험에 사용한 모든 애플리케이션의 접근성 기능을 지원하였다. 그러나 국산 화면 낭독 프로그램은 개발 환경에 따라 접근성 지원 기능이 떨어지고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

MPEG-4 시스템은 다양한 멀티미디어 객체를 시공간에 배치하고, 사용자의 상호작용을 가능하게 하는 리치미디어 시스템의 표준을 정의하고 있다. MPEG-4 리치미디어 컨텐츠의 표현은 장면의 구성을 나타내는 BIFS와 장면 중에 스트림이 있을 때 이에 대한 보조정보 및 스트림의 물리적 위치를 연결하는 OD로 구성되며, 이는 MP4라는 표준 파일포맷형식으로 저장되어, 스트리밍 서비스나 저장매체 응용에 이용된다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 용이하게 MPEG-4 리치미디어 컨텐츠를 저작할 수 있도록 도와주는 저작도구의 설계와 구현을 소개한다. 구현된 MPEG-4 컨텐츠 저작도구는 Windows20000 O/S환경에서 VisualStudio 6.0를 사용하여 C++로 구현하였다. 구현된 저작도구는 동영상, 오디오, 그래픽과 같은 다양한 미디어들을 사용자가 복잡합 MPEG-4 시스템을 의식하지 않고 편리한 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 공간과 시간에 배치하여 MPEG-4 리치미디어 컨텐츠 파일을 제작 할 수 있도록 한다.

In Daesoon Thought, Matteo Ricci is regarded highly as a Jongjang, 'religious leader,' (of Christianity). This paper deals with the life and philosophical/theological thought of Matteo Ricci as homo-religiosus from the perspective of phenomenology of religion. Examining his historical background and biographical sketch, I will analyze Ricci's understanding of God, humanity, and salvation and re-evaluate his relationship with Daesoon Thought. Matteo Ricci, born in Italy, became a Jesuit missionary to China and transmitted various products of western civilization. Accepting the pro-cultural approach of Jesuit mission, he applied it to Chinese culture and language by learning the Chinese language and regarding Chinese people as his friends. This was a sympathetic way to transmit Western religion and culture while on Chinese soil. He suggested eight reasons to look towards the future of China with optimism and taught Chinese people his Christian message through his indirect means of understanding and persuasion. In China, Jesuit missionaries called the Christian God 'Tianzhu (Cheonju in Sino-Korean),' meaning Lord of Heaven. Ricci identified the Confucian notion of 'Shangdi (Sangje in Sino-Korean),' meaning Supreme Emperor (or God) with Tianzhu. While translating Confucian scriptures, he found the common ground between Confucianism and Christianity to be the monotheism of ancient Confucianism. He criticized the concepts of God in Buddhism and Daoism, and justified the Christian doctrine of God by way of a Confucian understanding of deity. Ricci's understanding of humanity was based on his Christian faith in creation, and he criticized the Buddhist concept of transmigration. He proposed Christian ethics and doctrine of salvation by using discourse on the afterlife and in particular, the concepts of heaven and hell. Concerning the relationship between Daesoon Thought and Ricci, the following aspects should be examined: 1.) Ricci's contribution to the cultural exchanges between East and West, 2.) his peaceful approach to his mission based on dialogue and persuasion, 3.) the various activities conducted by Ricci as a Christian leader, and 4.) his belief in miraculous healings. His influence on Korea will likewise be explored. Ricci's ultimate aim was to communicate with Asian people and unify East and West under a singular worldview by emphasizing the similarities between the Christian and Confucian concepts of God.

This study was carried out to investigate the drying rate and drying defects of Populus euramericana using the SDR (Saw-Dry-Rip) process. Flitches for SDR process were rough edged for compact kiln stacking, and then kiln-dried to 10 percent moisture content with dimensions in the same run, using the kiln-drying schedule ($T_8-F_4$) recommended by Rasmussen. The results obtained were as follows: 1. Drying rate of dimensions was slower than that of flitches. 2. Final moisture content and moisture distribution of dimensions were lower than those of flitches. 3. Average bowing, cupping, crooking, and twisting were reduced 20 percent, 25 percent, 54.9 percent, and 13.4 percent by SDR process respectively. 4. Bowing and cupping were more severe in dimensions from the area near the pith than in those from the area near the bark, and for crooking and twisting the reverse was true. 5. Surface checking of dimensions developed less than that of flitches and end checking of dimensions was similar to that of flitches. 6. Honeycomb, thickness shrinkage, and collapse of dimensions were similar to those of flitches. 7. The degree of casehardening of dimensions was higher than that of flitches.

Introduction of rich media is influencing strategy, planning, and design field of internet advertising. Although past studios had suggested that using rich media in internet advertising is effective in building higher brand recognition, there has been little research on specific design factors of rich media advertising. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of design factors for brand recognition. The result of this study suggests that illustrated image was more effective than photo images for higher brand recognition. Also, sound with narration resulted in higher brand recognition than in the case of only sound.

본 논문의 목표는 개인용 리치미디어 플레이어에 대한 연구이다. 개인용 리치미디어 플레이어는 아날로그 지상파, 케이블 방송, DVD VCR등과 같은 미디어로부터 아날로그 컨텐츠를 받아 H.264 Encoder를 상용하여 디지털화하여 유무선 인터넷을 통해 개인에게 직접 재전송 해 주는 플랫폼이다. 전 세계적으로 아날로그 방송을 디지털 방송으로 전환하고 있으나, 아날로그 방송을 시청하는 사람들은 상당히 많다. 대부분의 시청자들은 집에서 TV를 통해 프로그램을 시청하고 있다. 광대역 인터넷이 일반화 되면서 많은 사람들이 인터넷상에서 UCC나 VOD서비스 같은 멀티미디어 서비스를 이용하고있다. 하지만, 이러한 서비스들은 실시간으로 방송되는 프로그램을 서비스해주지는 못하고있다. 본 논문에서 개발한 개인형 리치미디어 플레이어는 실시간 방송 프로그램을 H.264로 인코딩하여 시청자가 인터넷에 접속할 수 있는 곳이면 어디든지 인터넷상으로 방송 프로그램은 즐길 수 있다. 본 논문에서 개발한 플랫폼은 ARM CORE와 H.264 Encoder를 사용하여 실시간으로 방송 컨텐츠를 인코딩하여 RTP, RTSP Protocol을 이용하여 유무선으로 전송하게 된다. 운영체제는 uClinux 26이고 Streaming Server는 실시간으로 네트워크 상황을 인지하여 다이나믹하게 전송 레이트를 조절함으로써 QoS를 구현하고 있다.

In order to express the ideal appearance, everyone, regardless of age or gender, invests boldly in appearance management. In particular, hair coloring and hair styling using irons are widely used and used. have. Therefore, for the purpose of presenting the efficient use of flat irons, the study of thermal analysis of virgin hair and bleach hair in 120℃ heat treatment is conducted. As a result of the study, it was found that the overall weight of bleached hair decreased more than that of virgin hair at all treatment temperatures of flat irons. Through this thermal analysis study that measures the weight change according to the temperature rise of virgin and bleached hair, beauty consumers provide information on the optimal temperature flat ironing procedure that can minimize hair damage and discoloration while maintaining color in hair subjected to physical friction. It is believed that it will provide them efficiently.
