  • 인터넷 시장이 빠르게 성장함에 따라 사용자들의 참여도가 매우 높아졌다. 인터넷 사용자들은 인터넷 쇼핑의 상품에 관한 의견을 웹 상에 표현하기 시작했고, 실제 소비자이 판단하는 데에 많은 영향을 미치고 있다. 하지만 현재에 들어 그 양이 엄청나게 방대해 졌기 때문에 사용자들이 원하는 정보만을 찾아내는 것은 어려운 일이다. 본 논문에서는 사용들이 작성한 인터넷 쇼핑에서 상품평에 관한 리뷰를 모아 방대한 양에서 오피니언 마이닝 기법을 이용해 유용한 정보를 효율적으로 도출해서 사용자가 원하는 정보를 요약하여 제공하는 방법을 제안한다. 이러한 방법을 통해서 사용자는 상품을 구매하기 전에 좀 더 객관적이고 효율적으로 판단을 내릴 수 있을 것이다.

  • This research analyzed whether some loading persons influence at process that spectator sees and evaluates animation for theater. Research target did netizen grades and review bulletin board and mentioned estimation contents after inspection and sorted virtue research by attribute practical attribute and emotional attribute to foundation to measure assessment of consumption form. As research result, that story, character, directing, background art, background music, actor dubbing, special effect, publisher etc. are review variableness in practical attribute by appeared emotional enemy in attribute review variableness of fun, emotion, satisfaction, fascinating, fantasy, excitement etc. be appear. Specialty, showed positive correlation that do individually is between two attributes, and predicted that relation between two attributes Influences in animation estimation after inspection. Conclusively, animation spectator emotional enemy about specific practical Intensive experience analysis that evaluate whole work by intermediation process possible.

  • The sharing economy is considered as a collaborative consumption which enables customers to share unused resources. This study investigated the key factors affecting consumer loyalty in the context of sharing accommodation. Emotions, perceived value and self-image consistency were posited as key antecedents of enhancing customer loyalty. Authentic experience, home amenities, and price fairness were also considered as Airbnb's selection attributes. Airbnb was selected a survey target because it is the largest company in the domain of shared accommodation market. The research model was analyzed for 294 Airbnb customer through structural equation models. Additionally, this paper examine Airbnb customers' experiences by topic modelling method posted on the Naver blog. Based on the understanding of the key factors affecting customer loyalty to sharing accommodation, the analysis results contribute to establish effective marketing and operation strategies by enhancing customer experience.

  • Big data analytics are indispensable today in various industries and public sectors. Therefore, in this study, we will utilize big data analysis to search for improvement plans for domestic tourism services using the LDA analysis method. In particular, we have tried an exploratory approach that can improve tourist satisfaction, which can improve revisit and service, especially in Seoul, which has the largest number of foreign tourists. In this study, we collected and analyzed statistical data of Seoul City and Korea Tourism Organization and Internet information such as SNS via R. And we utilized text mining methods including LDA. As a result of the analysis, one of the purposes of visiting South Korea by foreigners was gastronomic tourism. We will try to derive measures to improve the quality of services centered on gastronomic tourism.

A Comparative Study of Emotional Response to Korean Drama among Countries: With Drama 'Goblin' (한국 드라마 수용에 있어서 국가별 감정 반응 분석: 드라마 <도깨비>를 중심으로)

  • This research aims to investigate 'Hallyu' contents consumption tendency of consumers from Korea, Japan, and the United States by analyzing their emotional responses. With the development of social media, research on emotion analysis by reviewing text materials has grown. Whereas environmental variables affect consumer demand towards 'Hallyu' contents, little comparative analyses have been conducted on the emotional responses of consumers from different countries. In this research, the emotional prototype model proposed by Russell(1980) used to extract and distinguish emotional words to clarify how people in the three countries differently perceive the Korean drama "Goblin". First of all, the SNS reviews were collected during a two-month period (February 12 to April 12). Second, significant factors were identified in the collected data according to Russell's emotion model. Third, random forest was applied to organize the selected variables in the order of variable importance. Fourth, the correlations among the emotional words were compared. Lastly, the accuracy of the trained model was measured using the test dataset. The results show that "Happy" was found to be the greatest factor in Korea and in the United States and "Pleased" in Japan. Emotional words correlations showed that when watching the drama "Goblin", "passive unpleasure" was the main factor associated with individual's interest in Korea whereas "passive pleasure" was associated with individual's interest in Japan and in the United States. Based on the results, this research suggests the possibility of developing evaluation guidelines for emotional responses of different countries towards 'Hallyu' contents.

  • The mobile application market has grown over the past decade since the advent of smartphones, making it the largest market for electronic device software. As competition intensifies in the mobile application market, the impact of application evaluations on the consumption and usage patterns of users has also significantly increased. Therefore, research has been conducted on measures to evaluate mobile applications, but most of the research has relied on qualitative methods such as expert-centered interviews or surveys. In addition, evaluation measures are being constructed from the service provider's perspective, not from the service user's perspective. However, the possibility of application-specific analyses that minimize the subjectivity of researchers is growing, as large amounts of user review data enable quantitative analysis of actual users' assessment of applications. Therefore, this study presents a methodology that can complement current problems with existing quality assessments for mobile applications by utilizing user review data. To this end, the Topic Modeling technique LDA (Latent Dirichlet allocation) is applied in order to elucidate ways to improve existing evaluation measures from a user's perspective. The study is expected to reduce bias in service assessment due to the subjectivity of service providers and researchers as well as provide a measure of assessment by area of mobile applications from a consumer perspective.

  • Plug-in hybrid electric vehicles(PHEVs) are gaining attention over the world due to their abilities to reduce $CO_2$ emission and gasoline/diesel consumption by using electricity from the grid. Lithium ion battery is one of the most suitable candidates as energy storage device for PHEVs applications up to 2030. This review focuses on the present status of lithium ion battery technology, then on comparison of the performance characteristics of the promising cathode materials.

북한 농업부문의 시장화: 협동농장과 '장마당'을 중심으로

  • 본 연구는 김정은 집권 이후 북한 농업부문에서 계획과 시장의 공존 양태를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 북한 협동농장의 계획 수행 과정을 계획수립-계획실행-계획평가 단계로 나누어 추적한 결과, 협동농장에 대한 계획화체계의 골격은 상대적으로 강하게 유지하고 있다. 계획수립과 계획평가 단계에서는 명령식 계획경제의 틀을 고수하고 있다. 그러나 계획실행 즉 자금·자재·노동력 등 생산요소 확보-생산-생산물 처분 단계에서는 당국 및 상급기관의 사실상 방임 하에 협동농장이 적극적인 시장과의 연계를 통해 자력으로 일을 추진하고 있다. 농업부문의 계획 밖 영역, 즉 시장에서의 변화실태를 파악한 결과, 농업관련 제반 시장들이 새롭게 만들어져 성장하고 있다. 농산물 소비재시장(곡물시장, 채소시장, 축산물시장, 과일시장), 농업 및 비농업 생산재시장(영농자재시장, 식품원료 및 식자재시장)이 생겼으며 점차커지고 있다. 도시의 구매력 향상에 따라 다양한 먹을거리에 대한 수요가 증가하면서 자가소비를 목적으로 생산하던 농산물을 남에게 팔기 위한 '상품'으로 인식함으로써 수요를 겨냥한 공급 확대 등 중요한 변화가 나타났다. 농촌의 구매력도 커지면서 영농자재 시장의 수요와 공급이 늘어났다. 이는 시장화에 일시적으로 후행하던 농촌이 도시 수요를 겨냥한 농업생산에 본격적으로 나서게 됨으로써 시장경제적 질서에 재편입하고, 시장연계활동의 많고 적음에 따라 농촌간 격차가 나타나는 등 북한 농업부문이 개발도상국 경제에서 출현하는 농업근대화의 초기 양상과 일부 유사함을 말해준다.

  • 전 세계적으로 인터넷 보급률이 높아지고 전자상거래가 활발해지면서 직접 발품을 팔아가며 보다 비싼 가격에 물건을 구입하는 일보다는 인터넷몰을 이용하여 제품을 구매하는 일이 늘어나고 있다. 특히 인터넷몰 중에서도 의류를 판매하는 인터넷 쇼핑몰은 새로운 산업으로 각광받으며 하루가 다르게 새로운 사이트가 우후죽순 생겨나고 있다. 자리에 앉아 직원의 직접적인 홍보에 대한 부담을 갖지 않고 차분히 제품을 싼 가격에 구입할 수 있다는 이점을 갖고 있는 인터넷 쇼핑몰이지만 직접 제품을 눈으로 확인하지 못하기 때문에 실제 제품과 동일한 제품인지 조작된 사진인지의 여부를 확인하기 힘들고 직원과의 상담 역시 전화나 인터넷을 통해 진행되기 때문에 환불이나 교환과 같은 의사소통에 문제가 생기고는 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 오피니언 마이닝을 통해 웹 서버에 저장되어 있는 수많은 쇼핑몰의 리뷰를 정리하고 각 사이트의 서비스, 품질 등에 대한 평가를 카테고리 별로 분석하여 소비자가 현명하고 효율적인 소비 결정을 내릴 수 있도록 도울 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

  • The development and distribution rate of smartphones have progressed so rapidly that it is safe for the entire nation to use them in the smart age, and the use of smartphones has become an essential medium for the use of domestic media content, and many people are using various contents regardless of gender, age, or region. Recently, various media outlets have been consuming video content for online learning, indicating that learners utilize video content online for learning. In the previous research, satisfaction studies were conducted according to the type of content, and the improvement plan was necessary because no research was conducted on how to evaluate the learning content itself and provide it to learners. In this paper, we would like to propose a system through evaluation and review of learning content itself as a way to improve the way of providing video content for learning and quality learning content.
