  • This paper is analyzing the situation of the electric vehicle Industry and draw the policy implications to promote electric vehicle industry. Major automobile makers as GM, BMW, Nissan, Audi produce various electric vehicles. But in recent times, only few electric vehicle sold in the world. So, many automobile makers gave up the production of electric vehicles. and the fuel-cell vehicle will replace the electric vehicle as a environment car in the future. We should take the build up of eco system between vehicle makers and the small parts companies, construction of battery charging infrastructure, promotion of standardization activities, and the government's support to revive the electric vehicle industry.

Power comparison of distribution-free two sample goodness-of-fit tests (이표본 분포 동일성에 대한 분포무관 검정법 간 검정력 비교 연구)

  • Statistics are often used to test two samples if they have been drawn from the same underlying distribution. In this paper, we introduce several well-known distribution-free tests to compare distributions and conduct an extensive Monte-Carlo simulation to specify their behaviors. We consider various circumstances of when two distributions vary in (1) location, (2) scale, (3) symmetry, (4) kurtosis, (5) tail weight. A practical guideline for two-sample goodness-of-fit test is presented based on the simulation result.

  • 2017년 6월 19일 고리 원전 1호기 영구정지 기념식에서 문재인 대통령의 '탈원전' 선언을 계기로, 국내에서는 후쿠시마 원전 사고 이후 탈원전으로 복귀한 독일의 사례에 대한 관심이 고조되었다. 독일은 1986년 체르노빌 원전 사고 이후 탈원전에 대한 논의가 본격적으로 이루지면서 집권 정부의 성향과 사회 경제적 요인에 따라 "2000년 탈원전 선언 ${\rightarrow}$ 2010년 탈원전 보류 ${\rightarrow}$ 2011년 탈원전 복귀"의 결정 과정을 거쳤다. 이러한 정책 변화의 배경에는 간헐성의 재생에너지를 뒷받침(back-up)할 수 있는 자국의 풍부한 갈탄 매장량, 지리적으로 주변국과 연결된 전력망을 통해 전력을 상시 주고받을 수 있는 전력 수급 환경, 탈원전에 대한 정부 국민 산업계의 40여년에 걸친 합의형성 등 '독일 자국의 실정을 반영한 정책적 판단'이 자리하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 2011년 후쿠시마 원전 사고 직후 독일의 즉각적인 탈원전 복귀는 화석연료 사용의 증가로 인한 온실가스 배출량 증가, 재생에너지 보조금 증가 및 송전망 확대로 인한 전기요금 상승, 간헐성의 재생에너지로 인한 불안정한 전력 수급, 과잉 생산된 전력의 수출로 인한 주변국 전력계통 혼란 등의 문제를 초래하고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 독일의 탈원전 정책이 '어떤 정책결정 과정을 거쳤으며, 현실적으로 어떤 문제에 직면해 있는지'를 살펴보고 우리나라의 에너지 수급 현실을 반영한 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

  • It is not easy to clarify the historical perspective of architect through his architecture. Exceptional cases, it will be the time to design a history museum. As an institution, a Museum already became an apparatus to represent the history to it itself. Libeskind's Jewish museum Berlin has been presented as the controversial case most of all. In particular, in that it instead of dealing with history positive, that contains a tragic history, this building is a building that history a unique interpretation of the architect has been a problem. Therefore, it is difficult to find a suitable example to Libeskind's Jewish museum in Berlin to try and look at the problem of the history of contemporary history and interpretation of the architect. In this paper, I am trying to interpret Libeskind's Jewish Museum Berlin through the aesthetics and history philosophy of Theodor Adorno and Walter Benjamin. They are Jewish and the central figures of the Frankfurt School, known as 'critical theorists'. Their critical theory was formed based on the experience of the Jewish genocide and war.

Implementation of Educational Game to Accompany Exercising and Generating (운동과 발전을 동반하는 학습게임 설계 및 구현)

  • In this paper, we implemented a serious game system for study to accompany exercising and generating to keep on computer game side effect. The implemented serious game system was divided into the game part and the athletic part. The athletic part for whole body exercising was composed of health bicycle for lower body exercise and additional apparatus for upper body exercise, that was attached to the rear side of health bicycle and several generator was attached to the power point of athletic part. The circuit board and logic program was composed to adjust the exercise strength control, to get data and to communicate with the computer. The game part was composed to promote and educational effectiveness, the whole system emphasized on amusement side while avoided violence side. We confirmed the effect of the serious game system with the fourteen fun form which Garneau insists.

Performance evaluation of approximate frequent pattern mining based on probabilistic technique (확률 기법에 기반한 근접 빈발 패턴 마이닝 기법의 성능평가)

  • Approximate Frequent pattern mining is to find approximate patterns, not exact frequent patterns with tolerable variations for more efficiency. As the size of database increases, much faster mining techniques are needed to deal with huge databases. Moreover, it is more difficult to discover exact results of mining patterns due to inherent noise or data diversity. In these cases, by mining approximate frequent patterns, more efficient mining can be performed in terms of runtime, memory usage and scalability. In this paper, we study the characteristics of an approximate mining algorithm based on probabilistic technique and run performance evaluation of the efficient approximate frequent pattern mining algorithm. Finally, we analyze the test results for more improvement.

  • Following after the Chernobyl accident. the response to the large scale nuclear accidents became a clear example to show how these accidents affect the public information that strongly depend on political, economical, and social factors. Futhermore, in present day although we live in the era of various information, as far as the problem of nuclear is concerned, the acceptance of the source of Information is always apt to limited. Therefore, in this investigations, as a case study, an attempt is to make the method of minimizing and a preparation to cope with the grope of countermeasure for psychologically unsettled and disordered problems that accepted from both of the unconfirmed and of the exaggerated circumstantial report of mass media as well as a clue to the probability under the condition of existence of major and minor nuclear accidents. In the present paper, it also intends to establish the terminology that covered all the part of nuclear field use in a writing guideline to the scientific column of nuclear accident as shown in the table. and several methodology in relation to the report tendency of mass communication in nuclear accident and the standpoint of public acceptance from a intrinsic point of view are discussed.

Ethanol Production with Glucose/Xylose Mixture by Immobilized Pichia stipitis (고정화 Pichia stipitis 를 이용한 글루코오스/자일로오스 혼합당으로부터 에탄올 생산)

  • To increase the production of ethanol by using sugar from lignocellulosic biomass, pentose and hexose have to be fermented simultaneously by yeast. The effects of mixed sugar and nitrogen on ethanol production by immobilized Pichia stipitis KCCM 12009 were investigated. When optimal mixed sugar and nitrogen concentration were 5% (Glucose/Xylose = 3:1) and 1%, respectively, ethanol concentration produced by immobilized P. stipitis was 19-20 g/L. In repeated fed-batch by immobilized P. stipitis, all glucose was consumed very quickly at 1-3% mixed sugar concentration. But, xylose consumption was decreased as the mixed sugar concentration increased. Also, ethanol (5.6 g/L) was stably produced and ethanol production rate was 0.13 g/$L{\cdot}h$ in immobilized cell reactor (ICR) with 1% mixed sugar (Glucose/Xylose = 3:1) as feeding media.

  • This study is about expressive aspects of subversive mimesis found in architectural design under 2nd Modernity. Architectural works under 2nd Modernity are described based on pseudo-scientific positivism and philosophical ontology of Deleuze. However, subversiveness found in works of arts by architects such as Rem Koolhaas present a few complexities to relay on such a description. This is about 'subversiveness' which absorbs the positive and negative factors of modernity which has been multi-layered as 'cultural capital'. This study aims to identify meta-phenomenon as well as the specific correlations between expression and purposes of any work of art that is presented in the form of subversiveness. To achieve this aim, this study approached with the concepts of appropriation and detournment based on Adorno's subversive mimesis concept. Meta-phenomena of architectural design methods occur from relations of three, which are social reality, artist, and work of art. This was connected to productivity of mimesis practice of self-reference and self-examination, which was then, summed up from the perspectives of appropriation in pure arts and d$\acute{e}$tournment of situationalists. Based on this work, subversive expressive characteristics of architecture under 2nd Modernity were framed from the perspectives of the absorption of cultural capital, reflection and negation, autonomy, instrumentality, and meta properties. In this way, this study found that Adorno's subversiveness should be effective for creative and methodological systemization in terms of interpretation of cognition, practice, and effect after materialization.

RPI-X Regulation Based on Data Envelopment Analysis to Prepare Strategic Business Unit (Data Envelopment Analysis에 기초한 RPI-X regulation 및 독립사업부제 운영)

  • 2006년 9월 1일에 제정된 독립사업부제는 각 단위별로 자율적인 운영권을 가지면서 비용 등에 대해서도 스스로 책임지도록 하는 제도이다. 배전계통의 사업구역 분할로 시작된 배전 사업부제는 독립 재무제표를 통해 경영실적이 드러나기 때문에 경영혁신과 원가절감 경쟁을 유도할 수 있다는 게 특징이다. 이런 체제의 변화는 기업의 규제 시스템에도 새로운 변화가 필요하게 될 것이다. 하지만 서로 다른 규모와 환경을 가진 사업부들을 하나의 기준으로 평가하는 것은 어려운 일이다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 배전 사업부제로 인해 나눠진 사업부들의 경제성과 상대적인 가치를 평가할 수 있는 방법 중의 하나로 세계적으로 널리 쓰이고 있는 Data Envelopment Analysis를 제안한다. 그 결과를 통해서 사업부에 대한 경영 평가나 각 사업부가 더 높은 경제성을 갖출 수 있는 RPI-X regulation을 수행하는데 하나의 모델로서 사용될 수 있을 것이다. RPI-X regulation에서 X값을 결정하는 것은 비용 경쟁력을 향상시키는 비율을 나타내기 때문에 적절한 X값을 찾는 것이 가장 중요하다고 하겠다. 이 때 여러 개의 입력과 여러 개의 출력을 가지는 문제에 대해서 쉽게 결과를 나타낼 수 있는 Data Envelopment Analysis를 X를 결정하는 방법으로 사용하였다. 그리고 사업부들의 노동력과 선로긍장과 용량 등의 값을 입력으로 하고 고객호수와 판매량을 결과로 하여 RPI-X regulation의 적절한 X값을 찾는 예를 통하여 이 방법이 실제적으로 어떤 효과가 있는지 확인해보았다. 본 논문에서는 분화된 사업부들에 대하여 Data Envelopment Analysis 기법을 이용하여 RPI-X regulation을 수행하였고 결과적으로 본 논문에서 제안한 방법을 통하여 분화된 배전 시스템에도 적용할 수 있는 가능성을 보였다.
