페라이트의 개발동향 (Development of Ferrites)

  • 다케이 세미나는 일본의 기업가 및 학자들로만 구성되어 산화철 및 페라이트분야에 대해 발표 및 허심탄회하게 토의하는 세미나로서 각 기업체간은 상호기술교류 차원에서 많은 참가가 이루어지고 있다. 다케이 세미나의 처음 시작은 다케이 선생의 발상으로 소화 45년(1970년)봄에 제1회 페라이트 하계 세미나 발기인회(회장 다케이 선생, 호시노, 가라자와, 나카무라, 스기모토, 기무라, 오카모토)가 발족되어 매년 7월 3째주 금, 토요일에 페라이트 하계 세미나가 개최되었으며, 지금 현재 제22회를 성황리에 마치고 앞으로도 활발한 연구 활동이 계속 이루어질 것이다. 1930년경 일본의 가토와 다케이가 페라이트에 대한 연구를 독자적으로 수행하여 현재의 페라이트는 기존의 금속 재료에 비하여 전기적 비저항이 훨씬 크기 때문에 우리가 사용하는 전기 제품의 곳곳에 사용되어 지고 있다. 예로 스위칭 전원에 사용되는 트랜스 core, TV와 모니터에 사용되는 편향 core, 로터리 core, 토로이드 core, E·U core, Flyback core등이 사용되고 있다.

삽입손실 개선을 위한 링 접촉식 구조의 L대역 로터리조인트 설계 (Design of the L-band Rotary Joint in Ring Contact Type to Improve Signal Insertion Loss)

  • 본 논문에서는 추적 레이더시스템의 핵심부품인 L대역 로터리조인트의 설계를 다룬다. 로터리조인트는 추적 시스템 안테나 회전부에 장착되어 회전하는 안테나와 고정된 신호처리부를 연결하는 구성품으로 안테나의 회전시에도 꼬임이 없이 RF신호를 원활하게 전달하는 주요부품이다. 로터리조인트의 신호 삽입손실을 개선하기 위해, 유전체 종류, 급전분배링 형상 및 유전체 형상 등을 다양하게 수정하였다. 제안한 로터로조인트는 해외 도입품과 비교하여 향상된 성능을 확인하였다. 도입품 로터리조인트의 최대 삽입손실은 1.26dB이었으나, 본 논문에서 제안한 로터리조인트의 최대 삽입손실은 0.68dB로 도입품 대비 약 46%정도 개선되는 것을 확인하였다.

인공경량골재의 소성조건이 블랙코어에 미치는 영향 (A study on the black core formation of artificial lightweight aggregates at various sintering atmospheres)

  • 본 실험에서는 로터리 킬른으로 제조되는 인공경량골재의 실험실적 제어 가능성을 찾고자 여러 가지 소성조건에서 석탄 화력발전소에서 발생되는 바닥재와 준설토를 이용하여 인공경량골재를 제조하였다. 인공경량골재 조성은 바닥재 70 wt%와 준설토 30 wt%의 무게비로 성형하였고, 산화 분위기, 불활성 분위기, 환원 분위기에서 각각 $1150^{\circ}C$, $1200^{\circ}C$에서 소성하여 제조된 인공경량골재는 산화 분위기에서 명확한 블랙코어와 껍질(shell)간의 경계를 보이나, 불활성 분위기에서는 질소량이 증가할수록 그리고 소성온도가 증가할수록 경계가 없어지는 경향을 보이며, 환원 분위기에서는 단면 전체가 진회색을 띄게 된다. 로터리 킬른의 분위기와 가장 근접한 소성 분위기는 불활성분위기였으며 밀도나 흡수율 또한 그것과 유사하였다. 이러한 결과로 소형 전기로에서 로터리 킬른의 환경과 유사하게 조건을 제어할 수 있고, 물성을 예측할 수 있는 실험이 가능할 것으로 생각된다.

초소형 ODD 용 로터리 VCM 타입 엑추에이터 개발 (Development of Rotary VCM type Actuator for Small Form Factor ODD)

  • It is becoming more significant to develop a rotary VCM type actuator for small form factor ODD, as portables are getting more and more popularized nowadays. In this paper, the procedure of development of the actuator which is applicable to compact flash II card and is fit in the specification of BD 1X is explained. This is based on the rotary VCM type actuator, which is good for reducing thickness. Air core solenoid coil is used in order to do focusing mechanism. And the total weight is reduced by using the structure of steel-aluminium-steel triple layer, so, the stiffness is still adequate. Additionally, the tracking coil is moved next to the actuator, so the total length was reduced, then the actuator become applicable to compact flash II card. The force of Magnetic Circuit is improved by using Magnetic Circuit DOE. And flexible mode frequency improved through the DOE of structure part. Modeling was exactly done in consideration of air core solenoid coil and pivot bearing. It is confirmed that the designed model is satisfied with the specification of BD 1X and is applicable to Compact Flash II card.

  • In recent years, as the optical Communication systems are developed, the demands of essential parts such as splitter, coupler, WDM, and AWG filter are grow rapidly. The fabrication process for them is not, however, automatic. On that reason, the automation is needed for the grow of productivity. The optical alignment and attach ment is the core process in fabrication. In this paper, the 6-axis rotary stage for multi-channel optical alignment system is developed and the dynamic characteristic of this system is studied.

자수기용 로터리 훅 개발을 위한 금속분말 사출성형해석 (Metal Injection Molding Analysis for Developing Embroidering Machine Rotary Hooks)

  • Among the components of rotary hooks, a core component of an embroidery sewing system, a study was conducted to apply metal injection molding to the manufacture of a hook body and a housing that was very difficult to mechanical working. The correlation of feedstock, a mixture of binder and SCM 415 metal powder, and properties of the pressure-volume-temperature interrelationship, viscosity, specific heat, and thermal conductivity were measured. Injection molds for the hook body and the housing were developed through injection molding analysis using these properties and conducted injection tests. Optimal injection gate position and number, injection pressure, and injection time were obtained through a comparison of analysis results with the experiment results.

  • Rapid increase of refrigeration & air-conditioning system (r & a system) in modem industries brings attention to the urgency of research & development as a core technology in the area. And it is required to the compatibility problem of r & a system to alternative refrigerant for the protection of environment. Then, it is requested to study the lubrication characteristics of refrigerant compressor which is the core technology in the r & a system. The study of lubrication characteristics in the critical sliding component is essential for the design of refrigerant compressor. Therefore, theoretical investigation of the lubrication characteristics of rotary compressor for r & a system is studied. The Runge-Kutta method is used for the analysis of the behavior of rolling piston in the rotary compressor. The results show that the rotating speed of shaft and the discharge pressure have an important effect upon the angular velocity of the rolling piston. This results give important basic data for the further lubrication analysis and design of the rotary compressor.

The newton-Raphson method is used for the EHL analysis between vane and rolling piston in the rotary compressor. The results show that the rotational speed of a shaft and the discharge pressure influence significantly the friction force between vane and rolling piston. This results give important basic data for the further lubrication analysis and design of a rotary compressor.

로터리테이블용 롤러기어캠의 5-축 가공에 관한 연구 (A Study on 5-Axis Machining of Roller Gear Cam for Rotary Table)

  • A rotary table is a positioning device used in metalworking for the multiple axes of machine tools, and the utilization trend is increasing with machining efficiency. In the construction of a rotary table, the core technology is a power transfer unit that drives the table, typically a gear type and a roller gear cam type. As the rollers installed on the turret column have rolling movement on the contact surface of the roller gear cam, the roller gear cam type has the advantage of low wear, high load, and fast driving. Therefore, it is currently being replaced by a roller gear cam type. In this study, we researched a 5-axis machining method for the roller gear cam on a rotary table and a new method of applying double roller gear cam curve to reduce the noise and shock between the roller and the cam surface. We implemented the 5-axis machining process in this study using software to generate NC-code and machined the roller gear cams using a Mazak Integrex-200IV. We found that the roller gear cam and turret were able to identify mutual touch status and the noise from the operation of the roller gear cam was substantially reduced.
