This paper presents an observer design methodology for a special class of multi input multi output(MIMO) nonlinear systems. First, we characterize the class of MIMO nonlinear systems with a triangular structure. Also, the observability matrices that plays an important role in proving the convergence of the proposed observer are generalized to MIMO systems. By using the generalized observability matrices, it is shown that under the boundedness conditions of system state and input, the proposed observer guarantees the local exponential convergence to zero of the estimation error.

According to data released by the Covid 19 Self-Employed Emergency Response Committee, 95.6% of small business sales due to Covid 19 have decreased over the past two years, and the damage has further increased due to social distancing for quarantine. However, as all social distancing guidelines have rebeen lifted, and the commercial district has been revitalized, the Seoul Metropolitan Government is pushing for a project to foster local brand commercial districts so that small business owners or prospective founders who have closed their businesses due to the prolonged COVID-19. Therefore, this study propose the model that recommends alley commercial districts suitable for founders among the five alley commercial districts selected for the project to foster local brand commercial districts in Seoul. The Seoul Metropolitan Government's local brand alley commercial recommendation system recommends major population age groups and major industries in the commercial district by combining the population perspective model using Xgboost and the commercial district characteristic model using Decision Tree.

Recently, our interests are growing up the local food with global food's internationalization. Our interest about local food is increasing with agricultural crises and food safety. And this research will study how the local food cultural experience effect to local food's customer satisfaction and customer royalty. This study analyze customer who experienced the local food cultural experience. And we follow Pine & Gilmore's theory. They proposed the experience economic theory, which proposed 5 factors to analyze customer. Those are educational experience, emotional experience, entertaining experience, escaping experience, and physical experience. We select two factors, which are entertaining experience and physical experience. And we will study the customer satisfaction and royalty of the perceived customer by the two experienced factors. Especially, we analyze the local food policy, cultural factors related with local food, and customer's perceived value effect, and then, we will figure out the correlations among factors, propose the policy implications related with local food cultural experience and economic value creations of rural economy.

In this study, we analyzed the navigation systems in terms of global, local, Ad-hoc Navigation, and support navigation system using the 35 children's library websites. The study showed that the number of menu, retrieval interface, quick links need to be improved. These results can be used as a framework for designing children's library websites.

Syslog는 Unix 시스템에서 로깅과 오류 보고를 위해 설계되었다. 즉, Syslog는 시스템 전반에 걸친 일상적 알림에서부터 치명적인 오류들과 네트워크 노드들 전반의 각종 행위들에 대한 감사 기록이다. 때문에 침해 사고 발생시 가장 우선적으로 사용되는 보안 감사 자료이며 장애나 침해가 발생하였음을 확인할 수 있는 유일한 증거이다. 그러나 기존의 Syslog 관리에서는 같은 WAN 환경에서도 로그 서버들 간의 로그 정보 공유가 제한적으로 행해지고 있다 따라서 본 논문은 신뢰 가능한 로컬 네트워크로 구성된 WAN 환경에서 에이전트를 이용한 로컬 네트워크들 간의 원활한 로그 정보의 공유를 통해 보다 효과적인 Syslog 관리를 위한 시스템 모델을 제안하고자 한다.

각종 테러 및 범죄 예방을 위한 지능형 영상분석 시스템을 구현하는데 기본적으로는 로컬 기반의 처리를 진행하고 필요에 따라 클라우드 기반의 처리가 병렬적으로 처리됨과 동시에 기존의 시스템에서 추가적인 구축, 설비비용 없이 설치되어있던 DVR 또는 NVR 장치를 활용하여 간단한 소프트웨어를 추가함으로서 영상분석 서비스를 이용 가능하도록 하여 영상분석 결과에 대한 신뢰성이 높고 비용 절약적인 하이브리드 지능형 침입 감지 시스템을 제안.

Nowadays, manufacturing field are facing new challenges, through digital information and global integration, toward sophisticated production. This paper presents the system configuration and issues of current manufacturing execution system(MES), and describes major issues and solving elements to establish a MES system for cloud services. Also, it proposes business intelligence(BI) systems for building a manufacturing information system to have the optimized production flow and to respond appropriately to consumer market.

항만용 자율주행 야드트럭운행 환경은 무신호교차로 주행, 낮은 GPS정확도, 악천후상황주행, 이송 컨테이너 위치변경등과 같이 일반 도로의 센서기반의 자율주행차량 운행과 다르게 매우 복잡하다. 이를 위해서는 항만내 특성을 반영한 실시간 위치, 속도 등에 대한 정확한 인식이 중요한 요소이다. 이를 위해서 센서융합과 V2X기반의 복합적인 항만용 실시간 로컬 동적지도 (Local Dynamic Map) 생성 및 V2X기반의 협력측위를 통하여서 기존의 독립적인 자율주행차량의 위치 인식보다 더 개선된 고정밀 위치 인식 정보추출이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 복합적인 항만용 동적지도 생성관리시스템의 설계 방안 및 협력측위 기술 적용 방안을 제시하고 이를 활용한 항만 구역내 자율주행차량 및 모든 화물 이송장비들의 실시간 위치 인식뿐만 아니라 이동체의 사전 충돌예측 및 비상정지 안전 제어 가능한 V2X 기반의 인텔리젼스 한 3차원 관제시스템 설계 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

데이터베이스 개발에 있어서 다른 도구에 의한 다양한 스키마의 생성은 데이터베이스간의 통합을 어렵게 만들고 있다. 이러한 이질적 문제를 해결하고자 메타데이터 레지스트리를 이용한 방안이 활발히 연구되고 있다. 메타데이터 레지스트리(Metadata Registry)는 공유와 전달 목적으로 한 메타데이터를 표준화시킨 것이다. 이는 정보 통합 측면에 대하여 로컬 스키마를 공유화된 메타데이터를 가지고 생성함으로써 글로벌 스키마로의 통합이 가능하다. 따라서 이러한 메타데이터를 기반으로 하여 공유할 수 있는 로컬스키마의 작성 기법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서 메타데이터 레지스트리를 이용하여 XML 스키마를 생성하는 방안을 제안한다. 메타데이터를 XML 스키마로 변환하는 규칙을 제시하고 이를 기반으로 한 XML 스키마 생성 시스템을 설계하였다.

The Object Directory Service(ODS) of the mobile RFID is the core technology of the object information service for the object information retrieval among objects with RFID tags. The ODS service returns an URL information of a specific object application service after recognizing the mRFID tag in real time. The general ODS service is suitable for the global mRFID environment, but it is not good in the local networks and private networks that information security is needed. This paper proposes a new ODS service algorithm for the improvement of the general ODS service algorithm.
