지난 8월 9일 농수산부는 축산법 시행규칙 개정령을 공포한 바 있다. 이에 다시 농수산부와 각도 양계 담당자 및 대한양계협회의 충분한 토의와 검토를 마친후 11월 8일 종계의 심사기준과 종계등록절차를 고시하였기에 게재하는 바이다. 아울러 관계법 조문에 대한 해설을 소개한다.

중소기업청은 현행 소기업 범위 제도가 기업의 성장 여부를 판단하는데 한계가 있어 기업이 인위적으로 성장을 꺼리는 부작용이 발생하거나 실제로는 성장한 기업이 소기업에 잔류하는 등의 문제점이 있어 이를 개선하고 더불어 필요성이 감소한 관계기업 명단 인터넷 개시 규정을 삭제하기 위해 중소기업기본법 시행령 일부개정령(안)을 입법 예고했다. 본 고에서는 주요 내용을 살펴보도록 한다.

환경부는 자원의 절약과 재활용촉진에 관한 법률 시행령 일부개정령(안)을 공고했다. 이번 시행령은 개정은 폐기물부담금에 관한 자발적 협약을 통하여 전국적인 회수 재활용체계가 구축된 윤활유 용기 등을 생산자책임재활용 제도로 전환하고, 중소 플라스틱 제조업체에 대한 폐기물부담금을 감면하는 등 현행 제도의 운영과정에서 나타난 일부 문제점을 개선 보완하고자 하는데 있다. 본 고에서는 주요 내용을 살펴보고 신 구조문을 비교해 본다.

환경부는 폐타이어 수집 운반 비용과 폐기물처리시설 설치비용의 부담을 줄여주기 위하여 폐기물 임시보관장소의 승인 대상과 폐기물처리시설 외의 장소에서의 폐기물 처리 범위를 각각 확대하고, 소규모 영세 폐기물 재활용업자의 기술인력 확보상의 어려움을 해소하기 위하여 기술능력 기준을 완화하기 위해 폐기물관리법 시행규칙 일부 개정령을 발표했다. 본 고에서는 주요 내용과 함께 신 구조문을 비교해 살펴보도록 한다.

환경부는 지난 8월 19일 플라스틱의 재활용률을 높이고 발생량 저감을 유도하기 위해 먹는샘물 용기에 부착하던 표시사항(라벨)을 병마개에 부착을 허용하는 등 현행제도 운영상 미흡한 부분들을 개선·보완하기 위해 '먹는샘물 등의 기준과 규격 및 표시기준 고시' 일부개정령(안)을 행정예고했다. 다음에 그 주요내용에 대해 살펴보도록 한다.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of food combinations of leguminous seeds on the nymphal development and adult fecundity of Riptortus clavatus Thunberg. Nymphal duration ranged from 20 to 28 days depending on food combinations with the shortest on the seed of soybean (Glycine max Linnaeus), soybean + kidney bean (Phaseolus vulgaris Linnaeus) and soybean ＋ peanut (Archis hypogaea Linnaeus) and the longest on the seed of kidney bean. Instar duration was longer with increasing instar from 2.4 to 2.5 days in the 1st instar to 5.3 to 7.3 days in the 5th instar Accordingly, instar duration was significantly different on food combinations exception of 1 st instar Percent emergence varied from 3.5％ on peanut to 65.0％ on the seed of soybean ＋ peanut. Nymphal mortality was the highest in the 1 st instar regardless of food combinations. Adult longevity was in range of 5.5 days to 11.2 days which was the shortest on the seed of kidney bean+peanut and the longest on soybean ＋ peanut and was about 8.0 days on the other food combinations. Total number of eggs laid by female was most on soybean+peanut and was least on kidney bean ＋ peanut. Accordingly, it can be recommended that food combination of the seed of soybean ＋ peanut was the best and then was soybean only while other food communications of leguminous seeds was hard to use for mass rearing of R. clavatus.

This study was conducted to select the promising varieties of white clover (va.) California Ladino, Seminole, Sonja, Milo, Rinendel, Alberta and Sona at Daekwanryong branch(altitude 800m a.s.l.) and Namwon branch(altitude 450m a.s.l.) of National Livestock Research Institute. Leaf color of white clover was light green except for Ladino and Seminole, and leaf width was broad in others except for both varieties. Winter hardness of Seminole was the greatest with 85.2%. In Daekwanryong, dry matter yield of white clover was the highest with 5,251kg/ha in Milo of all varieties. Also, dry matter yield of Ladino was the hightest with 9,405kg in Namwon. In Daekwanryong and Namwon, ADF content of Ladino was the lowest with 24.3% and 42.7%, respectively. Also, NDF content of Sonja, Ladino and Rinendel was low when those compared with other varieties. Crude protein content of Seminole in Daekwanryong and Rinendel in Namwon was the highest with 22.2% and 28.4%, respectively. The results of this study indicated that Milo and California Ladino would be the promising varieties of white clover in Daekwanryong and in Namwon. respectively.
