The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of school library services using the RGT (repertory grid technique), and to examine whether there are differences in the perceptions and internal experiences of school library services between human resources (librarian teachers, subject teachers, and librarians). I used indicators such as element intensity, construct extremity, discrepant constructs, and implicative dilemmas to analyze the characteristics of school library services. The elements of the repertory grid were set to 9, and 14 constructs were set through focus group interviews with 3 librarian-teachers. The GRIDCOR 6.0, which can be accessed online, was used to complete the repertory grid for 30 graduate students of the College of Education, and 6 of them were selected and analyzed, considering the demographic characteristics. From the perspective of element intensity, it was found that the following school library services are important and influential: resource management, teacher-librarian collaboration, and reading and information counseling services. The clarity of one's role, the actual performance, and self-regulatory ability were ranked high from the perspective of constructs intensity.

With the revitalization of non-face-to-face transactions, the difference between the size of branches and transaction costs among securities firms has decreased, and the importance of the stock trading system has increased. In particular, the mobile trading system has become more important due to the increase in the proportion of transactions in the mobile trading system, which is widely used by individual investors, and the increase in the number of individual investors after COVID-19. However, user-centered usability studies are insufficient as usability studies on mobile trading systems are conducted through literature surveys or survey methods. Therefore, in this study, a repertory grid technique that finds user's empirical perception was used to find out user-centered usability attributes. The usability attributes of the mobile trading system from the user's point of view were elicited, and the difference in the usability attributes in terms of frequency and importance between the user group and the developer group was identified.

최근 모바일 쇼핑 시장의 거래액 규모는 해마다 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있으며, 기업들은 모바일 애플리케이션의 어떤 특성들이 자사의 매출을 증대시킬 수 있는지에 대해 관심이 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 텍스트 마이닝을 이용하여 사용자들이 많이 쓰는 모바일 쇼핑 애플리케이션의 리뷰에서 자주 쓰는 명사를 추출하고 내용분석을 통해 평가 항목들을 도출한다. 그리고 도출된 평가항목에 레퍼토리 그리드 기법을 적용하여 모바일 쇼핑 애플리케이션을 평가하고 시장 포지셔닝을 실시한다. 이를 통해 모바일 쇼핑 애플리케이션의 어떤 특성이 이용자들의 서비스 선호도에 영향을 미치는지 분석한다.
