  • 객체지향 디자인 패턴은 아주 작은 재사용 구조로서 객체지향 방법론의 가장 큰 장점인 재사용성과 모듈성을 극대화시켜 실제 구현 과정에서 해결 방안으로 제시 가능한 것으로 이를 적용하면 시스템 개발은 물론 유지 보수에도 큰 효과가 있다. 순공학에서는 디자인 패턴을 이용하는 이점이 명확하지만, 소프트웨어 인공물들 즉, 디자인이나 코드 등에서 디자인 패턴의 사례를 발견하기 위해 사용하는 역공학 기술은 프로그램의 이해, 디자인을 코드로 변환하는 변환성, 코드의 질적 평가 등의 핵심 영역에서 유용하다. 본 논문은 Java 소스 코드를 AOL(Abstract Object Language)이라는 추상객체언어를 이용하여 클래스 특성 추출기 및 패턴 식별기라는 단계를 통해 구조적 디자인 패턴을 추출하는 프로세스에 대하여 기술한다.

  • 비트코인은 분산시스템으로 많은 노드를 가질수록 가용성 및 안정성이 유지된다. 이를 위해서는 블록 크기가 작고 많은 트랜잭션을 처리할 수 있는 구조를 가지는 것이 유리하다. 비트코인의 트랜잭션이 많아지면서 2017 년 8 월 24 일 세그윗(SegWit) 이후에 블록사이즈는 1MB 에서 2MB 로 변경되었고, 2019 년 9 월 현재 블록당 사이즈는 1MB 이상이 사용되고 있다. 이러한 추세라면 가까운 시일 내에 최대 블록사이즈에 근접하게 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 세그윗 적용에 따른 비트코인의 변화를 조사하여 세그윗을 적용하지 않은 레거시(Legacy) 노드와의 차이점과 소프트포크(Softfork)로 알려진 호환성(Backward Compatibility)을 살펴보고, 세그윗을 통해 가단성(Malleability) 버그가 해결과 블록 사이즈 증가를 통해 TPS(Transaction Per Second)가 향상되는 것을 확인하고자 한다.

  • 레거시 시스템을 위한 기존의 도메인 분석의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 동적인 모델링인 확장된 워크플로우 메커니즘을 기반으로 하는 도메인 분석 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이 도메인 분석을 통해 공통/비공통의 프로세스 컴포넌트 식별 및 공통 프로세스 컴포넌트들의 클러스터를 추출하고 마지막 단계에서 UML 기법으로 컴포넌트 내의 객체를 추출할 수 있다. 또한 제안한 컴포넌트 가중치 측정 매트릭스에 적용해 사용 빈도수가 많거나 중요한 컴포넌트 및 컴포넌트 클러스터를 찾는 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

  • In this paper, we designed and implemented the general-purpose document repository manager for the ebXML-based e-business framework that support the rapid translation of various types of documents and provide the flexibility corresponding to the framework changes. Also, we automated the manually-processed e-business document translation process by designing the adaptor module for the interoperability of legacy systems. In the regards, our designed general purpose document manager makes it possible to integrate the existing e-commerce systems that are operated on the heterogeneous frameworks, and can be used on global e-business solution.

  • ERP, a typical enterprise application, helps companies to increase their productivity and to support their decision makings. ERP is composed of diverse functions that are optimized under PC environment, whereas the ERP applications on a mobile platform have many constraints such as a small screen, limited resolution, and computing power. Because all the functions of a ERP legacy system are not required for ERP on a mobile device, the core functions of the ERP system should be selected to increase system efficiency. In this study, two main methods were used; interviews and log analyses. The end users using a ERP system were interviewed for their perceptions, and log data analyses were made for the hitting number of specific ERP functions. The differences between the actual usage based on log data and users' cognitive preferences about ERP functions were analysed. Finally, the functional differences between users' perception and actual usage were suggested for some practical implications.

  • EJB, providing specification for development and deployment of component based application, permits distributed development as central element of J2EE environment that manages automatically transaction management, persistence, concurrency control that are the most complicated work in enterprise environment. In this paper, we wish to resolve DAO's transaction logic complexity and performance reduction of system in the EJB based legacy system. Therefore, this paper describes the design and implementation of IDAO that applies Iterator pattern. IDAO gets effect that reduces complexity of transaction logic, system overload by database connection, and reduction of performance through container managed transaction.

  • Incorporating proprietary existing it solutions like legacy systems or vendor specific with new technologies is an expensive and time consuming task. Such situations take place due to the lack of ability of proprietary software to cooperate with other parties or to cooperation only with specific vendor products. Such a situation is undesirable and causes a prolonged adaptation period for new applications. This thesis is to show the new approach to creation of Internet applications in Service Oriented Architecture through loose coupling, introduces fare more flexibility into a system composed of connected applications. This approach allows one to integrate through XML based Web Service and reuse a number of arbitrary services available over the Internet in a complex processes specified as a workflow model.

  • Various types of middle-ware were created for integration between legacy systems and newly built systems. RPC(Remote Procedure Call), MOM(Message Oriented Middle-ware) and TM(Transaction processing Monitor) are the typical types of middle-ware. One of the most known MOM type middle-ware is PS(Publish/Subscribe). PS enables to create a system which has low coupling and high scalability. But PS based systems also have low cohesiveness. On the contrary, RPC has high cohesiveness but also has high coupling. This paper proposed design and implementation of hybrid model which offset disadvantages of RPC and PS.

  • The intranet systems used in government sponsored research institutes have been faced with the change of knowledge management under a large scale project. The intranet structure have to be changed to knowledge management system so that every year, the increasing research results information may be effectively administrated by government control system and the competitive power of R&D may be gotten in the society of technical competition. In this paper, we've researched about the change of the times, legacy systems in each organization, the expected efficiency, which have been demanded in government sponsored research institutes through a real implementation process.

Workflow Oriented Domain Analysis (워크플로우 지향 도메인 분석)

  • In this paper we will propose a domain analysis methodology that uses an extended workflow mechanism based on dynamic modeling to solve problems of a traditional domain analysis on legacy systems. This methodology is called WODA(Workflow Oriented Domain Analysis). Following procedures on WODA, we can identify common/uncommon component, and also extract the cluster of components. It will be effectively reusable on developing new systems with these components. With our proposed component testing metrics, we can determine highly reusable component/scenario on identifying possible scenarios of the particular system. We can also recognize most critical/most frequent reusable components and prioritize possible component scenarios of the system. This paper contains one application of UPS that illustrates our autonomous modeling tool, WODA.
