  • 전력용 능동 필터를 제어하기 위해서는 보상 고조파 전류에 대한 지령치가 필요하다. 3상 전력용 능동 필터의 경우 순시전력이론을 이용하여 보상 전류 지령치를 계산할 수 있다. 하지만 단상 전력용 능동 필터의 경우에는 디지털 필터를 사용하는 것이 일반적이다. 디지털 필터의 차수가 높은 경우에는 필터의 성능이 향상되지만 높은 차수에 따르는 연산시간의 증가와 민감도 증가로 인하여 설계 조건에 부합하는 저차 디지털 필터의 설계가 필요하다. 본 논문은 제안된 notch filter 설계 기법으로 디지털 필터를 설계하고 제어루프에 필터 사용시 발생 할 수 있는 안정도 저하를 평가하고, 시뮬레이션을 통하여 그 성능을 검증하였다.

  • 디지털 필터 기반의 기저유출 분리 기법은 하천유량으로부터 기저유량을 분리하는 기법으로서 적절한 분석을 위해서는 필터 매개변수에 대한 추정이 요구된다. 이 연구에서는 비교적 간단한 방법으로 기저유출을 분리할 수 있는 단일 매개변수를 가진 디지털 필터 기반의 기저유출 분리 기법에 대하여 민감도 분석을 수행하였으며, 민감도 분석 결과를 바탕으로 적정 매개변수 범위를 결정하였다. 적용된 디지털 필터 기반의 기저유출 분리 기법은 Lyne-Hollick(LH), Chapman, Chapman-Maxwell(CM), EWMA 기법이다. 분석 대상 지점은 낙동강 지류 하천 중 8년이상 연속된 유량측정 기록이 존재하는 25개 수위관측소이다. 민감도 분석을 위한 기저유출 분리 기법별 매개변수 범위는 과거 연구 사례에 근거하여 LH, Chapman, CM 기법의 경우 0.9 ~ 0.99, EWMA 기법은 0.003 ~ 0.015로 선정하였다. 기저유출 분리 기법별 민감도 분석 결과, EWMA 기법이 매개변수 변화에 따른 기저유출 지표의 변화가 가장 적은 것으로 분석되었으며, LH 기법이 민감도가 가장 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, LH 기법과 EWMA 기법은 수위관측소에 따라 산정된 기저유출 지수가 큰 차이를 보였으며, 이는 각 수위관측소의 유황곡선에서 10%와 90%에 해당하는 유량의 무차원 변동량에 기인한 것으로 분석되었다. 각 기저유출 분리 기법별 적용성 검토 결과, Chapman과 CM 기법은 기저유출만 존재하는 비 강우 기간에서 기저유출을 분리하는 오류가 확인됨에 따라, 비교적 유량 변동이 큰 우리나라의 유출 특성상 Chapman과 CM 기법의 적용은 부적절한 것으로 판단된다. LH 기법과 EWMA 기법은 홍수 수문곡선 상승부에 대한 기저유출의 비율, 비 강우 기간에 대한 기저유출 분리 오류 등을 검토하여, EWMA 기법은 0.012 ~ 0.015, LH 기법은 0.950 ~ 0.975로 선정하였다.

An inverse filtering technique for the recursive digital filter model (Recursive 디지털 필터 모델에 대한 역 필터링 기법)

  • In this paper, an inverse filtering technique for the digital filter model is proposed. This technique enables us to obtain a stable non-causal m inverse filter by transforming (approximating) it to a causal stable inverse system. In practice, a causal FIR approximation to this inverse filter is proposed. It can be shown that the impulse response of the inverse filter for all-pass systems is simply the mirror image of the impulse response for the system. Specially, due to this symmetric property of the impulse response of all-pass systems, the proposed technique is more useful for all-pass systems than other systems. In order to illustrate the proposed inverse filtering technique, four examples are presented. Two of them are for all-pass filters. The other two examples are for IIR and FIR filters. Also, computer simulations demonstrate that the proposed technique works very well.

  • This paper presents a digital auto-focusing algorithm using iterative unsharp mask filter. The proposed digital auto-focusing algorithm has the advantage of low computational complexity because it uses a simple filter instead of calculating the point spread function for the estimation of image degradation. The proposed iterative algorithm can control the number of iterations for image restoration according to the objective and the subjective criterion. We show that the proposed algorithm is mathematically equivalent to the conventional image restoration. Finally, in order to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm, various experiments are performed so that the proposed algorithm can provide good results in the sense of subjective and objective views.

  • As digital contents become vast in quantity, it takes long time for users to search the digital contents they want, which is a problem that has arisen. Therefore, it is required to have the technology that analyzes vast digital contents and extracts the appropriate contents for users in order to provide them with contents they want. For a fast searching of digital contents suitable for users, it is necessary to have the technology of filtering for digital contents. In this paper, we propose a method of filtering digital contents suitable for individual users. The method suggested in this paper is to analyze case-based information in digital contents and provide the digital contents suitable for individual users. The case for using digital contents is used for analysis of users' preference. Various simulations were conducted to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • In this paper, the realization of a directional digital hearing aid was considered. Conventional time domain time delay method was replaced with digital filters in order to make any general-purposed DSP (Digital Signal Processing) chip to produce the similar directivity pattern. Both the time delay algorithm and the digital filter algorithm were initially evaluated by Matlab (Matrix laboratory) for comparison, and it was confirmed by CSR 8675 Bluetooth DSP IC (Digital Signal Processing Integrated Circuit) chip firmware realization. Some remote control features by a smart phone was added to the smart hearing aid for user interface easiness.

  • The digital filter is essential element in digital signal processing area. It needs a high computational burden caused by multiplying and adding. The multiplier in digital filter is a dominant element, which occupies an wide area at the field of VLSI design, needs high power-consuming and also decides critical path that affects to filter performance. In this paper we proposed the simultaneous transform method which is represented 2's complementary representation to CSD and MSD representation to solve a complexity problem and to improve a computational speed. The performance of proposed method was implemented in VHDL and applied to an digital filters, was evaluated the decreasing of critical path delay.

  • In this study, a Software Defined Radio(SDR) technology-based digital filtering technique applicable to a multiple channel processing system such as a wireless mobile communication system using Code Division Multiple Access(CDMA) technology is proposed. The technique includes a micro-processor to redesign Finite Impulse Response(FIR) filter coefficients according to specific system information and to download the filter coefficients to one digital Band Pass Filter(BPF) to reconfigure another system. The feasibility of the algorithm is verified by implementing a multiple channel signal generator that is reconfigurable to other system profiles, including those for a CDMA system and a WCDMA system on identical hardware platform.

  • 일반적으로 AC DC PWM컨버터에서 입력단에 LCL 필터를 사용한다. LCL 필터 경우 L, C의 공진현상 때문에 스위칭 주파수 선정과 LCL소자 파라메터 선정에 신중함이 요구된다. 시스템의 안정도에 문제가 된다. 본 논문에서는 공진 현상을 억제 시킬 수 있는 방법으로 디지털 저역통과필터 이용하여 능동댐핑 기법을 적용한 전류 제어기를 제안하였다. 시뮬레이션 통하여 제안된 기법의 타당성을 입증하였다.

  • Stack filters are a class of digital nonlinear filters with excellent properties for signal restoration. Unfortunately, present algorithms for designing stack filters with large window size are limited in applications by their computational overhead and serial nature. In this paper, new, highly-parallel algorithm is developed for determining a stack filter which minimizes the mean absolute error criterion. It retains the iterative nature of the present adaptive algorithm, but significantly reduces the number of required to converge to an optima filter. A proof is also give that the proposed algorithm converges to an optimal stack filter.
