  • There have been researches into digital Watermarking technology or Fingerprinting vigorously to safeguard Protective rights for knowledge and poverty for digital contents. DRM(Digital Rights Management) is not only Protective rights for knowledge and poverty, but also management and systems that are necessary to put out, circulate and use for contents. This paper proposes two kinds of ideas. One is protecting contents from illegal acts such as illegal copies when the contents are in the process of circulation. The other is the protocol that can give users convenience. Hidden Agents are used so that contents are protected from illegal copies and illegal use in the contents and cuts off those illegal acts. The Agent will be installed without any special setup. In addition, it can replace roles of Watermarking as a protection. Therefore, this paper shows the solution of illegal copies that happens frequently.

  • Fingerprinting scheme supports the copyright protection to track redistributors of digital content using cryptographic techniques. Fingerprinting schemes should guarantee buyer's anonymity and asymmetry for their privacy. Most of known fingerprinting schemes adopt public-key cryptosystems to achieve asymmetry and discrete logarithm problem or graph isomorphism problem to achieve anonymity. However, these schemes are not suited in mobile environment because of the drawbacks of requiring high computational complexity. In this paper, we propose an efficient fingerprinting scheme for mobile environment to provide not only asymmetry of the protocol but also transaction anonymity of the buyer. By employing symmetric encryption to encrypt the digital content and adopting agent to perform the protocols, the efficiency of the proposed scheme is improved.

  • The growth of Internet is the main factor that activates the Digital Contents Market and gives the convenience, efficiency and usefulness to the users. However the Digital Contents Market could be shrunk by an illegal reprinting and imprudent using. As a result, recently we can see that using the contents illegally through Internet makes the troubles between providers and customers and finally they are at law. Therefore we urgently need a new technology which can prevent the contents from illegal using, illegal reprinting and imprudent using, We developed the system prohibits a imprudent using in order to activate the Digital Contents Market, We developed the system protects the contents safely by removing the dangerous for the illegal reprinting with providing the encoded contents and the system removes the contents according to the number of usage and the user authentication through network.

  • In this paper, we proposes digital content management technology in a cloud computing environment. proposes digital content management technology in a cloud computing environment. Computing services using networks are basic infrastructure services that cannot be missed in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Financial services, digital content services, and industrial and home network services using smartphones are changing from services in the local area to a cloud service environment where the entire service is possible. Therefore, this study proposed a system to safely support digital content services suitable for cloud computing environments. The proposed system provides convenience and safety for users to access the system, protects the copyright of digital content authors, and provides a secure digital content distribution and management system. The purpose of this study is to stabilize and revitalize the digital content market by providing a digital content distribution structure suitable for the cloud computing environment.

  • The growth of digital content market inducted to develope consuming device of various content, and through this, digital content consuming is more Promoted. AXMEDIS(Automating Production of Cross Media Content for Multichannel Distribution) offer various digital broadcasting solution via AXMEDIS Framework for supporting consumption of digital content on various platform. AXMEDIS Framework use cryption tool for protecting and consuming of digital content on device. But, cryption tool management is impossible on device, because of flexible transfer of cryption tool can't be supported between device. In this paper, we designed and implemented transfer module of AXMEDIS cryption tool for flexible operating protection and consumption of digital program on AXMEDIS Framework.

  • 블록체인 기반 온라인 거래 플랫폼은 중개자에 의존적인 기존의 거래 방식을 탈피하여 비용 및 시간의 낭비를 줄이고 참여자들 간의 신뢰성 있는 직접적인 거래를 실현시켰다. 하지만 비허가형 블록체인은 참여자들의 프라이버시를 제공하지 못하는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 허가형 블록체인인 하이퍼레저 패브릭을 사용하여 프라이버시를 강화한 디지털 콘텐츠 저작권 보호 및 거래를 위한 블록 체인 플랫폼을 제안한다.

  • User web service is increasing by development of internet technology. Quantity of encrypted data that transmitted through the network are increasing by development of encipherment technology. We have many problems; it is caused by technical development and service increase of user requests. It is like that, we have reliability of contents and illegality copy problem of internet contents in web application system. It is contents protection skills in web that encipherment technology, authentication and digital signature. We need message encoding and secret key for solve vulnerability of encipherment in web application system. In this paper, we propose a distributed secure system that can data confidentiality and user authentication. It prevent performance degradation from bottle neck in encipherment server, and improve service quality.

  • 초기 저작권은 낱말 뜻 그대로 카피할 권리(right to copy), 즉 복사권을 의미했다. 그러나 IT의 발전과 더불어 방송권, 영화 판권 등이 이에 포함됐으며, 새로운 이용방법의 발달과 더불어 대여권이 저작권의 내용으로 논의되기에 이르렀다. 이렇듯 저작권은 사이버스페이스의 등장과 더불어 확장일로에 있으며 새로운 해석과 개념정립이 요구되고 있다. 특히 최근 들어 정보화사회로 나아가면서 지적재산권의 개념은 정보 자체를 보호대상으로 하기 위해 본질적인 면까지 바꾸면서 정보재산권으로 발전하고 있다. 여기서는 디지털콘텐츠를 둘러싸고 벌어지는 저작권을 포함한 지적재산권 등 주요 법적인 문제를 일반인이 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 사례 중심으로 설명한다.
