This study is to analyze the influence of the digital divide on the digital daily life of the elderly. Adaptation tendencies for digital divide were measured and classified into groups for elderly people over 60 years old. And digital communication skills, digital confidence, digital self-control, and digital life satisfaction were measured. The research model used a cross over design model and a dual mediation model. As a result of the study, first, it was found that a group with high adaptive accessibility to the digital divide had a positive effect on the overall digital daily life. Second, a group with high adaptive literacy to the digital divide had a positive effect on the digital self-control. Third, digital communication skill has a positive effect on digital life satisfaction, and digital confidence and digital self-control play a mediating role. Based on these findings, we discussed strategies to overcome the digital divide in old age.

The purpose of this study was to explore communication experiences with doctors experienced by nurses in clinical settings, to resolve communication difficulties, and to identify ways to communicate effectively. "What is communication with a physician experienced by a nurse? The focus of the discussion was performed with questions. The study was a qualitative study of 21 nurses with different clinical experiences using interview methods and analyzed data using the criteria of Downe-Wam bol dt. 12 Themes were reclassified to derive 4 Themes clusters. In conclusion, it is necessary to create an atmosphere of respect for doctors and nurses, and each department should be able to quickly identify and deal with communication problems. Based on the research, It is suggested that the training of communication skills be strengthened to be possible.

This study is about Augmentative and Alternative Communication as handicapped people actively pursue their life. Especially, although there are many ways and devices for communicating the same as a normal person, descriptive supplementation and sustaining studies are needed for perfect communication as a normal person. The purpose of the paper is to help handicapped people who have hardships about communication. This study develops the function of Smart Workflow AAC(Augmentative and Alternative Communication) and IR sensor_based context aware function that can offer services convenient to classified handicapped people for helping them to communicate effectively. This system from an experimental basis has improved efficiency to communicate more harmoniously within individual handicapped situations to schedule management and communication of handicapped people.

This study was done to develop a human relation and communication course combined with a convergence communication training program and examine the effects of communication self efficacy, communicative competence, and interpersonal relations in nursing students. The study was designed using a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design, data were collected between September 5 and December 13, 2016, Participants were 83 1-year nursing students in 1 College of D City, and were assigned to an experimental group (n=41), or a control group (n=42). The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, t-test, and ${\chi}^2$ test with the SPSS/WIN 21.0. After receiving the program, difference was observed in communication self-efficacy(t=15.23, p<.001), communicative competence(t=11.42, p<.001), and interpersonal relations(t=19.24, p<.001) of the experimental group. It is expected that these results would be helpful for increasing communication self efficacy, communicative competence, and interpersonal relations in nursing students on human relation and communication course combined with a convergence communication training program.

This study is a descriptive research study to confirm the digital literacy of nursing students and to understand the relationship between communication ability and self-efficacy. From March 15, 2022 to April 30, 2022, this study was conducted with 204 nursing students located in D city. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient using SPSS 22.0. Digital literacy and self-efficacy (r=.394, p<.001), digital literacy and communication ability (r=.567, p<.001) showed a significant positive correlation. Among the sub-factors of digital literacy, all factors except compliance ability showed a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and communication ability. Therefore, it is judged that this study will be used as basic data for digital literacy education of nursing students by identifying the digital literacy of nursing students and confirming the relationship between communication ability and self-efficacy.

Nowadays, the importance of presentations is emphasized more and more. But the university presentation education has not met the today's needs. So this study is focused on showing effective practice methods and finding development directions of the university presentation education, by having a correct understanding of presentation as a process of convergence communication. To accomplish purpose of study, I analyzed and criticized the case of Writing and Communication classes at Seoul National University of Science and Technology which has carried out practical presentation education based on former learners presentation outcomes. As a result, I suggested actually helpful presentation education method by dividing and explaining presentation process into two stages which were 'contents planning' and 'expression&communication'. To properly actualize the university presentation education, It will have to operate as convergence program and activate more learner interactions, the communications between Instructor and learners.

In this study, the definition of "digital therapeutics" was clarified by examining related studies, and the development trend of digital therapeutics at the domestic level was investigated. Further, research data and technologies applied to various communication disorders since 2015 were analyzed. From all these, digital therapeutics can be defined as software that can support evidence-based treatment when used on patients to prevent, manage, and treat disorders With huge investments and research efforts increasingly made in the field of digital therapeutics, 17 of the 22 studies examined were on digital therapeutics applied in the treatment of language disorders. In the research papers examined, the technologies applied were virtual reality and augmented reality, with augmented reality used in most cases. The effects of applying digital treatment were positive, and most studies focused on content development in relation to the development of digital treatment, although one study was conducted for app development. Future studies could examine the application of digital therapeutics to more diverse communication disorder subjects. Active government support is expected in developing more sophisticated software that can be applied using a wider range of technologies in the field of digital therapeutics to treat more communication disorders.

컴퓨터와 인간사이의 원활한 의사소통 및 인터랙션을 위해 기존의 키보드, 마우스를 대체할 수 있는 다양한 입력장치들이 개발되고 있다. 하지만 정보를 탐색, 접근하는 데에 있어서 기존의 장치들은 클릭과 같은 제한적인 동작만을 입력 값으로 받아들이므로 이러한 방식에 익숙하지 않은 사용자의 입장에서는 부자연스러움을 느끼는 요인이 된다. 사용자의 제스처를 인식할 수 있는 인터페이스를 통해 일상에서 사물을 사용할 때의 행동양식을 그대로 가져올 수 있다면, 디지털 콘텐츠에 접근하는데 있어 보다 직관적이고 편리하게 컴퓨터와 의사소통 될 수 있다. 제스처는 동작의 자율성이 높고 때로 그 의미를 파악하기 모호하기 때문에 동작들을 정확히 인식하여 구분할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 바탕으로 효과적인 제스처 인터페이스의 구현을 위해 필요한 점들을 살펴보고, 기술적 구현을 통해 디지털 콘텐츠와의 인터랙션을 보여주고자 한다. 정보 접근에 있어 가장 익숙하고 전통적이라 할 수 있는 책의 메타포를 통해 페이지를 넘기는 행동양식을 인식할 수 있는 인터페이스를 개발하고 이를 입력장치로 사용한다. 사용자의 동작을 인식, 파악하여 책을 앞뒤로 넘기거나 탐색하며 원하는 정보에 접근할 수 있도록 유도하고 손 동작을 통한 인터페이스를 수단으로 컴퓨터와의 유연한 의사소통이 가능하도록 구현한다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of nurses's clinical career and communication within organization on teamwork competency. A cross sectional descriptive survey design was used. Convenience sampling method of 141 nurses who work at a university hospital located in S city was used. The structured questionnaire was administered from July $20^{th}$, 2015, to July, $31^{th}$, 2015. The average working periods of research subjects was 8.84 years. The regression model with communication within organization and clinical career against teamwork competency was statistically significant. And this model could explain 37.7% of teamwork competency(Adj $R^2=.377$). Especially, vertical communication and clinical career, horizontal communication were identified as the influencing factors on nurses' teamwork competency.

This study tried to identify hospital internal marketing, organizational communication, and the degree of organizational performance targeted at nurses working in university hospitals, and apprehend factors affecting organizational performance. A structured questionnaire, where 239 nurses answered, was used to figure out general features, hospital internal marketing, organizational communication, and organizational performance. Descriptive statistics, Indepented t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression analyses were used to analyze the data. The analyzing tool was IBM SPSS 21.0 program. The result of this study was as follows: hospital internal marketing 3.13±0.58 points, organizational communication 3.23±0.48 points, and organizational performance 3.34±0.51 points. Organizational performance showed a positive correlation with hospital internal marketing and organizational communication, and those two explained 61.0% of organizational performance. Therefore, hospital internal marketing strategy - encouraging nurses in individual aspect - and integrated strategy - establishing various communication channels in organizational aspect - are required to increase the organizational performance of nurses.
