This paper aims to suggest new strategies for operating school library digital resource room by analyzing the current states of 349 school library digital resource room and its educational effects. The project for school library digital resource room provided the foundations for the various informational and educational services : extended information materials, changes in library environment, collecting information through the web sites, providing authentic materials, reading instruction, library assisted instruction (LAI). The suggestions are as follows. 1) The national standards is required for the digital resources room in school libraries. 2) Reading and information literacy instruction should be institutionalized. 3) Library assisted instruction (LAI) should be included in school curriculum. 4) Professionally qualified teacher librarians are required for planning and managing the school library. 5) School library in-service program is needed for all members of the school community.

올해 정보문화의 달은‘함께하는 디지털 세상’이라는 주제에서 나타나듯이 정보화 격차 해소와 올바른 인터넷 이용에 초점을 맞췄다. 한국정보문화진흥원은 6월 한 달을 인터넷 이용률의 증대에도 불구하고 여전히 정보화에서 소외된 계층과 날로 확산되는 인터넷 유해 정보에 대처하기 위한 대국민 홍보의 장으로 적극 활용했다. 이와 함께 정부 산하기관, 체신청, IT 관련기업, 정보나눔실천운동본부, 정보보호실천협의회 등 관련 단체와 시민단체도 총 출동해 범국민적 건전 정보문화 확산에 앞장섰다. 17회 정보문화의 달을 맞아 6월 한달 동안 펼쳐진 주요 행사를 소개한다.

원격진료 홈네트워크 아파트 진료용 키오스크 모바일주치의 등으로 대표되는 U-헬스케어에 있어서 기초가 되는 것은 의료정보를 디지털화해서 전자적 자료의 형태로 저장 보관하고 이를 송 수신할 수 있는 기술이라고 할 수 있다. 우리나라의 경우, U-Korea 전략의 하나로 보건복지부가 주축이 되어 2005년 10월 현재 국가보건의료정보화계획(ISP)을 수립하기 위한 작업을 추진중에 있다. 여기서, 예컨대 임상병리검사소견이나 방사선촬영소견 등의 의료정보가 전자적 장치에 의해 디지털화 할 경우 디지털 의료정보가 되는 것이며, 이 가운데 특히 방사선촬영소견 등 방사선분야의 모든 촬영기록이 PACS시스템을 통해 기재되거나 저장 전송될 경우 이를 디지털 의료영상정보라고 할 수 있다. 그런데 오늘날 정보통신기술의 발달로 말미암아 디지털 의료영상정보를 포함한 디지털의료정보는 대량적으로 수집 저장되고 유통 내지 공동활용이 보편화되어 감에 따라 그 의료정보의 보호에 관한 문제가 중요한 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 결론적으로 말하자면, 이러한 디지털 의료영상정보가 전자의무기록(EMR) 형태로 저장 보관되는 경우 이는 전자의무기록에 관한 법률규정이 적용되어 법률적 보호를 받게 되며, 그 보호의 강도는 종래 오프라인 상의 의료정보 보호보다 한층 강화된 규정을 두고 있다. 이와 같은 흐름에 있어서 최근 정부가 국가보건의료정보화계획 수립과 함께 제정작업을 추진하고 있는 가칭 의료정보화촉진 및 개인정보보호에 관한 법률(안)은 시사점이 크다고 보기 때문에 소개하고자 한다.

정부에서는 매년 국민의 세금으로 막대한 양의 각종 정보를 생산하여 보유하고 있지만 이들 정보에 대한 효율적인 관리와 검색, 이용서비스가 원활하게 이루어지지 못하여 귀중한 정보가 활용되지 못하고 사장되고 있다. 특히 인터넷의 급격한 보급과 활용으로 다양한 정보이용 환경이 조성되면서 이러한 정부정보에 대한 공동활용이 가능해지고 이에 대한 정보요구가 커지고 있다.

항해 안전 강화 및 자율운항선박 대응을 위하여 디지털 항로표지 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 해양 상황 및 선박 맞춤의 디지털 항로표지 서비스 연구를 수행하였다. 선박 맞춤의 항로표지 생성을 위한 해양 상황 정보 및 선박 위치 정보 수집 방법과 서버와 단말간의 디지털 항로표지 정보 제공 방안이 요구된다. 이러한 요구에 따라 서비스 표준 및 부처의 시스템을 활용하여 서비스를 제공하는 방법에 대하여 검토하였다. 국립해양측위정보원에서는 GICOMS에서 제공하는 선박 및 항로표지 정보를 수집하고 있으며, 이 시스템과 연동하여 디지탈 항로표지를 생성을 수행할 수있다. 또한 서비스 제공을 위하여 AIS 및 S-100 기반의 서비스 제공 표준이 있으며, 이 표준을 활용하여 서비스 제공이 가능할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 제공을 위한 시스템을 제안하였으며, 실내 시험을 통하여 기능을 점검하였다. 추후 실외시험을 통하여 실제 시스템 구성 운영을 검증하며, GICOMS 연동의 가상 항로표지 방송 시스템을 구성하여 AIS 서비스 제공 방안에 대하여 검토할 예정이다.

Although the various crime involved numerous digital evidence, the digital evidence is hard to be acknowledged as a evidence to proof the crime fact in court. We propose the method of verification for the legal admissibility of digital evidence using digital forensics ontology. In order to verify the legal admissibility of digital evidence, we will extend the digital ontology by standard digital forensics process from Digital Forensics Technical Manual defined by KNPA and set up the relation properties and the rule of property constraint to process class in the digital forensics ontology. It is possible for proposed ontology to utilize to plan the criminal investigation and to educate the digital forensics.

Recently scholarly information service institutes as well as public institutes have provided their holding resources to the other institutes and end users in order to reuse the information and create new value. Information providing subjects should stipulate the dissemination policy of digital contents for ensuring its consistent and efficient service. This study aims to establish the dissemination policy of digital contents for scholarly information service institutes focusing on NDSL. This study researches and analyzes the cases of the digital contents service policy and the dissemination policy to draw main components of the policy for NDSL. As a result, this study suggests goals and objectives, target users, coverage, dissemination methods, requests, agreement and MOU of utilization for the dissemination policy of NDSL.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of digital textbook use for potential risk group of internet addiction and average group. For this, I selected two samples. One was a group to use digital textbook at school, the other was a group not to use that. Then each potential risk group of internet addiction were sort out in two groups by a test of internet addiction. I firstly compared a average user group and a potential risk group of internet addiction in group to use digital textbook. Also, I too did that in group not to use digital textbook. Then I analyzed the relevance of using digital textbook and internet addiction. As a result, I found that using digital textbook have not the relevance with internet addiction. But in this paper, I proposed a way to teach ICT ethical training before students use the digital textbook, because most of potential risk students of internet addiction tend to think they was influenced by digital textbook.

본 논문에서는 코로나19로 인해 최근 2년간 비대면 강의가 일반화 되어졌고, 비대면 강의를 통한 강의의 장단점을 파악하게 되었다. 개인 시간을 중요시 여기는 디지털 네이티브 세대의 특성과 시공간의 제약이 없는 비대면 수업의 편리함은 차츰 정착되고 있으나 비대면 수업으로 인한 집중력 저하, 대면수업 특유의 재미 요소 적용 등이 힘든 문제점 또한 많이 있기에 이를 보완하기 위해서는 차세대 콘텐츠를 활용하여 진화하여야 한다고 생각한다. 국내, 해외 활용 사례를 검토하고, 그 요소를 도출하여 차세대 콘텐츠를 활용하여 본교의 학생에게 적용한 결과 만족도가 향상되었다. 이 결과를 토대로 본 논문에서는 앞으로 차세대 콘텐츠를 활용한 교수법에 대한 연구 방향을 제시하여 더욱 수업의 질적 양적 향상에 기여하고자 한다.
