축산물품질평가원(이하 축평원)에서는 등급판정 결과를 농가에게 제공하는 피드백 서비스인 '축산물등급판정결과 안내'를 실시하고 있다. 등급판정 결과를 비롯해 축산 전문 기관으로서 축평원이 보유한 정보 등을 바탕으로 축산물의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있도록 유도하고자 하는 노력이다.

This study was performed for developing upscaling Environmental Conservation Value Assessment Map(ECVAM) of National Land in South Korea and presenting the application method of ECVAM. This ECVAM adopted the least indicator method and uses a Geographic Information System(GIS). This map is made through evaluation of 67 items. As a result, the construction of ECVAM was defined as a process of identifying land use to scientifically assess the physical and environmental value of land and classify conservation value into several grades for the sustainable management of environmental resources. After applying ECVAM criteria of five degrees to the whole of study area, Grade I, showing the highest conservation value, accounted for 29.3% by land area of ECVAM. Grades II, III, IV and V likewise accounted for, respectively, 21.7%, 17.2%, 7.1% and the lowest conservation value of 24.7%. other result, ECVAM and land suitability assessment agreement rate is Grade I 33.05%, Grades II, III, IV and V likewise accounted for 12.92%, 15.05%, 36.93% and last value of 53.28% This study set up "the realization of the improvement ECVAM" as the vision of the advancing strategy. In order to accomplish the vision, this study established the purpose as follow; constructing strategic assessment value relation to ECVAM based on knowledge, arranging the foundation to upscaling assessment value And this study devised preparatory plans to achieve the vision and the purpose as next; construction on base theme map by 1:5,000 scalie, base on land register theme map and precision land cover map. Therefore, for applying the result of this study to the upscaling Environmental Conservation Value Assessment Map(ECVAM), it considers regularly the systematic categorization of preceding item, consideration issue of national environmental geographic information using the ECVAM.

축산물품질평가원에서는 2001년부터 계란등급판정을 실시하고 있으며 학교급식과 대형유통회사(풀무원, 오뚜기, CJ 등)를 필두로 등급판정 받은 계란을 판매 및 사용하였다. 계란 등급판정은 주로 계란집하장에서 이루어지고 있으며 계란 등급판정시행업체는 2009년 27개소, 2010년 30개소로 점차 확대 되어왔다.

국내산 오리고기의 차별화를 위해 가금류에 대한 원산지 표시가 의무화 되어 있지만 생산에서 소비까지 품질관리가 업체 자율에 맡겨져 있어 소비자가 믿고 구매할 수 있는 시스템이 아직 미흡한 단계다. 이에 축산물품질평가원에서는 '오리고기 등급판정'을 지난 2011년 11월 21일부터 시범사업으로 시작해 2012년 7월 1일부터 본격적으로 사업을 실시하여 오리고기 제품에 품질등급 및 등급판정일자를 표시토록하고 품질공정관리를 통해 수시 모니터링을 하여 소비자가 안심하고 오리고기를 구입할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 자세한 내용은 지난 10월에서 소개한 바 있다. 그렇다면 우리 식탁에 올라오는 등급판정 받은 오리고기의 등급판정 과정을 어떻게 될까? 이번 11 월호에는 그 과정을 따라가 보자.

본 연구에서는 하천환경의 현재 상태를 진단할 수 있는 하천환경평가기법을 제시하고, 수원천을 평가하였다. 이를 위해 윤세의(2007)가 제시한 도시하천평가기법의 53개 평가항목 중 설문조사의 결과를 이용하여 중요도가 높은 하천환경 관련 항목을 선별하고, 이를 하천환경평가기법의 평가항목으로 사용하였다. 평가항목은 총 27개이고, 평가결과는 총괄지수, 특성지수, 부문지수, 항목지수와 평가등급으로 나타내었다. 수원천의 조사구간은 광교저수지 하류부에서 세류대교까지 약 6.0 km이었고, 총 39개의 구간에 대하여 하천환경평가기법과 도시하천평가기법의 평가지수를 비교하였다. 하천환경평가를 적용한 결과 수원천의 총괄지수는 $2.57{\sim}3.86$으로 나타났고, 하천특성 지수는 $2.20{\sim}2.95$, 생태환경 특성지수는 $1.91{\sim}4.02$로 나타났다. 또한 두 가지 평가기법에 대한 총괄지수와 특성지수의 평균등급은 동일하게 계산되었고, 부문지수 평균등급은 수로, 하상 등의 부문에서 등급변동이 나타났지만 2개 등급 이상의 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이러한 평가결과를 통해 도시하천 평가기법으로부터 파생된 하천환경평가기법의 적용가능성은 확인하였다. 앞으로 많은 대상하천을 선정, 평가를 실시하고, 하천의 연속성과 평가인자들 간의 연계성 등을 반영하는 부분에 대한 연구가 더 필요하다.

Technology finance is an area in which financial authorities have introduced and implemented a strong policy will for the advancement of the financial industry and the development of SMEs. As a result, the Bank's own technology evaluation was conducted from September 2016. Technically superior companies are upgrading their credit ratings, and as a result, they benefit from financial transactions as much as their higher credit ratings through technology evaluation. Based on the data generated during this process, we analyze the degree to which credit ratings was upgraded by technology evaluation. The pre study handles 406 data from KEB Hana Bank's technology evaluation conducted in the second half of 2016. As a result of combining the credit rating with the calculated technology rating, J58 'Publishing Activities' technology-credit rating is raised by 1.05 rating, which is the highest, and C10 'Manufacture of Food Products' is the second highest. As a result, we were able to identify the sectors that benefited from the technology evaluation and confirmed the usefulness of technology evaluation by industry(KSIC). To expanding the study, 2,719 companies evaluated during the entire period were analyzed by technology grade, business experience and promising growth industry code. As a result of the analysis, technological power over T-4 grade companies had the highest credit rating upgrades. The companies belonging to promising growth industries designated for efficiency of policy support, it is confirm that the support of the promising business type was useful because the credit grade was upgraded through technology evaluation. The validity of the technology evaluation based on the five-year business experience was found to be insignificant. In the future, it will be possible to maximize the support effect by concentration on the companies with over T-4 grade and growth potential companies when supporting SMEs.
