The purpose of this study is to promote the efficient operation of the Home visit nursing care services by identifying the perception and experience of visiting nurses at the community center. To this end, a methodological triangle study method was applied to visiting nurses. As a result of analysis the delivery system of the home visit nursing care services, the perception and participation experience of nurses, it was found that it is necessary to supplement the program standards such as the number of visiting target, health assesment, and information system for the efficiency of the visit. It is suggested that policy alternatives should be developed by sharing the major issues raised in this study.

Recently, residents' community center is trying to combine with various program and facilities as the residents self-government program's development. This is due to the reduction of administrative tasks, the computerization of programs, the importance of community participation activities, the activation of community, and the increase of welfare projects. Therefore, previous studies on program complexity have been actively carried out. Nevertheless, spaces and programs studies of considering regional characteristics are lacking. Therefore, the community centers' program and spaces need to change. Therefore, this study propose an improvement direction through analyzing the situation of the residents' community center. For this study, the precedent research and institutional limitations are examined. In addition, this study selected and analyzed the 15 local community center. Thirdly, interviews were conducted with users and officials of the 5 residents' community centers on major changes. Finally, This study suggests direction of program improvement and architectural design direction. As a result of this study, integrated management measures with overlapping agencies should be sought. Surplus space will have to be rearranged into a new program through prior examination. Above all, the proposed remodeling guidelines require user requirements to be reflected and designed with the residents.

Rapid Aging Society demands the transformation of medical paradigm of diagnosis and treatment towards prevention and management. This paper explores the norm and development of digital health care, focusing on Busan Metropolitan City. Digital health care which combines new ICT technology and medical technology is predictive, preventive, personalized and participatory; and suggests alternative to solve the problem of demographic changes and increasing social cost of medical welfare. Community Health Center in Busan is unique one based in the minimum community of collecting data from self-leading health management. Digital transformation using basic health data and social information can build preventive care system in the community. Easy access leads community center to test bed of developing new technology, as a living lab. In order to use the newly developed goods and service effectively, user-participatory test is nicessary. Finally community nurse and activists can specify health-welfare converged service through digital transformation empowerment training.

분뇨처리시설은 인간의 배설물을 처리하는 아주 중요한 시설이지만 처리 과정에서 발생하는 악취로 인해 사람들이 접근을 꺼리는 시설이다. 강서구 마곡동에 위치한 서남물재생센터 내 서남분뇨처리시설은 서울의 서부와 남부권에서 수거된 분뇨를 위생처리하는 시설이다. 그러나 30년 넘은 시설로 노후화는 물론 분뇨 발생량의 지속적인 증가로 인해 처리물량 부족 및 악취 발생으로 민원 발생이 잦음에 따라 서울시가 지난 2009년부터 시설 증설 및 현대화 사업을 추진하고 있다. 새롭게 조성되는 서남분뇨처리시설 증설 및 현대화 사업은 일 평균 4,000톤 처리 시설을 지하화 하여 신설하고, 기존 분뇨처리장은 철거되며, 지상은 공원화 하여 서울시민에게 개방된다. 서남분뇨처리장 지하화 사업이 2016년 6월 30일 완공되면 그동안 지역주민들이 꺼리던 분뇨처리시설이 친환경적으로 탈바꿈 하게 된다. 또한 서울시가 시행 중인 서남물재생센터 현대화, 마곡워터프런트, 마곡지구 개발 등의 사업과도 함께 진행 중이어서 이 사업이 완공되면 서남권 지역에 생태 수상 체육공원 등이 조성되어 여의도 면적의 약 2배에 달하는 친환경 웰빙도시로 변화된다. 본지는 서남분뇨처리시설 증설 및 현대화 사업에서 기계설비공사를 시공하고 있는 대윤환경(주)(대표 김우진) 장준수 현장소장을 만났다.

Aquatic ecosystem is composed of various organic and inorganic matters. Its health is essential for sustaining its members such as vegetations, mammals, birds, fishes and invertebrates. Samcheonpo stream is one of candidate streams in Sacheon area of ecological restoration. For this reason, this study conducted to build up a data base for future comparison. The results shows that biodiversity of Epilithic Diatoms and Invertebrates is below average which means that human impacts such as artificial structures and activities have been negatively related to stream health. Consequently, we suggest several key factors when ecological restoration is performed in the stream.
