다양한 통신 매체의 등장과 애플리케이션의 요구사항이 늘어남에 따라 유연성과 확장성이 있는 네트워크 시스템에 대한 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 이러한 시스템들은 새로운 서비스나 프로토콜의 확장이 쉽게 가능하며, 사용자의 요구사항에 따라 프로토콜 스택을 구성해낼 수 있는 유연한 구조를 가진다는 특징이 있다. 그러나 사용자의 요구사항에 맞추어 구성된 프로토콜이라 할지라도 네트워크의 변화하는 환경을 반영할 수 없다면 시스템의 성능 저하 문제는 피할 수 없다. 이에 본 논문에서는 유연성과 확장성을 고려한 시스템에서 네트워크의 변화하는 환경을 추가적으로 고려하여 TCP를 대상으로 적절한 변종의 선택을 결정하여 주는 메커니즘을 제안한다. 제안된 기법에 대해 시뮬레이션을 통하여 그 적합성을 평가하였고 다양한 네트워크 상황이 주어졌을 때 표준 TCP와 비교하여 최대 $80{\sim}194%$의 성능 향상을 가져올 수 있음을 보였다.

When we conduct development of a large-size SI project, it is highly necessary to utilize an appropriate application framework which helps to build a qualified software with high productivity in a short period of time. In this paper, we propose the architecture of a dynamically reconfigurable CBD application integration framework that has been used for developing large-scale e-business applications to achieve high development productivity and maintainability. This Integration framework can easily extend its functionalities, and dynamically change its configuration during run time according to the business category, such as applying interaction patterns among main components in software architecture, rules, policies, and environmental parameters. Dynamic reconfiguration has the feature to make applications be easily customized for changeable requirements. Through our application integration framework, huge sizes of contents can be managed according to the business category as well, by keeping configuration informations and huge volumes of source codes. In order to evaluate out application integration framework in terms of performance criteria, we present experimental results of throughputs from the framework by yielding dynamic configuration without any performance degradation.

본 논문에서는 웹표준화 기술 중 HTML5/CSS3, Mobile JQuery를 사용하여 다양한 모바일 플랫폼 환경에서 독립적으로 실행가능하며, 사용자에게 사용자 친화적인 웹 인터페이스 및 동적인 웹 설계를 통하여 모바일 단말 상에서 모바일 오피스 시스템을 사용할 시 사용자에게 불편함을 덜어줄 수 있는 하이브리드 웹 애플리케이션 기반의 모바일 오피스 시스템을 구현하였다.

The serviceability design of the high-rise building is affected by the wind response vibration such as the acceleration, at this time it is important to calculate the natural frequency correctly. Since the suggestion equation of the natural frequency being used in the design phase is not the regression equation obtained from the vibration measurement of the high-rise building, the verification to use for the serviceability design of the high-rise building is necessary. This thesis conducted an ambient vibration measuring on the high-rise building through the mobile-phone application to calculate the natural frequency and suggested a natural frequency approximate expression following the building's height, and compared with the domestic/foreign standard and the result of the eigen-value analysis.

It is very important to calculate natural frequency of the observatory tower correctly because it is keenly affected by wind response vibration due to its large slenderness ratio, weight and small damping ratio. Additionally, suggestion equation of natural frequency being used in the design phase has considerable difference between actual measured value thereby making it inappropriate to be used in the serviceability design of the observatory tower. Therefore, this paper conducted an ambient vibration measuring on 10 observatory towers through mobile-phone application thereby calculating the natural frequency and comparing the result with the domestic and foreign standards and that of the eigen-value analysis. This paper suggested approximate equation of the natural frequency of the observatory tower; T=0.0266H. The square of the corelation coefficient is 0.940, which is high.

정보통신기술의 발전으로 유 무선 인터넷 사용자가 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있는 가운데 무선 인터넷을 이용한 m-Commerce 의 활성화가 기대되고 있다. 이와 더불어 무선 인터넷에서 안전한 m-Commerce를 제공하기 위해서는 다양한 모바일 기기 환경에 맞춘 무선 인터넷 PKI 서비스가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 기기 성능, 네트워크 환경, 서비스 종류, 사용자의 보안 요구 사항에 맞추어 경제학 이론에서 출발한 MAUT(Multi-Attribute Utility Theory)와 간결한 휴리스틱스(Simple Heuristics) 알고리즘을 이용한 보안 등급 프로토콜을 동적으로 결정하는 적응적 보안 정책 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이를 바탕으로 PKI와 X9.59 기반의 보안 e/m-Commerce를 구축한다.

고전적인 Client/server환경에서의 통신은 Lan 환경하의 동기적 일대일 통신 기반 이였다. 그러나 인터넷이 확산되고 일반화되면서 많은 소프트웨어들은 Cluster 또는 Grid 같은 분산시스템 환경과 핸드폰, PDA 같은 Mobile환경에서 개발되고 있다. 이러한 환경은 WAN기반의 비동기적 일대다 다대다 통신을 기반으로 한다. 본 논문은 이러한 환경에 적합한 애플리케이션에 독립적이고 비동기 통신을 제공하며 각 통신요소(Event Supplier, Consumer)를 그룹으로 묶어 동적으로 관리해주는 기능을 제공하는 Event Channel Service를 제안한다. 이 Event Channel Service는 Event Channel을 사용하여 Event Supplier와 Consumer를 분리하며 Push. Pull 방식으로 Event를 전달할 수 있는 구조를 제공한다. 또한 다양한 Protocol을 지원하고 Quality of Service를 제공한다.

최근 VOD(Video On Demand) 사이트의 이용시간이 급격이 늘어나면서 온라인 멀티미디어 서비스의 요구가 늘어나고 있다. 하지만, 하드웨어 자원이 빈약한 가전 기기 (CE: Consumer Electronics)에서 이러한 서비스를 제공하기에는 잦은 버퍼링으로 인한 서비스 품질 저하, 애플리케이션 업데이트의 불편함 및 안정성 문제 등 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 동적 버퍼 사이즈 결정 기법을 통하여 버퍼 언더런을 최소화 함으로써 동영상 시청 환경을 최적화 한다. 또한 Ajax 기술 기반의 Web OS 플랫폼을 적용하여 모듈 별 업데이트가 가능하고 시스템 안정성을 향상시키도록 플랫폼을 설계 및 구현하고 그 성능을 확인한다.

최근에 Serverless 컴퓨팅은 많은 관심을 받는 기술로, 서버 프로비저닝 없이 코드를 배포하고 실행할 수 있으며 요청량에 따라 동적으로 컴퓨팅 리소스를 확장하여 애플리케이션을 안정적으로 운영할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다. Serverless 컴퓨팅의 주요 이슈 중 하나인 cold start 는 함수를 실행하기 위한 컨테이너 초기화 및 구동하는 단계이며, 해당 과정에서는 이미지 풀링이 수행될 수 있다. 이미지 풀링은 cold start 지연의 대부분을 차지하고 함수의 응답시간을 증가 시켜서 사용자 경험에 부정적인 영향을 줄 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 cold start 지연을 줄이기 위해 도커를 활용해서 이미지 레이어 동시 풀링 개수를 조절함으로써 이미지 풀링 속도를 개선시킬 수 있는지 분석하였다. 이와 같은 분석을 통해 풀링 개수가 풀링 속도에 영향을 줄 수 있음을 확인하였다.
