After a careful review on the concept of transference from the perspective of analytical psychology with Jung's view in the center, the author had proposed that an interpretation for the whole series of 'Rosarium Philosophorum' including its posterior part to which Jung didn't refer in 'The Psychology of The Transference' be carried out for the genuine understanding of transference. The symbolic meaning of the twenty woodcuts' pictures in 'Rosarium Philosophorum' could be interpreted as the alchemical stages of blackening, whitening, yellowing, reddening and etc. The transformation through each stage could be associated with the process of psychotherapy as well as individuation process and the meaning of transference could be elucidated as a kind of initiating process for the individuation process. The eastern traditional thoughts on psychic transformation and human development were also compared. The individuation process would be coexistent with the development of human relationship including the therapeutic relationship and the concept of human (人 and 人間) in the eastern traditional thoughts would have many meaningful implications for further studies.

The Oriental flower arrangements have the beauty of a strict triangle in a symmetrical three-dimensional effect as the form of flower tribute to gods in ancient times and used frogs to fix flowers to a basin easily. Flower arrangements of a conical shape made by repeatedly piled flowers in ancient Egypt shows the origin of the present vertical form of the Western flower arrangements. Flower arrangements in ancient Greece formed in a smooth S shape, while Roman flower arrangements were rich and gorgeous in a lowering and thin shape horizontally. Persians were showing triangular forms similar to the Oriental three-dimensional effect. The basic form of flower arrangements in the age of Renaissance was also created upon the ancient one, descending to Art Nouveau when flower arrangements were widely expressed from mass to space aesthetics led by America in the 20th century influenced by mild color, simplicity and realistic description of the Oriental art in the late 19th century. The Western flower arrangements are focused on formation, same as the Oriental ones, yet they disregard naturality and based on practicality.

Railway system as a mass transportation is under progress to smart railway system beyond high speed and automation era. Communication network technology including 5G-R(5th Generation - Railway) mobile communication technology and information convergence technology of Big Data, Deep Learnig, AI(Artificial Intelliegnce) and Block Chain have to be used for implementation and operation of this smart railway system. In this paper, a communication network structure is suggested for this smart railway system. This suggested smart railway commnuication network structure is composed with layered structure of plane unit for safety operation of high speed railway, railway system management and customer services, and also have some complexed function of each plane. Results of this study can be used for smart railway communication network implementation, operation and managements, development of railway communication standards.

This Audio-Visual Interactive Installation is composed of a video projection of a video Projection and digital Interface technology combining with the viewer's voice recognition. The Viewer can interact with the computer generated moving images growing on the screen by blowing his/her breathing or making sound. This symbiotic audio and visual installation environment allows the viewers to experience an illusionistic spacephysically as well as psychologically. The main programming technologies used to generate moving water waves which can interact with the viewer in this installation are visual C++ and DirectX SDK For making water waves, full-3D rendering technology and particle system were used.

왕양명 철학의 개념과 구조는 "대학"과 밀접한 관계를 맺고 있다. 왕양명은 "대학"에 대한 새로운 해석을 시도하여 마침내 주희의 "대학" 해석과는 다른 자신만의 학문 체계를 형성하기에 이른다. 이와 더불어 그는 "중용"에 대한 해석에 있어서도 희노애락 등 감정의 미발이발과 중화 등 "중용"의 개념 설명에서 주자와는 다른 견해를 제시하고 있다. 왕양명은 "대학"과 "중용"의 관계에 대해 "자사가 "대학" 전체의 뜻을 총괄하여 "중용"의 첫 번째 장을 지었다."고 평가할 만큼, 왕양명 사상에 있어 "대학"과 "중용"은 매우 긴밀한 관계를 맺고 있다 하겠다. "대학"과 "중용"은 공부 방법에 있어 같은 목적을 추구하고 있으니, "대학"은 성의 공부를 통하여 지선한 경지에 오르는 것을 추구하고 있으며, "중용"은 성신 공부를 통해 지성의 경지에 도달하는 것을 추구하고 있다. 이와 같이 "대학"과 "중용"은 성실하게 한다[성(誠)]는 하나의 공부를 통해 지극한 경지에 오르는 것을 공동의 목표로 삼고 있는 것이다. 이처럼 양명에게 있어 "대학"과 "중용"은 서로 분리하여 말할 수 있는 대상이 아니다. 양명의 "중용" 관련 언급 가운데 가장 많은 분량을 차지하고 있는 것은 "중용"1장에 관해서이다. "중용" 1장은 "대학"의 전체 의미를 포괄하고 있기 때문이다. "중용"에서는 성(誠)이라는 개념을 통해 본체와 공부를 설명하고 있다. 양명은 "중용" 1장을 풀이하면서 본체에 대한 깨달음보다는 수도 공부를 통해 본체를 파악하는 공부를 중시하는 입장을 취하고 있다. 그는 이러한 수도 공부로 '경계하여 삼가면 두려워한다'는 계신공구를 제시하고 있으니, 양명에게 있어 계신공구는 신독이고 치중화이며 치양지 공부에 다름아니다. 여기에서 양명은 "중용"의 공부 방법을 "대학"의 그것과 연관시키고 있음을 알 수 있다.

박호군 과학기술부 장관은 최근 정보통신부 직원들을 상대로'복합화.융합화하는 과학기술과 정책융합'이라는 제목의 특강을 통해 "농업혁명과 인쇄혁명,산업혁명, 정보화혁명 등 인류 문명의 4대 혁명이 모두 농업기술과 인쇄술, 기계공업, 컴퓨터와 반도체 기술 등 과학기술의 혁명으로 인해 일어났다"며 과학기술의 중요성을 역설했다. 박 장관은 또 "0과 1로 모든 것을 표현하는 디지털은 동양의 음양 개념과 상통하므로 사괘가 그려진 태극기는 곧 디지털의 상징이며 우리나라는 디지털의 종주국"이라고 말했다. 다음은 박 장관의 이날 강연 내용을 요약 소개한다.

제7회 서울와우북페스티벌이 지난 9월 28일부터 10월 3일까지 6일간 홍익대 주차장거리와 갤러리, 북카페 등에서 개최됐다. 이번 축제의 주제는 '책에, 취하다'로 문화체육관광부(장관 최광식)의 지원으로 약 100여개의 출판사가 축제에 참여했다. 10월 1일에 열린 개막 행사는 국내 최초의 기상캐스터 출신 방송인 이익선 씨의 사회로 김묵원 작가의 동양화 기법을 타 장르와 유기적으로 결합한 드로잉 퍼포먼스와 인디가수 '박솔'의 공연 등이 어우러져 화려한 개막 공연이 펼쳐졌다. 10월 2일에는 한국 캘리그래피의 개척자인 이상현 작가가 어쿠스틱 밴드 송 브리즈와 협연하여 캘리그래피와 음악의 조화를 보여줬다. 그 외 아트워크 집단인 '마스터 브릿지', 싱어송라이터 '양창근' 등이 공연을 펼쳤다. 거리 행사 마지막 날인 10월 3일에는 마포구 지역의 예술가들이 로컬 콘서트를 열어 마포구만의 특색 있는 공언을 선보였다.
