In theoretical term, cultural/institutional approach, the peculiarly of the later comers, such as Hong Kong, Korea, Twain, and the converging influence from Post-modernism underlie this paper. The first approach is influential in understanding the survival of many traditional values within most of the Hong Kong firms. The later comer one can be used to explain the fact that later comer enjoyed various synergy effects when their oriental values are combined with new practices. The last one is also quite useful for the explanation of why most modern firms exposed to a severe international competition adopted human resource management But problem is that these are subjected to severe criticism because of their downgrading nature against employees.

The aesthetic value of Korea is rising in various fields through the use of designs using Korean materials. Korean materials contain oriental ideas and are widely used as materials for design development due to the uniqueness of its form. The purpose of this study is to present basic data of nail art design differentiated nail art designs required at the nail art industry site by producing nail works using Korean materials. Accordingly, We proceeded on the basis of theoretical consideration and empirical research for the development of nail art design, a field of beauty in this study, and made a Korean and unique nail art design work using the Four Gracious Plants. For this purpose, we considered theoretically the characteristics of nail art and the Gracious Plants, and made nail art design works derived from empirical research. The work was analyzed by color, texture, and design elements of form. Therefore, the mixed method of Nail Art and the Gracious Plants, which is the core of this study, is considered to be meaningful in laying the foundation for creative nail art design development.

The purpose of this paper is to clarify the life and poetry of Dokshok Hwang Hyok. In Chapter 2, we looked at the life of Hwang Hyok. There are two characteristics in the life of Hwang Hyok. First, Hwang Hyok had excellent literary talent. Secondly, Hwang Hyok wrote in an attempt to surrender during the Japanese Invasion of Japan. That is why he lived a 21 year detained life. In Chapter 3, we looked at poetry based on the life of Hwang Hyok. The features of poetry are as follows. First, the image of Somu and reality of Tiger and Dhole go around. Hwang Hyok lived a confined life because of the Japanese Invasion of Korea. Because of that, Hwang Hyok recognized the Japanese invasion of the Imperial Japan as a world where Dhole and tigers travel around. It symbolized the image of Sommu that he did not surrender. Second, Changsha, is the world and Gulwon images. Changsha is Gulwon the space of self-destruction. Hwang Hyok likened his dark life to Gulwon dead. This is because Hwang Hyok's life is similar to Gulwon's life. In other words, Hwang Hyok was most appropriate to compare his tough life to Gulwon, who drowned in Myeoglasu.

By examining Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and investigating its current conditions of Japanese companies, which have relatively high reliability in global market and similar oriental ways of thinking in aspect of corporate culture, the study tries to suggest the direction of Korean companies' CSR. As result, the study found that Japanese companies actively participate in the array of actions of giving information about their CSR activities and collecting others opinions to promote their company and brand images. Therefore, this research suggests the following CSR implications: First, companies need to establish a responsible department and responsible system for CSR. Second, they need to reorganize business ethics. Third, companies must provide information about their CSR activities and improve the CSR awareness. Lastly, they need to make strong efforts to communicate with consumers and take actions to consumer correspondence actively.

This thesis is for clarifying a few aspects of 'Kyung(敬)' ideology and figures appearing in Yeheon(旅軒)'s poem. This ideology and figures is a kind of a imaginative thing that a poet designed. This feature is a very important subject of Yeheon(旅軒)'s poem world, so that we are going to make it clear. First, we focused his aspirations of virtual uncontaminated areas and found out his big store of life wisdom and knowledge. The second is we thought about a displaying a emphasis of proud spirit[氣像] in his own poem world, and we found that he saw things from an unworldly point of view. Finally we talked about several features of Yeheon(旅軒)'s poem world. Now we have to compare Yeheon(旅軒)'s poem and any other Dohakpa(道學派) poets for example Toegye(退溪), Hwejae(晦齋) etc. And we must clarify the whole poem world of Dohakpa(道學派). In the end, I'm so sure that we will get a prospect of their literature.

This article is to search the aspects of realization and the characteristics of Gasa, Sijo, Japga among the Korean poetry genre based on Chohan-gosa. Chohan-gosa is a basic literary and historic discourse for the medieval intellectuals. The story had been realized its own literary value at almost every genres such as Chinese literature, novels, Gasa, Japga and Sijo etc. I focused on Gasa, Sijo and Japga among the genres in this article. First of all, I subjected to Wumiin-ga enjoyed in a area of boudoir culture from Gasa based on Chohan-gosa. I catch the meaning that the text has a characteristic that popularized history and normative ideology are mingled in through it. In the case of Sijo, I focused on the Sijo which Xiang Yu is appeared in because Xiang Yu has been most quoted person from people of Chohan-gosa. Xiang Yu was described as a strong man[hero] or a man who part with the beauty Wu. I understand that this point is caused by the theatricalized characteristic of the place where Sijo have been played. For the last time, Japga is played with the characteristic of stimulative reediting of the familiar normative ideology. Chohan-ga is based on contexts of former discourse eohan-yeonui but it was not plagiarized. Chohan-ga was organized for the way which attracted the interest of the public and stimulated the emotion of the public through using popular imagery or intensifying the sorrow.

Since rolling contact fatigue cracks can always occur on the rail surface, which is the contact surface between wheels and rails, railway rails require thorough inspection and diagnosis to thoroughly inspect the condition of the cracks and prevent breakage. Recent detailed guidelines on the performance evaluation of track facilities present the requirements for methods and procedures for track performance evaluation. However, diagnosing and grading rail surface damage mainly relies on external inspection (visual inspection), which inevitably relies on qualitative evaluation based on the subjective judgment of the inspector. Therefore, in this study, we conducted a deep learning model study for rail surface defect detection using Fast R-CNN. After building a dataset of rail surface defect images, the model was tested. The performance evaluation results of the deep learning model showed that mAP was 94.9%. Because Fast R-CNN has a high crack detection effect, it is believed that using this model can efficiently identify rail surface defects.

The underlying impetus of the birth of animated film is attraction about a moving image. And the animation image occurs from the process of performative relationship between an animator and apparatus. Therefore, analysing the method how the moving image is constructed will be the focal starting point to deal with an animated film as a text. In this context, that conveys the theme in more sensuous way will be examined in a dimension of the material, technique and image-making method. KIM Jin-man's is a Stop Motion Animated Film with Noodlescreen about a journey of a fish that wishes to go outside of the water. KIM created original and friendly images out of plain thin noodle which is a common ingredient in Korea, and dealt with the ontological introspection based of the concept of Nondualism. Nondualism based on the interconnected and cyclical eastern philosophy which is different from the western dualistic theory points to the idea that the universe and all its multiplicity are ultimately expressions or appearances of one essential reality. This paper focuses on KIM's recent work and sees how Nondualism is applied throughout the animated film by analysing the performative method of mediums, technique, and structure. First of all, the form of Noodlescreen will be reviewed in Chapter Two. Pinscreen Animation which was invented by Alexander Alexeieff and Claire Parker will be also compared with Noodlescreen in the aesthetic viewpoint here. In Chapter Three, it will be analysed how the description of the image of binary opposition itself provides expanded sense and rich metaphor. Lastly, the format of Mise-en-abyme going constantly towards outer space will be dealt how it exposes the cinematic illusion and spatiality in Chapter Four. Throughout the whole chapters, it will reviewed how the concept of Nondualism relates the images of and deactivate the boundary of binary opposition in terms of both the story development and the visualization method. By this methodology, it will be confirmed that image of animated film not only explains the narrative but also activates the perception about the theme and provides integrated sensory experiences in the independent and expanded dimension.

This Audio-Visual Interactive Installation is composed of a video projection of a video Projection and digital Interface technology combining with the viewer's voice recognition. The Viewer can interact with the computer generated moving images growing on the screen by blowing his/her breathing or making sound. This symbiotic audio and visual installation environment allows the viewers to experience an illusionistic spacephysically as well as psychologically. The main programming technologies used to generate moving water waves which can interact with the viewer in this installation are visual C++ and DirectX SDK For making water waves, full-3D rendering technology and particle system were used.

This article aims to analyze <Into the Mirror> and its remake version <Mirros>. Both feature the discrepancy between one and reflected image on mirror, which was a trend in the early 21th century. Although their backdrops and plots are similar, there are significant differences in motivation and others. Following the tradition of grievance redressing tale, it combines social criticism with the concept of encouraging good and punishing evil. Foregrounding the evil force of ghost through mirrors, <Mirrors> follows the Western tradition of horror movies. This remake exemplifies a way of reinterpreting and recreating an East-based narrative from a Western viewpoint where Christianity predominates.
