This study aimed to identify the relationship between perfectionism and motivational climate in competitive athletes and to provide information for improvement of their performance. One hundred ninety-six athletes who trained in Korea National Training Center participated in this study and they were divided into record and man-to-man events. Also they filled in the questionnaire about demographic factors, perfectionism, and motivational climate. Collected data were analyzed by using cross validation and independent t-test for identifying the difference of two events and structural equation model for testing hypotheses and model fit. Perfectionism and motivational climate in man-to-man events were stronger compared to record event. In record event, perfectionism was more influenced by ego involving motivational climate compared to task involving, while in man-to-man event, perfectionism was affected by only ego involving motivational climate. However, these both study models had a bad fit.

This study aims to verify the relationship between a motivational climate and self-management perceived by athletes. 195 male and 153 female athletes participated in this study. Firstly, reliability and validity are verified for questionnaires, and descriptive statistics, one way ANOVA, and regression analysis are used. The result of the correlation analysis says that all the factors have meaningful relations among them. The analysis on the effects of the motivational climate on self-management indicates that the mastery climate perceived by the athletes has affected statically the sub-factors of self-management such as mental management, training, management, personal relationship management, life management, health management, and intrinsic behavior control. However, the competitive climate didn't help self-management. Based on the study, it was suggested that through the mastery climate, a leader should make athletes manage and control themselves in terms of conquest strategies, self-assessment, problem-solving and decision-making skills, self-control, goal setting, efforts to strengthen oneself, and plan.

With the increasing use of social media, the occurrence of cyber crimes on social media has also increased. In this paper, we focus on online sexual harassment among various cyber crimes and discuss how social media users use social media to avoid online sexual harassment. Drawing on threat avoidance theory, the factors affecting avoidance motivation were identified. Avoidance motivation was measured based on the affordance of social media, and the influence of the degree of sexualization was tested to examine how environmental factors affect motivation behavior. The results indicated that the more users perceived sexualization on social media, the lower their motivation to avoid sexual harassment. Thus, it is important to create an atmosphere on social media where crime is minimized, and users are able to respond appropriately by continuously managing their accounts on these platforms.

음악은 스토리텔링에서 이야기의 분위기와 흐름을 전달하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 최근 컴퓨터 애니메이션에 자동으로 알맞은 음악을 삽입하기 위하여 많은 연구가 진행되고 있지만 이야기가 있는 애니메이션보다는 주로 영상물의 동기화를 위한 연구가 대부분이었다. 텍스트 애니메이션은 동화를 자동으로 분석하여 애니메이션을 만들어 주는 연구이다. 본 논문에서는 동화의 이야기 구조에 근거하여 각 장면의 분위기에 맞는 음악 자질을 자동으로 추출하는 과정을 보이고 이를 이용하여 텍스트 애니메이션에 음악이 삽입될 수 있는 방법에 대하여 논의한다.

최근 차세대통합네트워크(NGN), ALL-IP 망 진화 방향과 함께 동기식과 비동기식 IMT-2000 망의 통합(Convergence) 또는 연동(Harmonization)에 관한 연구가 활발히 이뤄지고 있으며, 이동통신 망의 개방화에 대한 분위기가 점차 무르익어 가고 있다. 이러한 추세에 UMTS, cdma2000, WLAN 과 같은 서로 다른 방식의 무선 액세스 망으로부터 요구되는 무선인터넷 접속 요구를 하나의 통로로 연결하고 수용할 수 있는 모바일 액세스 통합 게이트웨이가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 네트워크 발전 방향과 이동통신 망 개방의 흐름에 맞추어 동기식 망과 비동기식 IMT-2000 망에서 동시에 무선인터넷 서비스 접속을 제공하는 통합 게이트웨이 시스템(A-MiDAS)을 개발하기 위한 형상 설계 방법과 시스템 개발 시 고려사항 등에 대해서 기술한다.

This study aimed to investigate the factors that influence the attitude toward doping and to provide useful information for developing a doping prevention program suitable for Korean athletic players. One hundred and seventy-two players who enrolled in Korea Association of Athletics Federations were participated in this study and they filled in the questionnaire about demographic factors, information on doping, perfectionism, and perceived motivational climate. Collected data were analyzed by using stepwise multiple linear regression for exploring the main factor that affect the attitude toward doping depending on field and track events. All adult players have more permissive attitude toward doping than adolescents. In track event, while players who are sensitive to coach's criticism have more permissive attitude toward doping, players who focused on personal standards have more repressive attitude toward it. These results would be useful to develop anti-doping strategy for Korean field and track players.

The purposes of this study were 1)to examine the conceptual structure of purchasing motives and information seeking of beauty service, 2)to find out the effects of purchasing motives on information seeking, and 3)to investigate the differences of purchasing motives and information seeking according to the demographic variables. The questionnaire was developed based on pretest and previous studies, and completed by 331 female consumers living in Seoul and Busan. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, Cronbach's a, regression analysis, Pearson's correlation, ANOVA, and Duncan test. The results are as follows; First, factor analysis showed that the purchasing motives of beauty services consisted of five factors, such as Fashionableness, Impulse purchase, Special event, Mood & Recreation, and Practical purchasing needs. And the information seeking for beauty services consisted of four factors, such as Mass media, Opinions of neighbors, Experience & Observation, and Sales hook. Second, mass media was effected by fashionableness, impulse purchase, special event, and mood & recreation. Experience & Observation was effected by fashionableness, special event, and mood & recreation. Sales hook was effected by fashionableness, and impulse purchase. Third, the dimensions of purchasing motives and information seeking of beauty service were significantly different according to age, marriage or unmarried, and duties.

As a domestic aviation industry has been growing continuously, the air traffic volume of en-route has increased rapidly to 2,300 a day. According to developing air navigation system including Performance Based Navigation(PBN), the manner of flights has diversified. Consequentially task of air traffic service has been increasing more and more and the organization of Air Traffic Service(ATC) established one Air traffic management Office(ATMO), extends to 3 Regional organization(Seoul, Busan, Jeju) and a number of air traffic controller exceeds 600. The purpose of this research is going to investigate the relationship between organization's safety climate and air traffic controller's safety behavior, In pursuing above, previous studies related to co-worker and supervisor's safety climate were examined for literature review. Based on this previous studies, research model was constructed. Hypothesis was verified by effect. Data from 209 samples was employed for final survey. The main results show that co-worker and supervisor's safety climate were meaningful factors to effect perceived Safety Behavior and safety knowledge, safety motivation were significantly and positive related to safety compliance.

현재 우리 나라의 방위산업이 처해 있는 어려운 상황을 극복하기 위해서는 무엇보다 업체들로 하여금 방위산업 참여에 대한 동기를 부여해 주어야 한다. 또한 디지털 시대에 부합하는 정부의 제도 및 규정 등에 대한 적극적인 개선의지, 방산업체의 자발적인 경영효율화 추진과 글로벌 경쟁력 확보로 국내 방위산업의 분위기를 일대 쇄신하는 노력이 필요하다.
